Today's third update! This is the first part! Requesting monthly tickets! I am merely an assassin! When someone needs me to kill, I act! To be a killing hand!

Just as Jun Wu Yi was about to rush forward, a hand suddenly rested on his shoulder. The hand belonged to Jun Mo Xie.

"Uncle," Jun Mo Xie asked with a slight smile, "I am truly perplexed; you, a seasoned general of the battlefield and a master of formations, would resort to such a futile effort? Talking about the Rule of Law with them?"

"En?" Jun Wu Yi was slightly confused. "You speak to them of the Rule of Law? Is it of any use? If they respected the Rule of Law, they wouldn't be openly committing murder. Didn't you hear them say they are the Rule of Law?! To them, the law is merely an optional tool. As for speaking to them of humanity, hah, if they possessed even a shred of it, they wouldn't commit such cruel acts as slaughtering children. To discuss humanity with a beast devoid of it—don't you feel foolish?" Jun Mo Xie stated calmly.

"Oh? Then how do you suggest we proceed?" Jun Wu Yi asked decisively.

"See, like this—direct and swift. Isn't that a better choice?!" His voice still echoed as Jun Mo Xie retreated strangely. His eyes remained fixed on Jun Wu Yi, his expression unchanged, even his gaze as warm as gentle water; his right hand stabbed straight backward. A muffled groan followed; the large man advancing was impaled by the five fingers thrust into his throat. Jun Mo Xie squeezed hard, gripping, and with a crunch, pulverized the man's Adam's apple!

This brute, incited by Jun Wu Yi's mention of the "Rule of Law," had strode forward to teach the poor scholar a lesson, unaware that upon approach, he would be turned into a demonstration piece by Jun Mo Xie.

"Against such people, you either ignore them completely, or," Jun Mo Xie withdrew his hand with composure, elegantly wiping the blood on the corpse of the large man without turning around. With a casual push, the man's body thudded to the ground. Only then did Jun Mo Xie slowly continue, "or you exterminate the evil completely, leaving no survivors."

The dead man's eyes were wide with astonishment, staring directly into the hateful eyes of the small girl, face-to-face. Perhaps he never imagined that his death was caused by this little girl 'hiring' an assassin!

A single, chipped copper coin was the price for his life!

No, he wasn't even worth that single coin, because many more lives would be forfeit because of it!

Though the girl herself, even in death, would never know her great revenge was wrought, nor that she had inexplicably hired a peerless God of Slaughter for a mere coin! But if she knew in the afterlife, she would surely smile in eternal peace!

Heaven’s justice is manifest! Heaven’s will is clear!

Because from the moment Jun Mo Xie picked up the only wealth she possessed—that single, chipped copper coin—the King of Assassins in his heart had made a decision: From this day forward, Xie Jun would wage a war of unending attrition against the Huanghua Hall and the powers behind them! Every last one would be annihilated, leaving no chicks or hens!

Jun Wu Yi watched Jun Mo Xie strike down the life without changing expression, momentarily speechless: "Mo Xie, teaching them a lesson would suffice, is it necessary to kill them all? Such people should ultimately be dealt with by the Rule of Law; that is the proper path!"

"Third Uncle, though you are upright and righteous, I must say, you are far too pedantic!" The sounds of chaotic footsteps echoed behind them. Jun Mo Xie did not turn his head. "Try reasoning with them? See if you can convert them? Even if you revealed your identity and ordered the government to punish them, what then? I guarantee they would be released upon turning away, and today’s scene would simply repeat itself! Hah, truly laughable!"

The remaining thugs at the door roared in anger upon seeing their comrade perish and surged forward.

"Third Uncle, there is one thing we martial artists must remember clearly," Jun Mo Xie smiled serenely, his face beneath the disguise utterly placid, yet his eyes deep as water, sharp glints barely visible. He paid no mind to the men charging from behind. "Now it seems that since they can act so recklessly, the laws of Xiang Country evidently no longer restrain these people. Heh, when the law becomes a shield for evil, when those in high positions use wickedness to achieve their own ends..."

"When the wicked act arrogantly and no one can punish them through legitimate channels, this is when people like us are bound to emerge!"

"Remember this: At such times, the justice in our martial hearts must not be confined by the law! It must transform into a sharp blade for killing, using killing to stop killing, using violence to counter violence, mercilessly purging these dregs of humanity! That is how justice is upheld. And there is no need to worry about karmic cycles or legalistic principles! Those things now are worth less than dog dung!"

"For this, I only have slaughter!" Jun Mo Xie smiled faintly, still facing Jun Wu Yi, still with his back to the advancing thugs, his robes fluttering, his expression tranquil.

But in an instant, he spun around, plunging like lightning into the cluster of men charging towards him. With several sharp kacha sounds, he darted through them. Jun Mo Xie’s tall silhouette stepped unhurriedly into the gates of Huanghua Hall without looking back, his movements graceful and elegant, as if visiting a friend.

Behind him, one large man holding a sabre had a massive bloody hole in his throat. Another man’s sternum had visibly caved in around his heart. A third was bleeding profusely from all seven orifices, while another had his neck twisted, his head hanging limply. All dead!

It wasn't until Jun Mo Xie's figure vanished that the four bodies at the main entrance of Huanghua Hall collapsed one after another. These guards were not ordinary fighters, possessing at most the skill of a Second or Third-Grade Xuan Qi. But Jun Wu Yi saw clearly: Jun Mo Xie killed each man with only one strike! No! It should be said, with only one movement!

Yet, with just that single movement, none could evade, nor even muster a thought to react!

A fatal strike, no chance for reprieve!

What terrifying killing technique!

Could he evade it himself? Jun Wu Yi pondered for a moment. If he were fully alert, evading it would not be difficult. But Mo Xie's fatal killing move was definitely enough to instantly slay an average Silver-Grade Xuan Practitioner in a fair fight. As for higher-level masters...

Third Master Jun suddenly realized his nephew had already charged in. He couldn't risk danger. Since this "Huanghua Hall" dared to be so blatant, it might be hiding some true masters inside. He hurriedly followed Jun Mo Xie into the hall, soaring inside. One glance made him gasp in shock.

In this short time since entering the doorway, there were already five or six bodies lying haphazardly! Each wound was the same: a palm strike to the throat, crushing the windpipe!

Jun Wu Yi rushed in like a whirlwind and finally saw Jun Mo Xie's figure moving from room to room, calmly and rapidly, cruelly yet elegantly! The people inside who had just realized something was amiss and rushed out—Jun Mo Xie spared no one, male or female. He encountered enemies before him, but behind him, apart from Jun Wu Yi, there was not a single living soul! Not one!

Jun Wu Yi had clearly worried unnecessarily. Huanghua Hall might have strong backing, but this was merely an external branch office, responsible only for the most peripheral aspects of procurement and trade; there were hardly any masters present. Furthermore, Jun Mo Xie’s execution was sharp and ruthless to the extreme. The few guards who confronted him were down almost instantly upon meeting, and the older men and courtesans inside, though unskilled in martial arts, were also shown no mercy by Jun Mo Xie—no survivors.

Jun Wu Yi, a master who had reached the Heaven Profound Realm, followed behind him and actually had no opportunity to strike! He ended up playing the role of a highly incompetent bodyguard, as well as an attendant and spectator.

Jun Mo Xie's expression remained utterly composed as his hands moved like wind. With a kacha, another guard's windpipe was crushed. A flying kick, angled differently, struck the right-side guard amidst a flurry of blade shadows, causing the guard to shriek, blood pouring from his seven orifices, and collapse heavily.

Clearing a path, leaving a trail of blood and corpses in his wake! Boom! Three figures, trailing silvery light, blasted through the inner courtyard door, stopping at the entrance. "Who are you people? How dare you cause trouble here? Do you know what place this is?!" One was a middle-aged man in his forties.

"Cause trouble?! No, I didn't. I was just entrusted by someone to kill! How could I be causing trouble!" Jun Mo Xie said with a smile, yet his hands and feet remained relentlessly active. The three men before him simultaneously twisted in three different directions.

He swept through them, leaving no one alive; the ground was already littered with forty or fifty corpses!

"How audacious! Who hired you?" the middle-aged man said, clearly masking fear with bluster. "Do you even know what this place is? Whose place this is?!"

Jun Mo Xie couldn't be bothered with him, turning instead: "Third Uncle, I'm a bit tired. These three are yours. You might as well stretch your limbs, but make it quick. This is the capital city, and the official troops will be here soon."

"Official troops?" Jun Wu Yi scoffed and nodded, suddenly leaping forward like a great bird, a pale blue radiance flashing instantly; elegant and ruthless!

"Ah! Heaven Profound expert!" The three men’s horrified cry was cut short before they could finish their shock, as they were sent flying. Against a few Silver-Grade Xuan Practitioners, a Heaven Profound expert's power was crushing! Before he had even exerted himself, it was over.

Jun Wu Yi hadn't intended to slaughter indiscriminately, but now that Jun Mo Xie had intentionally escalated the matter beyond repair, it was clear he intended total annihilation. Moreover, time was pressing. Jun Wu Yi had to take the lead in cleaning up. Besides, the people here could hardly be considered innocent; indiscriminate killing was unavoidable!

Though Third Master Jun still felt very dissatisfied with Jun Mo Xie's methods.

While Jun Wu Yi was cleaning up, Jun Mo Xie swiftly rushed into a room, searched it quickly, and then with several bang bang bang sounds, the Great Killer tossed two large chests into the courtyard. He picked up a nearby blade and chopped them open with a paka paka, instantly scattering piles of gleaming silver and gleaming gold—bank notes fluttering across the courtyard!

Jun Wu Yi was puzzled, then watched as Jun Mo Xie slashed open several rooms in the corner and roared: "All of you come out! Take the money and leave quickly! Head east once you are outside!" Dozens of young men and women rushed out.

When the final sealed door was opened, an indescribable stench rushed out. Seeing the scene within, Jun Wu Yi suddenly felt that his earlier hesitation and condemnation of his nephew were nothing less than condoning crime and harboring the guilty!

Inside were large jars. At the mouths of these jars were the emaciated, sallow faces of heads. Jun Wu Yi couldn't help but have his eyes split with rage as he smashed one jar! (To be continued)
