Zheng Zha kept recounting how he managed to survive, especially detailing the symbiosis between his lower body and the giant dragon's musculature, and how he endured the cell reversal properties of the dragon’s cells, ultimately fusing with their characteristics instead. He then spoke of waking up, effortlessly dispatching the soldiers, contacting everyone, and finally proceeding with the officers and soldiers to the island from the first installment…

When he finished speaking, more than half an hour had already passed. Bawang and Wang Xia were filled with emotion. No one had believed he could possibly have lived through that ordeal. Considering the sheer mass and terrifying regenerative ability of that dragon, which had been completely pulverized, yet Zheng Zha somehow survived—it was nothing short of a miracle.

“It might not have been entirely a miracle,” Zheng Zha mused, his own voice full of awe. He murmured, “I remember Wang Xia mentioning that the bomb would achieve its full effect internally. The bomb exploded inside the dragon; its interior was just flesh and blood. In contrast, the bomb detonated outside my body. If I had been solid iron, I would have been thrown back by the shockwave, not shattered to pieces… It must have been a miracle born of luck.”

Chu Xuan pondered for a moment before asking, “You said you fused with dragon cells? No, a significant portion of your body must literally be dragon muscle tissue now, right? The four attribute points we obtained are all still intact for the three of us, which means the dragon blood did have an effect, provided the ‘Main God’ corrects for it. But what about you? What did you gain?”

Zheng Zha thought for a moment and replied, “Aside from my physical fitness nearly doubling, my internal energy and Vampire energy have also more than doubled. Oh, and besides these specific metrics, my body’s regenerative capacity has suddenly become incredibly strong. Uh, let me show you.” Saying this, he brought his finger to his mouth and bit down hard, causing it to immediately bleed profusely and leave a visible wound.

The other three looked over, and under their gaze, the wound began to slowly close. Although it hadn't reached the almost visible regenerative speed of the dragon, within tens of seconds, the wound scabbed over and was largely healed—a startling level of recovery nonetheless.

“Basically, my ‘Explosion’ skill can now last between 30 to 40 seconds, and my ‘Destruction’ skill can be maintained for nearly ten seconds… Even if I face that dragon again, I believe I stand a fighting chance. I won’t let everyone fall into such a desperate situation again!” Zheng Zha clenched his fists tightly, silently telling the other three.

No matter what, this second installment of Jurassic Park had concluded almost perfectly. The reason for the "almost" perfect conclusion was the annihilation of the three newcomers by the ‘Main God.’ This was the only flaw in the horror movie. Following Chu Xuan’s suggestion, the group placed Luo Gandao on the revival list as well, though they decided not to revive him in the immediate future, as he was a newcomer lacking combat power. Unless they could equip him with a drivable combat mech, his fighting ability was little different from an ordinary person.

Next, the group inventoried their weapon repairs and redeemed some basic consumables, such as antidotes, hemostatic spray, heavy-duty bandages, solid water, and compressed rations. They then decided to rest for one more day before heading to the The Mummy world to revive Zero and Zhan Lan—though they acknowledged they might only be able to bring one of them back, depending on the luck of the draw.

With all discussions and preparations complete, it was already past five in the afternoon. Bawang’s constructed woman had come to the plaza several times. This woman was clearly intelligent; she exhibited no coquettish behavior, simply serving coffee for everyone. Lori also dutifully brought tea and fruit. After a few interactions, the blonde beauty began chatting animatedly with Lori, proving to be very talkative. In just a few sentences, Lori was already addressing her as "sister," and the blonde woman cheerfully agreed.

Bawang leaned in privately to the others, chuckling, “Not bad, eh? I don’t know the personality of that movie star, but this is the best kind of woman in my book. Plus, I programmed her personality to be exclusively loyal to my… doll…” Before he could finish his sentence, the blonde woman, who was cooking nearby, turned scarlet and hurled a frying pan at him. Fortunately, it was empty, but it struck Bawang hard, knocking him to the ground. She then walked over, picked up the pan, banged it a few more times for good measure, and finally stomped toward the kitchen, slamming the door shut behind her.

The group spent the afternoon fully focused on preparing for their entry into The Mummy world. Although they were only going for ten days, they maintained vigilance. They ensured all weapons were fully equipped and repaired, recharged the Green Goblin Glider, and redeemed all necessary accessories. When they finally looked up, they realized they were famished, so they decided to have a grand meal at Zheng Zha’s home, with Lori and the blonde beauty serving as the chefs.

The two women were perfectly willing, happily preparing various ingredients, while the four men sat watching each other. Except for Bawang occasionally cracking a dirty joke, Wang Xia and Chu Xuan remained quietly contemplative. Feeling awkward, Zheng Zha finally turned to them and asked the three, “If we keep strengthening ourselves, unlock the Gene Lock, and then accumulate fifty thousand bonus points… what do you plan to do when we leave the horror movie worlds? I mean, once we return to the real world?”

Bawang burst into laughter first. “Naturally, I’ll exchange for mountains of gold! No, diamonds would be better. I’ll exchange for hundreds of diamonds the size of soccer balls… Then I’ll buy a massive island and build a city there, with my castle right next to it. I will be the king of that island, ha ha ha, and then I can enjoy the rest of my life in luxury.”

Zheng Zha smiled. “I didn't realize you had a kingly streak buried inside you, but that’s certainly a nice dream—at least you can enjoy life forever. What about you, Wang Xia? What do you plan to do after leaving here?”

Wang Xia paused, thinking deeply. “I’ll exchange for data to take out, and then… I saw a Double B-rank side mission reward, a pill called the Foundation Establishment Pill. The description says it gives one the constitution to rapidly achieve foundation establishment, and even an ordinary person taking it gains over three hundred years of life, immune to all ailments… I want to bring one back for my mother. After Father died, she raised me alone. I want her to enjoy life a few years longer. As Chu Xuan mentioned, our lifespans seem to be significantly extended beyond ordinary people, right? When physical fitness improves, especially cell vitality and immune strength—that should contribute to human longevity?”

Chu Xuan nodded. “That’s correct. In terms of lifespan, the minimum for us is over 150 years. As for Zheng Zha’s lifespan, it’s harder to estimate; you could likely live for at least 300 years or more…”

Zheng Zha laughed heartily. “Just getting out of this horror reincarnation cycle alive would be wonderful. What’s the point of living so long here? What about you, Chu Xuan? What do you plan to do after we leave?”

This question seemed to stump Chu Xuan. He tilted his head, looking troubled, and thought for a long time before finally saying with a strange look, “I haven’t thought of anything specific yet. I’ll reconsider the question after I unlock the fourth stage of the Gene Lock.”

Zheng Zha clapped him heartily on the shoulder. He then said, “When I get out… if I manage to get out alive—I hope to enjoy my remaining years in peace, and perhaps act virtuously when I get bored… In any case, let’s all survive this horror reincarnation cycle together, and then face the real world together!”

By the next morning, the four gathered early at the ‘Main God’ plaza. The four joined hands and connected with the ‘Main God.’ Once the other three used D-rank side mission rewards to open the The Mummy world, the four redeemed ten days of time in that world, costing each person 500 bonus points. In the next instant, they materialized outside the doors of that small hotel.

It was the first time Bawang and Wang Xia had entered this world. Compared to the reality-like Jurassic Park, this setting—a world between the end of WWI and the beginning of WWII—struck them with surprise. Both looked around wide-eyed. Zheng Zha’s reaction was far more decisive: he immediately took out the Green Goblin Glider and secured three ropes onto it. By the time the other two recovered their senses, he was already standing on the glider, laughing loudly.

The older faces of Bawang and Wang Xia flushed. Their reaction was quite like that of country bumpkins visiting the city. Had this been a true horror movie scenario, they certainly wouldn't have behaved this way; they had relaxed their guard only because they knew this world presented little danger. When Chu Xuan silently stepped onto one of the ropes, the two hurried to stand on theirs as well. Zheng Zha, laughing exuberantly, ascended high on the Green Goblin Glider.

(Comrades… revive, then stand shoulder-to-shoulder with me again, and face the dangerous future together… face the Devil Reincarnation Squad!)

Zheng Zha looked silently toward the vast, desolate yellow sands, speeding toward them on the Green Goblin Glider. All that remained in the air was the sound of the glider cutting through the wind, lingering long after it vanished… Jump to
