The Earth of over ten thousand years later - what does it look like?

Grasses sway, birds flutter through a vast expanse of emerald green dotted with uniquely designed residential towers. In the sky, flocks of flying creatures occasionally glide past the cerulean blue heavens that stretch endlessly above. The air is crisp and invigorating, so much so that by human standards, Earth qualifies as an SSS-grade life-supporting planet - the highest classification possible.

Nature and technology have achieved perfect harmony here.

Men and women in exercise attire or casual wear stroll along streets devoid of any ground vehicles. Instead, subterranean transit networks between cities travel at a breathtaking 30,000 kilometers per hour, enabling effortless access to any city across the planet.

Of course, constructing these intercontinental underwater passages would have been impossible without Luo Feng's authority.

"This Earth is completely different," Luo Feng marveled.

"It will become even more so in time," Xu Xin smiled beside him.

The couple walked like any other pair of spouses on the street, their identities indistinguishable from others. In truth, anyone who glimpsed Luo Feng found themselves instantly forgetting all recognition - memories of having seen a legendary figure simply evaporated.

Luo Feng observed intently. Though he had stationed his Youhai avatar to oversee Earth long ago, it merely meditated in the ancestral home's quiet chamber, emerging only during emergencies. The avatar rarely appeared except when Luo Feng joined family reunions.

"Xu Xin," he remarked as they walked past more planetary-level beings, "I notice these planetary-tier individuals are quite common now. Is this typical?"

"Even after ten thousand years, Earth hasn't produced mostly planetary-tier people," she shook her head. "The planet's secrets remain classified high-level information, yet elite families from the Virtual Cosmos Corporation, Titan Arena, and other major forces all covet Earth residency rights. You can imagine how fiercely these are pursued."

Luo Feng nodded.

"In ancient times, oceans housed alien immigrants while land areas belonged to Earthborn," Xu Xin explained. "Ten thousand years later, our descendants have spread throughout the Qianwu universe nation and beyond in staggering numbers."

"With no territorial limitations on population growth and abundant food supplies, rapid expansion was inevitable," Luo Feng smiled knowingly.

"Indeed," she agreed. "Consider just my Luo family - our population has grown so much it's astonishing."

Luo Feng nodded solemnly. Even with his clan's power, territorial constraints forced many descendants to scatter across other planets and universe nations. How much more so for the entire Earthborn lineage?

The governing council struggled to track identities using even virtual cosmos technology, as countless individuals perished in cosmic disasters or became slaves on mineral-rich worlds.

"Now identity verification has two main methods," Xu Xin explained. "First, over 99% of Earthlings have official records. Second, genetic identification - our unique lineage stands apart from other human races." She emphasized the land zone restrictions: "Only Earthborn may reside in terrestrial regions. No amount of wealth or power allows aliens to live here."

"Over time," Xu Xin continued, "some residents sell their residency rights for lavish lives on other planets, becoming planetary lords perhaps. But since terrestrial residency rights can only be traded between Earthborn, prices remain high but not as inflated as among alien immigrants."

"Wish to become planetary rulers? Live extravagantly? Acquire elite resources? All this drives continuous trading of Earth's residency rights," she said. "Each generation sees new waves of exceptional individuals entering the planet - entrepreneurs building interstellar empires or powerful martial artists and psychic warriors."

"Thus," Luo Feng mused, "Earth hosts over half of our lineage's greatest minds. Planetary-tier beings are common here, as well as many stellar-level and cosmic-tier individuals. Five immortals currently reside on Earth alone!"

Luo Feng nodded solemnly at the mention of immortal deities. Indeed, with proper cultivation, Earthborn had an exceptionally high success rate in reaching ultimate power levels. The lineage already counted dozens of world sovereigns among its ranks. This supremacy was precisely why human factions' universe lords held Earth in such high regard.

"Can terrestrial residency rights really be freely bought and sold?" Luo Feng asked.

Xu Xin shook her head. "Only Earthborn can trade them, and free market transactions are ideal. Buyers and sellers voluntarily engage - there's no stopping it. This continuous influx of our lineage's top minds ensures Earth's status as the ultimate sanctuary for Earthborn."

"Even those with high-status positions on other planets," she continued, "often secure residency here for their descendants. Statistics show that 99% of the top million Earthborn elites hold terrestrial residency rights."

Luo Feng nodded in approval. With each passing generation, Earth's position as a sanctuary would only strengthen. Though human civilization had existed beyond Earth for just ten thousand years, its potential was still largely untapped.

"Right now," Xu Xin said gravely, "the main issue is cultivation resources for our promising youth." She explained the critical window: if pregnant women reached Earth within three months of conception, their offspring would benefit from unique planetary influences. Otherwise, the effect diminished significantly.

"We're cultivating talented younglings rigorously," she continued. "We have wealth - but elite instructors and specialized training environments remain scarce resources beyond even our Luo family's capabilities." Compared to the Qianwu universe nation's established systems, Earthborn development was still lagging behind.

Luo Feng nodded thoughtfully. He recalled his own journey - without leaving Earth or obtaining Metropolis Owner's treasures through Babbata's guidance, he might have perished facing the Golden-Horned Colossus. Proper cultivation could transform individuals like himself, Hong, and Leishen from potential losers to cosmic-tier achievers.

"I'll handle this immediately," Luo Feng decided. With his resources, he could replicate successful systems employed by other universe lords for their lineages. After all, as a universe lord, he had access to exclusive training grounds - places like the Blood River World - that mere cosmic-tier beings couldn't utilize.

After alien immigrants departed during the great migration, Earth underwent extensive transformation. Oceanic resources were integrated with land ecosystems to perfect natural systems. Floating cities originally built for aliens were modified to better suit Earthborn needs - these skyscrapers of hundreds or even thousands of levels maximized vertical space efficiency above the Pacific and Atlantic oceans alone.

"These floating cities could house trillions," Xu Xin calculated. "This makes mass relocation of pregnant Earthborn women possible, ensuring their children benefit from birth." Off-world births produced far fewer prodigies compared to native Earthlings.

Rapid implementation of these plans began immediately. Luo Feng's return marked the start of a new era for his lineage - by merging personal resources with clan assets, Earthborn potential could be unleashed exponentially.

"Earthborn producing cosmic-tier masters, hundreds of immortals... perhaps even another universe lord," he mused silently. The future was promising. But it would take time to fully realize these dreams.
