Zheng Zha spoke with a bitter taste in his mouth, "Is... has the difficulty increased? Chu Xuan, are we still not spared by the 'Main God'?"

Chu Xuan, however, adjusted his glasses and suddenly addressed the blond youth, "Do you have a computer? Could you lend me one?"

The blond youth had been watching everyone’s performance in a daze. When Chu Xuan spoke to him, he instinctively pointed toward the office desk behind him. Without ceremony, Chu Xuan walked directly to the desk and silently booted up the computer.

The bald, burly man seemed about to stop Chu Xuan, but the blond youth frowned and restrained him, saying only, "Can you tell me what’s going on? Although my family’s influence only extends within this city, I imagine we could still be of significant help to you, right?"

Zheng Zha shook his head with a wry smile. He truly didn't know how to explain. While the horror movie situations he had previously encountered usually involved sudden spikes in difficulty, this time he felt profoundly disappointed. He had envisioned this horror movie world as one where they could acquire vast amounts of reward points; he had placed great hope in this particular movie, even fantasizing about earning over ten thousand points to resurrect several companions upon their return. But...

"Bang!"

Zheng Zha slammed his fist onto the desk. With a loud impact, the entire desk fractured beneath the blow. In his extreme disappointment, he had forgotten to hold back. The punch not only broke the desk but drove three gold bricks into the floor, making it look as if a master of internal energy had struck down with full force. For an ordinary person, this display of power was undoubtedly astonishing.

The bald, burly man immediately reached into his coat in alarm, and simultaneously, several people entered from the main door. The blond youth, however, shouted sternly, "What are you doing? Are you revolting? Get out, all of you! You too!" The blond youth pointed at the bald, burly man.

The bald, burly man froze. He quickly pleaded, "Young Master, but Young Master, the Master said..."

The blond youth said coldly, "I don't care about anything else, but I am in charge here right now! Get out! Don't make me say it again... And do you think a mere gun can deal with a master of Kung Fu like this? Let me tell you, in the books I’ve read, true Chinese Kung Fu masters can kill people from a thousand meters away with just their fingers; a small flying dart can hit someone kilometers distant. Killing us would be utterly effortless for him. Hurry up and get out!"

The bald, burly man shot Zheng Zha a fierce look before silently withdrawing his hand and walking toward the exit. Once the man was gone, the blond youth immediately knelt on the floor, kowtowing, and said, "Master, please accept me! I can endure hardship and labor. To learn Chinese Kung Fu, I'll do anything—kill, burn, rob—whatever you ask, Master, as long as you take me on. I am willing to do absolutely anything."

Zheng Zha could only offer another bitter smile. Ba Wang and Luo Gandao, standing nearby, were utterly dumbfounded. They then burst into loud, unrestrained laughter. Ba Wang, especially, the hearty man, was laughing so hard he nearly choked, but thankfully, the blond youth remained kneeling directly on the ground, showing no sign of anger or intention to rise. This left Zheng Zha unsure how to proceed.

"Haven't you already learned the circulation route of your internal energy? Then tell it to him," Chu Xuan’s voice suddenly carried from a distance.

Zheng Zha’s heart stirred. He knew Chu Xuan never did anything without purpose. If he suggested this, there must be a reason. Thus, he immediately helped the blond youth up from the floor and was just about to explain the internal energy circulation route when the blond youth yelled for him to stop. He then rushed to the main entrance and bellowed a few instructions outside about making tea. Only then did he run back and say respectfully, "Master, I know learning Chinese Kung Fu requires offering the Master a cup of tea first. Just in case, I always keep a large bag of top-grade Biluochun tea on hand, hahaha. Master, you will drink your fill later!"

Ba Wang and Luo Gandao once again laughed so hard they nearly passed out, and Zheng Zha was so choked up his chest hurt. Looking at the fanatic gleam in the blond youth’s eyes, he couldn't even manage a wry smile.

Finally, after the tea was brewed and Chu Xuan had returned from the computer desk, the man adjusted his glasses and stated, "The difficulty hasn't increased. The time frame is no longer Jurassic Park II. It seems this scenario takes place sometime after that one. As dinosaurs became known to the world, numerous reports about them appeared online. Recently, a mad scientist reportedly entered Isla Sorna, conducting secret experiments unknown to the world. Soon after, the dinosaur population surged dramatically. Furthermore, insects and plants began evolving toward ancient forms—insects grew larger, and flora reverted to primitive states. With the emergence of colossal dinosaurs and giant insects, the military was forced to intervene. This is the situation we face now. Zheng Zha, do you remember what I told you? The amount of reward equals the amount of danger... A confirmed side mission is to find that mad scientist, or uncover the secret behind this sudden proliferation of dinosaurs. That is one of the side missions we must currently face."

Zheng Zha breathed a sigh of relief, yet expressed worry, "While what you say is true—reward equals danger—but... forget it, I’ve decided. We cannot skip any side mission. Are there other side missions? Tell me, I’m listening."

Chu Xuan pushed up his glasses and said faintly, "Another potential side mission... returning to the island from Jurassic Park I. The data I accessed shows no reports emanating from that island, but there is a carrier strike group guarding its perimeter. Moreover, the government is secretly organizing research personnel. There may be something on that island more terrifying, or more significant, than the increased dinosaur population. This is definitely another side mission, and likely one with an exceptionally generous reward!"

Zheng Zha let out a breath after hearing this, then stated fiercely, "Damn it, let’s do it! Since we have to complete one side mission, completing another is the same effort! Let’s go! I know reward equals danger... but wasn't this horror movie supposed to be simple? Didn't you say it would be very easy?"

Chu Xuan nodded, "Yes, very simple. Current naval intelligence shows they located three Tyrannosaurus Rex eggs on Isla Sorna. They are scheduled to be transported back to the city museum for taxidermy the day after tomorrow. The transport fleet sails tomorrow. Do you understand what I mean?"

This was a transaction, one where both parties had only offered verbal agreements. Naturally, Zheng Zha could not refuse the blond youth further. He pointed to his own body and began meticulously detailing the meridians through which the internal energy flowed. After explaining for several minutes, he tentatively channeled a small amount of internal energy into the blond youth’s meridians. In fact, as long as he didn't attack, inputting this energy into the youth’s meridians made the young man feel an extremely warm current moving within him, which he described as feeling wonderfully warm, like having a little fish swimming inside his body.

After finally managing to guide the internal energy through the blond youth’s meridians once, Zheng Zha sat back onto the sofa, sweat dripping down his face. The blond youth, however, sat cross-legged on the floor with his eyes closed in meditation, seemingly entranced. If it weren't for his bright blond hair and slightly hooked nose, his posture would have perfectly resembled the young martial artists in Chinese wuxia films.

Once Zheng Zha sat back down, he exchanged wry smiles with the others, while Ba Wang and Luo Gandao once again erupted into laughter. Only Chu Xuan spoke calmly, "Then let’s prepare to board the transport ship tomorrow and head to Isla Sorna. However, I have two points to remind everyone."

"One: Our primary target should be finding the mad scientist, not mass-slaughtering dinosaurs. The reward points for dinosaurs are too few; even in large numbers, unless we kill thousands at once, it’s minimal, and this approach will easily attract the U.S. Marines blockading the island. If they engage us, we could face a crisis."

"Two: If we are forced into combat, I expect everyone to show no mercy. Regardless of the enemy, even innocent members of the Marine Corps... they must be killed without hesitation. Furthermore, if we do end up fighting them, my requirement is this... we must sink at least one destroyer-class warship to cause chaos among the entire blockading navy. This will draw the attention of the carrier strike group, and we will then use the Green Goblin skateboard to reach the island from the first movie to complete that side mission there."

"Therefore, if a fight breaks out, cause as much destruction as possible. If you can destroy a large warship, don't bother with destroyers. The greater the damage we inflict and the more casualties we cause, the higher the likelihood of drawing the carrier strike group in... That is generally the plan."

Zheng Zha, Ba Wang, and Luo Gandao swallowed hard. Not a word was spoken between them, but they all understood the unspoken thought shared by the others.

It was too damn insane... this was absolute madness!

"Insane? No, this is a deduction calculated based on the highest probability of mission success. Because if we attack at night, a sudden raid could certainly cause massive destruction, and we have the Green Goblin skateboard and the high-yield gravity mines. Do you know what that means? As long as we avoid direct confrontation and focus on ambush, we might actually sink the aircraft carrier..." Chu Xuan smiled faintly, his expression carrying a hint of disdain and excitement.

(This must be the Chu Xuan from my memory—still so mad and yet so rational... though that sounds contradictory, this is truly him.)

Zheng Zha said fiercely, "Let’s do it! Damn it, I’m past caring about consequences now. Once we decided to pursue the side missions, there’s no turning back to avoid a life-or-death fight. Let’s go! First, we infiltrate Isla Sorna to find the mad scientist and the secret behind the dinosaur surge, and then we launch a brutal ambush on the U.S. Navy... Let’s do this!"

Ba Wang took a deep breath, "Damn the American devils... old adversaries. Since we’ve decided to fight, we must fight thoroughly! I wonder if the power of the Coilgun will be effective against warships, hahaha..."

Luo Gandao kept glancing at the blond youth, murmuring, "Are you planning to silence him? Is it okay to discuss these things in front of him?"

Ba Wang burst out laughing and nudged the blond youth. Sure enough, the blond youth stumbled and fell to the ground, appearing to have fainted. Zheng Zha scratched his head and asked, "When did you guys realize I knocked him out?"

Chu Xuan stated calmly, "I knew the moment you lightly pressed the carotid artery on his neck as you walked away. This level of unconsciousness will last at most half an hour, so we can discuss a few more details. Then we can finalize arrangements once he wakes up."

Zheng Zha smiled slightly and said, "In any case, the main points for this operation are decided: tomorrow we take the transport ship to Isla Sorna, complete the side mission there first, then attack... ahem, attack the U.S. Navy. Then, while they are in chaos, and the carrier strike group is drawn in, we use the Green Goblin skateboard to get to the island from the first movie to complete that side mission. That's the basic flow. Now we just need to discuss minor details, such as the arrangement for the three newcomers, and the battle plan for attacking the Navy..." Although he still felt the plan was overly dramatic, hahaha, thinking about it felt exhilarating! Damn it, this time we are truly fighting for our lives!

Chu Xuan nodded, "Actually, I’ve always suspected sinking a warship might also be a side mission, I just don't know the point value. But if we’re going to attack, we can try. If we use the high-yield gravity mines as our attack method, a warship can easily be disabled with accurate targeting. Moreover, by flying at high speed just above the sea surface, we can evade radar tracking. The Green Goblin skateboard also has anti-radar paint, so as long as it’s late at night, everyone need not worry about being detected."

As they were speaking, the blond youth groaned and stretched lazily. Moments later, he came to his senses and immediately bowed deeply, shouting, "Master!" The foreigner had perfectly mimicked ancient Chinese etiquette with a full bow, then laughed heartily, "Hahaha, Master, that’s wonderful! I must have fallen asleep while cultivating internal energy! This internal energy technique is truly as legendary as they say!"

(...Fell asleep...)

Zheng Zha and everyone around him looked at him with strange expressions, but Chu Xuan’s demeanor remained unchanged. The man smiled and said, "Since you have learned the internal energy technique, you are now his disciple, right? Do you know how a disciple should show respect to his Master?"

The blond youth nodded repeatedly, "Naturally! A teacher for a day is a father for life. Master, if you ask me to kill or..."

Chu Xuan quickly cut him off, "You don't need to do those things right now. We need you to help us find a place to rest and stay. Our mercenary team has three other members who haven't arrived yet. Also, you need to finalize that matter for us; we absolutely must board the ship tomorrow."

The blond youth nodded firmly and sprinted out of the room without a word. A few minutes later, he ran back, laughing heartily, "Master, I have arranged several suites for you on the twenty-seventh floor of this building. Here are the keys; you and your friends can pick any room on that floor... Don't worry, Master. I understand the hardships of martial arts training; the real changes don't show for several years and require persistent practice. Rest assured, I won't disgrace you, hahaha..."

This was fortunate; it saved them a lot of explanation. Zheng Zha’s mouth twitched. He realized he had truly encountered a fanatic. After witnessing real Chinese Kung Fu, this initially calm and rational underworld youth had become so fanatical—a development he could never have predicted. Helplessly, he suppressed Ba Wang's and Luo Gandao's stifled laughter, took out his communicator, and contacted Wang Xia and the other two. He then had the blond youth arrange for people to pick them up. The team's immediate matters were finally settled.

After dinner, the blond youth presented them with four work permits—official documentation stamped by the museum. Then, the youth implored Zheng Zha to use his internal energy once more to 'wash the marrow' for him. Reluctantly, Zheng Zha channeled his energy through the young man's body once more, then pressed his finger directly onto the youth’s neck to knock him unconscious. When the youth finally woke up, he once again marveled at the magic of Chinese Kung Fu, which made the others nearly choke with suppressed laughter, while Zheng Zha could only alternate between smiling wryly and wanting to cry.

Regardless, by noon the next day, the four of them bid farewell to the blond youth and headed toward the docks. Luo Gandao and the other two were arranged to stay in the building. Zheng Zha specifically left them a communicator, agreeing to pick them up and return to the warehouse once the T-Rex eggs were secured, maintaining contact via the device.

The transport ship finally set sail around 2 PM. Isla Sorna was not far from the coast. Traveling at full speed, the ship finally reached Isla Sorna around 8 PM—this Jurassic island where dinosaurs, ancient plants, and insects coexisted—the very island where Zheng Zha’s group was about to complete their side mission... an island of dinosaurs.

As the transport ship approached the island's perimeter, the roar of huge beasts echoed from the land. Zheng Zha and the others finally saw the fleet surrounding the island—a force composed of several cruisers, destroyers, and some smaller patrol boats. From their vantage point, they could occasionally see small boats moving in and out of the island, apparently shuttling teams of researchers and soldiers.

"Are you ready? Let’s go in... Dinosaur Island!"

"'The Main God's' missions always have a very simple solution in every horror movie world. Once that method is found, the movie can be easily resolved, but many mortals simply don't know it. However, I repeat: the amount of reward equals the amount of danger... If you want more reward points to resurrect team members, my suggestion is to enter Isla Sorna and find the secret behind the dinosaur proliferation, ideally finding that mad scientist—alive or dead—to complete this horror movie side mission... If you want to achieve even more, then we return to the island from the first part to see what truly happened there."

Zheng Zha gritted his teeth and pondered silently. He looked at Ba Wang, then at Chu Xuan, before nodding fiercely, "We made so many arrangements and weapon exchanges. To go back now would make us cowards who flee at the first sign of trouble... We will go to Isla Sorna, complete the side mission there, find the Doctor or the secret behind the dinosaur increase. That's settled!"

Chu Xuan nodded, and Ba Wang also laughed heartily, "Right! I just want to see if my super-powerful gun can turn the dinosaurs into meat paste, hahaha..."

Chu Xuan then turned his gaze to the blond youth and said coolly, "Having Zheng Zha teach you Chinese Kung Fu is fine, but we need you to do one thing for us. Once you accomplish this task, we will teach you the Kung Fu completely!"

The blond youth had understood what was happening while listening to them. He quickly thumped his chest and declared, "I can't promise about other things, but anything within this city, just ask! My old man still has some influence here. Are you perhaps asking me to help you sneak onto the transport ship?"

Chu Xuan snapped his fingers, "Exactly. The Anthony family—when I was researching earlier, I happened to look into your family history. Didn't a Senator share the Anthony surname? I imagine you can help us quite easily. Just tell them we are specimen experts from the museum, going to the island to collect other samples, like dinosaur dung, ancient leaves, or the corpses of giant insects. These can serve as excuses. While you might not be able to influence the military, your family's influence should easily handle a small museum's request, right?"

The blond youth said nothing further, pulling a mobile phone from his inner pocket and initiating a call with someone on the other end. Initially, the blond youth seemed to face resistance, but after persistent pleading, a smile slowly spread across his face. After a long while, he finally hung up, laughing heartily, "No problem! My old man agreed to call the museum director right away... So, Master, are you ready to teach me Chinese Kung Fu now?"
