A careful consideration brought clarity.

Indeed, the Purple Moon Progenitor was a Void True God, meaning his Miniature Universe was even larger than Luo Feng's own! Morosa, currently only at the second stage, chewed slower than before... it would genuinely take around one hundred thousand years.

"Master, shall I devour it?" Morosa stirred, eager to act.

Luo Feng shook his head. "Forget it for now. Let him enjoy his time a little longer. This trip to the Beast God's Lair will be fraught with enemies; I can't possibly stay long—at most, a hundred years, and perhaps only a year if things go badly. Morosa, you will remain in my Miniature Universe on standby, awaiting my command."

Though he deeply desired to eradicate the Purple Moon Holy Land,

the Beast God Calamity was the paramount concern.

"Yes." Though unwilling, Morosa still responded respectfully.

Luo Feng gazed out through the Star Tower towards the void—the direction of the Purple Moon Holy Land—and murmured, "My time is precious now; I have no time for your chatter... Once this matter is concluded, it won't be too late to extinguish you."

As for failure?

Luo Feng chose not to dwell on it. If he truly failed, and his Miniature Universe was devoured, leading to total annihilation... at that juncture, the Purple Moon Holy Land wouldn't be worth troubling over. Moreover, in the event of a Great Extinction, the Purple Moon Holy Land would undoubtedly perish. Even if they surrendered, the Beast Gods would never accept them; after all, the Purple Moon Holy Land possessed no rivals that truly threatened them, and such a vast Holy Land Universe was an unimaginable feast.

Whoosh!

The Star Tower executed long-range instantaneous movement, continually advancing toward the Jin World.

...

In less than half a day, Luo Feng, utilizing the Star Tower, entered the colossal structure suspected to be the 'God-King's Divine Body,' arriving outside the Miniature Universe of the Jin World. He waited silently, watching for the moment the membrane wall turned white.

Time drifted onward.

Another half a month passed.

"It has changed." Luo Feng watched the Miniature Universe in the distant void; its entire membrane wall had turned white.

Unlike in the past, after trillions of epochs, very few individuals now entered the Jin World. Those who gained treasures usually already had them, while the incapable either retreated or perished. The number still attempting entry was minuscule; across many epochs, perhaps only one person entered occasionally.

Primarily, it was the Universe Masters newly born in the Original Universe who ventured in for adventure.

For this current entry, besides Luo Feng, there wasn't a second.

"Swoosh!"

The Star Tower flew swiftly, piercing directly through the membrane wall and entering the Jin World.

Vast mists swirled, and the Star Tower descended rapidly through the clouds. Not far away, within the mist, a ship was stationary.

"Collect." The white-robed Luo Feng materialized, the Star Tower settling onto his palm. Luo Feng then walked directly toward the ship, whose cabin door opened automatically to welcome him.

This ship was piloted by the God-Power Avatar Luo Feng had kept stationed within the Jin World, and naturally, it carried a large cache of treasures.

Inside the cabin.

The God-Power Avatar sat cross-legged to one side. On the open floor beside him lay numerous treasures, mostly mechanical stream artifacts, along with some other auxiliary items.

"Hwa." Upon arrival, Luo Feng simply waved his hand, collecting all the treasures.

"With these artifacts, my battle against the Beast God will have a much greater chance of success," Luo Feng allowed a slight smile to show.

Simultaneously, with a thought, the military ring on his God-Power Avatar's wrist was activated. Instantly, the surrounding space shifted, transforming into the Armament World. It was known that as long as one was within the Jin World, the military ring could grant immediate access to the Armament World—this was the benefit of the 'Military Ring,' though regular soldiers were never qualified to possess one.

Hwa~~~ As space transformed, a figure bathed in golden light descended from above.

"Lord Yin He," the golden figure said respectfully.

Luo Feng nodded. "Help me appraise the level of these treasures."

A beam of light detached from Luo Feng's [body] and hovered suspended. It possessed five pairs of wings, fully spread, emanating infinite might—it was one of Luo Feng's most crucial treasures, the 'Wing Slaying Wu Wings.' These wings were acquired in the earliest stages, and when integrated with various components, their exhibited power surpassed everything Luo Feng had obtained in the Jin World.

However, despite the passage of time, Luo Feng had never brought the Star Tower or the Wing Slaying Wu Wings here for appraisal. This time, venturing out to collect a massive number of treasures, he decided to have them appraised as well.

Of course, Luo Feng himself suspected that both the Star Tower and the Wing Slaying Wu Wings absolutely surpassed those belonging to Wu Qi God.

"Yes." The golden figure responded respectfully.

"Buzz!"

Light shot from the golden figure's eyes, enveloping the Wing Slaying Wu Wings. Beams of light swept across every feature as it meticulously examined them.

...

Far away in the God-King Valley of the Jin World, on the top floor of the Wu Qi Tower, the virtual consciousness left behind by the Jin God-King abruptly turned its head, gazing thoughtfully in a certain direction of the distant void—the direction where Luo Feng was appraising treasures.

"Yin He?" The Jin God-King expressed surprise. "This Yin He not only possesses artifacts from my Jin Kingdom but also artifacts from the Wu Kingdom... It seems his encounters have been extraordinary."

"However," the Jin God-King smiled, "the stronger he is, the better; the more complex his background, the better..."

...

Luo Feng watched with anticipation, as he still didn't know the true origin of the Wing Slaying Wu Wings.

As for browsing the 'Jin World' database? That database was too colossal; Luo Feng simply lacked the energy for it. He felt that absorbing the crucial information within the inheritances was sufficient.

"Lord Yin He," the golden figure retracted its light, saying respectfully, "these wings are suspected to be the 'Chaos Gold Wings,' the most prized mechanical stream artifact of the long-perished 'Wu Kingdom.'"

"The perished Wu Kingdom? Chaos Gold Wings?" Luo Feng was stunned.

The Wing Slaying Wu Wings, in fact, belonged to the Wu Kingdom?

The previous East River Breaker was East River Breaker Wu... but now it sounded as if the Wu Kingdom itself was destroyed.

Why would his teacher, the Primal Chaos City Master, name the wings 'Wing Slaying Wu Wings'? These were the wings of the Wu Kingdom itself. It seemed that his teacher must have gained some insight when discovering that initial, incomplete component of the 'Wing Slaying Wu Wings' to include the character 'Wu' in the name.

"The Chaos Gold Wings originally consisted of six pairs of wings," the golden figure stated respectfully. "These wings are five pairs, indicating they are incomplete, missing the fifth pair."

"Before its demise, when the Wu Kingdom was at its peak, it was slightly stronger than my Jin Kingdom," the golden figure continued. "And the Wu Kingdom specialized in crafting mechanical stream artifacts. In the wars among the super-powers of the Ancient Civilization, victory often hinged upon the results achieved by the armies. Endless legions, coupled with vast numbers of mechanical stream artifacts... the attacks unleashed, even the Saint-level beings had to evade."

Luo Feng nodded thoughtfully.

He now understood the power divisions: True God, Void True God, Eternal True God, Saint, and God-King!

The Jin God-King was a God-King, powerful enough to establish a kingdom.

The three generations of ancestors in the East River Breaker lineage were also at that level, standing at the pinnacle of the Ancient Civilization.

The Rhinoceros Emperor of the Rhinoceros Emperor Bureau was also at that level.

Once this level was reached... one could establish a sect and become an absolute leader, looking down upon the Ancient Civilization, even when acting alone. If they formed a force, they could establish a kingdom. In the recorded conflicts among the super-powers of the Ancient Civilization known to Luo Feng, the highest echelon was the God-King level; for instance, the Shi Kingdom that destroyed the Jin Kingdom had three founding monarchs, all of whom were God-Kings.

"With armies numbering in the hundreds of millions, relying on mechanical stream artifacts, even Saint-level beings cannot be stopped. Unless a God-King appears. And once a God-King battle occurs... it almost signifies a war to the death for an entire nation," Luo Feng mused internally.

The golden figure went on. "Among military artifacts, there are primarily group-type artifacts, like our clan's 'Jin Luo Heaven and Earth,' and individual-type artifacts. The Chaos Gold Wings were among the finest of all artifacts in the Ancient Civilization!"

"The finest in the Ancient Civilization?" Luo Feng was surprised.

"Mechanical stream artifacts are of little use to Saint-level beings. They are nearly useless to His Majesty the God-King. Artifacts used by Eternal True Gods almost represent the pinnacle of mechanical stream artifacts." The golden figure explained, "And the Chaos Gold Wings were the mechanical stream artifacts specifically created by the Wu Kingdom for Eternal True Gods."

Luo Feng's eyes lit up as he listened.

"The Chaos Gold Wings consist of six pairs, each pair serving a different function."

"The first pair of wings allows for escape utilizing time-space acceleration. Even geniuses born in our Ancient Civilization, whether Immortals or Venerables, could utilize it."

"The second pair of wings can control time and space! It is a simplification of the True God's 'Words Manifest Law.' Ordinary Law Masters can use it."

"The third pair of wings allows for void creation with a single thought—a simplification of the Void True God's single-thought void creation. Ordinary True Gods can use it."

"The fourth pair of wings can manifest a universe with a single thought—a simplification of the Eternal True God's single-thought miniature universe manifestation. Ordinary Void True Gods can use it."

"The fifth pair of wings grants a degree of control over chaos, which is the origin of the name 'Chaos Gold Wings.' Ordinary Eternal True Gods can use it, granting them power equivalent to a partial Saint-level being."

"The sixth pair of wings is the Wing of Attack! Indestructible and supremely powerful, leaning towards Chaos Gold."

"When powered by 'Source' as the core, this set of wings can unleash supreme combat power. It was the Wu Kingdom's highest achievement in single-body mechanical stream artifacts! And among the finest in the Ancient Civilization. By utilizing it, an Eternal True God could attain the strength of a partial Saint-level existence."

"Of course, its secret patterns are tiered from low to high. The more powerful the user, the higher the quality of the power stored in the 'Source' driven by the secret patterns. Once stored in the 'Source,' it acts as an external energy reserve," the golden figure explained. "It also allows an Eternal True God to sustain prolonged combat."

Luo Feng listened, utterly amazed.

He finally understood.

It was no wonder the blade energy that burst forth from the 'Source,' even when scattered and not channeled through the sixth pair of wings, possessed such terrifying might. It was the power of an Eternal True God after transformation.

"The third pair of wings embodies 'single-thought void creation,' usable by an ordinary True God... but I am not ordinary; I can use it as a Universe Master," Luo Feng sighed. It made sense why grasping the third stage of the Wing Slaying Wu Wings took so long; the original design likely intended for a True God to activate it, naturally setting a higher bar for a Universe Master.

"The fourth pair of wings, 'universe manifestation with a single thought?'" Luo Feng was filled with anticipation. "Although my realm has greatly increased, I still feel that this fourth pair of wings is frustratingly close yet impossible to fully activate."

This slight gap felt like an impassable chasm. Perhaps the life-and-death struggle in the Beast God's Lair would allow him to break through.

"Now, help me appraise this artifact," Luo Feng commanded. A small pagoda materialized in his palm—this nine-story tower flew out and hovered in the air; it was the Star Tower.
