"Biedi!"

In the dim expanse, a Beast creature was fleeing at high speed in panic, roaring in fury, "You are already peak Tier Four. There are several among our Beast Nests that have reached Tier Four. Why are you not dealing with Qi Ya, Mo He, and the others? Eating one of them is equivalent to eating a hundred of us. By constantly chasing us now, you are only making Mo He and the others stronger. If they reach Tier Five before you do, they will certainly devour you."

Hot on its tail was another Beast creature in relentless pursuit. The single eyes on the two heads of this chasing Beast glowed with colorful light. It rumbled low, "How I conduct myself is none of your concern, Ka Qiong."

"Whoosh!"

The pursuing Beast, Biedi, accelerated continuously, its speed visibly superior.

Did Biedi not realize that its strategy of rampant hunting meant it couldn't control the overall situation, giving some top-tier Beasts in the entire horde the opportunity to slip free of Biedi’s grasp? If only, like in the past... if Biedi hadn't killed the weaker Beasts and had focused solely on a group of the strong ones, those powerful creatures would never have had a chance!

The former strategy was simple, but destined to be agonizingly slow.

The threat posed by Luo Feng, the Lord of the Silver River... made Biedi dare not slow its pace; it had to continuously consume and relentlessly accelerate its evolution.

"I am stronger than Mo He and the others. I have been devouring constantly, furiously speeding up my evolution. I was strong in the past... and I will remain strong in the future." Biedi's two lone eyes burned with madness. It was mere moments from catching the fleeing Beast.

"Bang!"

The body of the fleeing Beast instantly split apart, scattering into ninety-nine clones as it fled. Because this was a battle between Beast creatures, its life-saving maneuver, the 'Boundary Light Passage,' would be interfered with by Biedi's 'Boundary Light Domain,' making stable formation impossible. Thus, it wouldn't even attempt that move. Even if it could manage the 'Boundary Light Passage' to escape, it would be far weaker. In the Beast Nest, the consequences of failure would be far more brutal.

"Buzz!"

Biedi, its face contorted, instantly erupted with a faint, hazy colorful light that enveloped the surrounding space-time. This was the 'Boundary Light Domain,' unique to Tier Four Beasts. Its immense binding power struck the ninety-nine clones, causing them to move as if trapped in thick mud, their flight speed slowing to an absurd crawl.

"Bang!" Biedi likewise shattered instantly into ninety-nine clones, diving toward the opposing ninety-nine bodies.

Ninety-nine slightly shrunken Beasts clawed savagely at their counterparts.

"Biedi!" The fleeing party's other clones vanished; only one clone coalesced back into the main body, filled with frenzied intent.

"Ka Qiong, die." Biedi’s other ninety-nine clones also dissolved, leaving a single primary form to viciously tear at the opponent. The two wrestled and rolled in a savage frenzy... deep within the dimness, they fought with unending madness, their hides tearing open. Black blood sprayed everywhere.

Biedi was peak Tier Four. Ka Qiong was only Tier Three.

Moreover, with the enhancement of the Boundary Light Domain nearby, this slaughter was entirely one-sided.

Hiss!

A bloody light enveloped a sharp claw, which instantly pierced the chest of the Beast, 'Ka Qiong.' A massive hole appeared in Ka Qiong's torso. Its 'Boundary' was gone; its entire body shuddered, and all power of resistance vanished.

"Biedi, you will surely die. You definitely will," Ka Qiong’s eyes on both heads fixed upon Biedi. "You ignore hunting Mo He and the others to target us... you will certainly die. You will die because of your own foolishness."

"Crack!"

Biedi’s massive jaws on both heads snapped open, clamping down simultaneously on Ka Qiong’s two heads, crushing them instantly. Then came the crunching and chewing; its teeth easily pulverized the flesh before swallowing it. It continued tearing and devouring in great gulps. Soon, the entire Beast was consumed.

"Another one," Biedi lifted its two heads, its eyes gleaming. "Still not enough. Just a little more."

Whoosh!

Biedi vanished instantly via teleportation.

About half a month later.

The Beast Biedi was ferociously chasing another Beast creature. Because Biedi had condensed the surrounding space, teleportation was entirely impossible for the prey.

One chased, the other fled!

"Swallow this one, and I should be nearing Tier Five, right?" Biedi hoped, pursuing the other Beast at top speed.

The quiet, dim expanse was utterly silent. Within a rolling river that cut through the void, Luo Feng stood above the current. "The coordinates have shifted again! This Beast Biedi’s position keeps changing. Even moving this fast, I have to tread carefully to avoid being discovered by other Beasts..."

Luo Feng was displeased.

In his distant Miniature Universe, Molossa respectfully reported to the God-Power Avatar, "Master, the messages I spread, and the fact that I submitted to your command... have greatly accelerated the evolution of the Beasts. Usually, they are quite leisurely, hunting only occasionally. Now, every one of them is frantic, constantly moving. Biedi is the same; it must be in the midst of frantic hunting now. Because the other Beasts can sense it, they manage to flee early, causing Biedi to often run in vain."

"However, because there are so many Beasts in the entire Nest, when Biedi chases in one direction, that area might have tens of thousands of scattered Beasts, all fleeing in chaos—some even fighting. This gives Biedi opportunities. Plus, Biedi has the longest teleportation range, so it occasionally succeeds."

The God-Power Avatar nodded upon hearing this. "Mark its coordinates constantly."

"Yes, Master," Molossa replied respectfully.

Even knowing Biedi was perpetually hunting and moving, Luo Feng dared not stop to rest and wait for Biedi to halt... because if Biedi stopped, it might very well enter Tier Five.

"I must catch up to it quickly."

Luo Feng transformed into a floating rock and initiated another long-distance teleportation, continuously closing the distance.

In terms of teleportation range, Luo Feng still held the advantage over Biedi.

But Biedi could go wherever it pleased without restraint, whereas Luo Feng needed to bypass numerous Beasts. Approaching any Beast would reveal the faint fluctuation of teleportation. If the Beasts sensed the wave but couldn't pinpoint another Beast nearby, they would certainly grow suspicious and immediately swarm in for the kill.

This risked exposing him.

Thus, he had to detour around many Beasts, causing Luo Feng to take many unnecessary paths.

"Perhaps Biedi will head my way, and I can meet it head-on and capture it directly," Luo Feng hoped, the giant rock teleporting repeatedly through the dim space.

Time flowed on.

Molossa maintained the model of the dim expanse and kept the light spots representing all the Beasts active. From these spots, it was clear that whenever Biedi made contact with a light spot, another spot would soon vanish.

Clearly, Biedi was hunting and consuming!

In the blink of an eye, Luo Feng had been inside the dim expanse for over three months.

On a strangely bald, floating mountain peak, the Beast Biedi was coiled upon it, its aura suppressed. However, the energy subtly dispersing from the surrounding space continuously converged toward Biedi, naturally condensing into endless black mist. The 'Dim Expanse' was the Nest, the cradle of the Beasts, and naturally contained some special energy.

Black mist swirled around, wrapping Biedi in layers.

"Hoo!"

"Hah!"

The black mist would occasionally spread out, then shrink back.

It resembled a massive heart constantly expanding and contracting. This state continued unabated.

Meanwhile, elsewhere in the dim expanse, upon discovering that Biedi had stopped moving, Luo Feng was overjoyed and rushed toward that location. "It has actually paused for now! Although the distance is vast, and I have to bypass many areas, I can certainly reach it within half a day." Swish! Swish! Swish! The rock moved forward rapidly via teleportation.

The black mist heart inflated and contracted again and again.

Finally.

"Hah!" The entire mass of black mist suddenly contracted violently, shrinking completely into Biedi's nostrils. The endless black mist surged into its breathing apparatus, revealing its body. On its surface, waves of bloody light began to appear, wrapping around it, the light growing gradually denser.

"Boom!"

"Rumble!"

The space occupied by the Beast Biedi trembled repeatedly. An incomparably powerful, terrifying wave of destruction descended, enveloping it. The blood-red light on its body intensified, and its physical size slowly began to increase. In terms of size, the higher the rank of a Beast, the larger its true form generally became.

This process lasted for about an hour before the bloody light began to recede, clinging instead to its dark hide. Strange, blood-colored thread-like patterns started forming across the entire skin of the Beast Biedi. Moments later, everything dissipated, leaving Biedi’s entire body covered in these crimson, patterned markings, radiating an aura that chilled the very soul.

"Hoo," the Beast Biedi slowly exhaled a breath of air and opened its two lone eyes.

A relaxed, satisfied smile spread across both of its heads.

"Finally... finally, I have reached Tier Five." The Beast Biedi finally felt relief.

Ever since the message from Molossa arrived, and after Molossa was suppressed and enslaved, leading Biedi to adopt a new strategy... it had known no rest. It understood it was gambling; if other Beasts reached Tier Five before it, it would be in deep trouble. But it couldn't afford not to gamble! The threat Luo Feng posed was too immense.

During this period, it hadn't dared slacken even for a moment.

"Entered Tier Five."

"Within the Beast Nest, no one is my match now. Mo He and the others are doomed to die." A trace of madness flickered in the Beast Biedi’s two eyes.

Mo He, Qi Ya, and several other Beasts had reached Tier Four. Biedi held an advantage, but it could only suppress them; killing them was extremely difficult, just as it had been difficult for Biedi to kill Molossa previously.

But now, things were different; it had reached Tier Five! There were only a few at Tier Four...

"Mo He..." The Beast Biedi instantly teleported and began moving. "But I will maintain the same teleportation range as when I was Tier Four. That way, Mo He and the others probably won't know I've reached Tier Five."

"Moving position only now?" Not far from the Beast Biedi, a massive rock hovered in the void. "Too late! I can catch you within five minutes!"
