What struck the deepest was undoubtedly Zhan Mubai, caught right in the thick of the battle!

It is often said that those involved are blinded by the situation, while observers see clearly, but at this moment, the onlookers were clouded, and the combatant saw with stark, absolute clarity.

Zhan Mubai felt the entity standing before him was his ultimate Sovereign! Not only did it govern his life, but it commanded his entire soul! To speak of resisting wholeheartedly was an impossibility; at this moment, even the slightest flicker of defiance in his heart felt like the utmost disrespect, a profound betrayal of his conscience!

The intense, destructive rage that had filled his eyes moments before had now vanished without a trace.

Nothing remained but an ineffable horror. All strength had fled his body; the earth-shattering Xuan Qi surging through his meridians refused to manifest even a fraction! The long sword he had tightly gripped moments ago felt too heavy to hold, let alone wield with intent!

To possess such domineering sword techniques in this world! Such miraculous cultivation methods!

What in heaven’s name were these techniques?!

Seeing the chilling sweep of the sword light poised to strike him down, Zhan Mubai, though ensnared, retained a final thread of lucidity. At this critical juncture between life and death, in sheer desperation, he violently bit his tongue. With a sharp pthwack, he spat out a mouthful of bright blood. The searing pain instantly restored his consciousness to piercing clarity. In extreme haste, he abruptly raised his lowered sword, unleashing a torrent of sword energy so intensely sharp it felt incandescent, meeting the descending strike head-on!

Knowing that Zhan Mubai’s lifespan was limited, Jun Moxie naturally held back no mercy; he had even lost the desire to toy with him! He would not allow Zhan Mubai to perish from the backlash of some forbidden art. Though Zhan Mubai was destined to die, it had to be by Jun Moxie’s hand to settle the score completely! The usually composed Jun Moxie’s eyes were now slightly bloodshot. He had to cleave off Zhan Mubai’s still-gasping head himself to quell the hatred burning in his chest and deliver justice for the one he loved!

This battle was, without a doubt, the most forthright confrontation of Young Master Jun’s career! Jun Moxie intended to use his most savage methods to utterly crush Zhan Mubai in the shortest possible time, thereby cementing his grand reputation as the Sovereign of Evil!

The Lord of Evil makes his appearance, meeting his first challenge head-on!

And that challenge was a Fourth Level Saint Emperor!

With a crisp sound, the two swords finally collided. Jun Moxie hammered down from above, while Zhan Mubai launched a desperate counterattack from below!

A deafening explosion erupted, sending visible shockwaves spiraling outwards in visible rings of light. The surrounding terrain, along with nearly ten feet of earth layers, was violently flung upward, arcing into the sky! Like a raging storm assaulting snow waves, glittering fragments filled the cosmos, as if the very fabric of space had shattered in an instant! The ground across nearly forty zhang instantly fractured, revealing deep fissures as if wrenched apart by colossal tree roots! All of Zhan Mubai’s skills, including his Blazing Sun Domain, disintegrated into dust under the force of this direct clash!

The sheer might displayed caused the hearts of every observing expert present to tremble.

They had long suspected that Jun Moxie, this Sovereign of Evil, must be powerful. Anyone capable of reaching such heights and daring to rise above all others could not possibly be easily defeated. But guessing was one thing; witnessing it firsthand was entirely another. Moreover, no one had anticipated that this emergent Sovereign of Evil could possess such terrifying strength!

Using Third Level Saint Emperor power to press a Fourth Level Saint Emperor and gain the upper hand!

And on top of that, he was backed by a mysterious master whose power was even more profound and unfathomable.

If the disciple was this formidable, the master’s might could only be imagined… how utterly world-shattering! In that instant, the expressions of Cheng Yin Xiao and Qu Wu Hui both changed drastically!

Jun Moxie let out a light whistle, utilizing the repulsive force of the collision to rocket skyward!

Zhan Mubai groaned heavily, his two legs nearly submerged into the earth! He let out a massive roar, and the surrounding soil churned violently once more, exploding outwards in all directions. From the center of this explosion, Zhan Mubai launched himself toward Jun Moxie, who hung suspended in mid-air!

From this single exchange, Zhan Mubai’s treasured sword—a blade he had carried through centuries of wear and tear—was deeply notched, nearly broken in half!

Zhan Mubai’s sword was famous, known as a legendary divine weapon. Beyond its unique material, the Battle Soul Sword was supposedly indestructible, capable of slicing a hair or severing steel with ease; its sturdiness was unmatched on the continent, arguably the finest blade of the age!

Zhan Mubai had obtained the sword only through a chance encounter, and since possessing it, he had known no defeat. It could even be said that this sword played a significant role in forging his renowned status as a Saint Emperor!

Yet, such a sword, struck by the might of Jun Moxie’s Primordial Yellow Blood, had been split in two by a single blow! What manner of divine weapon must the long sword in Jun Moxie’s hand be? Then again, if it hadn't been the legendary Battle Soul Sword, what ordinary weapon could possibly withstand Jun Moxie’s full-force killing strike powered by the Primordial Yellow Blood? In this current age, few weapons could manage it. The Battle Soul Sword surviving—albeit damaged—was proof enough of its legendary reputation!

At this moment, however, Zhan Mubai had no time to mourn the divine sword. His eyes and heart were fixed solely on Jun Moxie, his great enemy! Though he was the one who had wronged Jun Moxie, in his mind, Jun Moxie had to die!

This monstrous harbinger of chaos was too abominable! Because of this fiend, his centuries of pristine reputation were utterly ruined! If he failed to kill him, he swore he would not be human!

The sword light danced like a serpentine dragon soaring into the high heavens!

But high above the nine clouds, an even more brilliant sword light crashed down! Jun Moxie seized the momentum, twisting into a flip, head down and feet up, gripping his sword with both hands. His voice boomed like thunder: “Zhan Mubai! Die!” Zhan Mubai sneered back, showing no intent to evade. His sword thrust out without any flourish, while simultaneously, his left hand swept out from his robes! A silent, formless palm strike, imbued with vast, destructive energy, shot towards Jun Moxie!

Almost identical to the previous time—another sneak attack!

But unlike last time, there was a crucial difference. Last time, Jun Moxie was completely unprepared and lacked the strength to retaliate. This time, Young Master Jun possessed astonishing power and was already wary of his every move. With a laugh, his sword light flashed and weaved, instantly dissipating Zhan Mubai’s ferocious palm strike into scattered fragments churned apart by the Primordial Yellow Blood!

Clang! The two long swords met again in the air!

With a soft sound, Zhan Mubai’s Battle Soul Sword snapped cleanly in two. The upper half, trailing snowy sword light, flew upwards with a faint cry of protest. Jun Moxie’s gaze flickered with a mocking glint. He spun his toe and struck the broken segment of the sword precisely.

The half-sword seemed to gain sentience, suddenly accelerating backward, shooting towards Zhan Mubai at a speed several times faster than its original trajectory! It was as if Zhan Mubai, its former master, was the very culprit responsible for its catastrophic breaking!

The severing of his treasured sword sent Jun Moxie’s sword energy, mixed with his own, crashing back violently, causing Zhan Mubai immense internal discomfort, making him feel he might vomit blood. Just then, the broken segment shot back toward him.

It descended like a thunderbolt!

He flicked the remaining half of his sword upward, meeting the incoming shard with a sharp clink, sending it flying away; but at that exact moment, Jun Moxie’s long sword was upon him! The chilling sword aura prickled Zhan Mubai’s skin, raising goosebumps.

Zhan Mubai had long ceased to value his own life. Facing such a fatal blow, he maintained a semblance of composure, letting out a wild laugh, and threw the half-sword remaining in his hand straight at Jun Moxie’s chest!

Simultaneously, he arched his body in mid-air, thrashing wildly with all four limbs, unleashing a mad assault upon Jun Moxie, a strike imbued with every ounce of his internal energy! He completely disregarded the deadly sword descending upon him.

Zhan Mubai was undeniably fighting a desperate, all-or-nothing battle for mutual destruction!

But in the next instant, Jun Moxie’s entire body vanished abruptly—though the disappearance lasted only a fleeting moment. When he reappeared, he was still in his original position, his posture unchanged, yet in that blink of time, the broken sword had sailed past where his body had been, speeding into the infinite void!

This was another inexplicable and strange phenomenon, as if the broken sword had not encountered any resistance from Jun Moxie’s body, merely continuing its free flight through the emptiness... Cheng Yin Xiao and Qu Wu Hui both looked towards Qiao Ying, as she was the recognized expert in such matters! Invisibility techniques!

Qiao Ying shook her head. "He possesses an art of concealment, yes, but ordinary invisibility, while difficult for the naked eye to perceive, still leaves the physical body present and subject to attack. Jun Moxie’s maneuver, however, clearly nullified the attack. I cannot explain it; it defies comprehension."

The shock on their faces deepened!

When they looked back, they saw it clearly: on the center of Zhan Mubai’s back, a sword point emerged, trailing blood, stark and undeniable!

At some point, Jun Moxie had precisely plunged his fatal sword into Zhan Mubai’s heart—stabbing straight through the ventricle. Zhan Mubai shuddered, his eyes blazing with ferocious intent. He completely ignored the sword embedded in his body and launched both palms towards Jun Moxie’s head! Jun Moxie smirked coldly, instantly retracted his sword, sidestepped, and evaded the attack.

He hadn't used the Heaven and Earth Creation Skill to destroy Zhan Mubai’s vital organs immediately upon penetration. That would have been too easy for him. Although he was determined to see him dead, the method of death was something he wished to examine.

He absolutely would not grant him that reprieve!

The sword light vanished in a flash. Jun Moxie abandoned his blade and struck with his palm, roaring, "Zhan Mubai, prepare to pay your debt."

His palms descended flatly, devoid of any complex variation, but the aura was magnificent, the palm force heavy as a mountain. Zhan Mubai refused to accept his fate passively and tried to launch a counter-palm strike, summoning his last dregs of Xuan Qi. However, as his body plummeted from the air, Zhan Mubai screamed, involuntarily spitting out a massive gout of blood.

The wound held closed by Xuan Qi instantly burst open, two bloody cavities spraying outward. After all, his counter-strike was made in haste; it was nowhere near comparable to Jun Moxie’s full-power blow!

Zhan Mubai’s body fell, but he continued to struggle, his eyes filled with unwillingness and resentment.

Jun Moxie showed no slackening, following the descent, his twin palms striking down relentlessly, one after the other. Bang, bang, bang—the continuous impacts echoed from the sky all the way to the ground.

What began as a mutual exchange soon devolved into a one-sided beating: the sounds of bone fragmentation erupted like popping beans from the center of the dust-choked arena. Every spectator’s brow twitched; just by listening, they could not count how many of Zhan Mubai’s bones had shattered!

Suddenly, a long howl rang out from the center of the arena. Jun Moxie, clad in white, ascended vertically into the sky, rising a full thirty zhang. He laughed boisterously, "Zhan Mubai! When you walk the path of debt, you must eventually repay it! This is the end for you, despicable villain!”

In his hand, he held a limp human body that resembled a dried, salted fish! Dangling limply, a shake of Jun Moxie’s hand sent the corpse swaying unnervingly like a snake in the air. It was Zhan Mubai!

The life force of a Saint Emperor was truly extraordinary; even at this stage, Zhan Mubai had not quite expired!

His eyes still moved, filled with venomous malice. However, he could no longer speak, staring intensely at Jun Moxie, as if trying to kill him with the sheer virulence of his gaze alone!

Jun Moxie laughed heartily, then suddenly reached out, and his long sword reappeared in his hand. He chuckled, "Today, I shall consecrate my sword with the blood of a Saint Emperor!" He swiftly brought the sword edge level, and a flash of light, like lightning, cut across. Zhan Mubai’s handsome head spun rapidly in the air, while the Primordial Yellow Blood hummed softly, seemingly filled with infinite satisfaction...

As the tumbling head descended from the sky, Jun Moxie rose up and kicked it squarely, shattering the Saint Emperor’s head into dust! The powder scattered like fine silt in the air! Below, the experts from the Three Great Sacred Lands were all grim-faced, eyes wide as bells, teeth grinding audibly!

Jun Moxie’s action was a blatant slap in the face to everyone from the Three Great Sacred Lands, yet they could not retaliate... The three Guardians had Nine Nether Fourteenth Young watching them, ensuring they could not interfere. As for others who could act, doing so would be pointless—offering themselves up as food was simply idiocy!

Zhan Mubai’s headless corpse fell from the sky. Midway down, a wisp of white smoke suddenly emerged from his neck cavity, quickly coalescing in the sunlight into a tiny human silhouette. No more than a foot tall, yet possessing a head, limbs, nose, and eyes—it was a shrunken, miniaturized Zhan Mubai!

The Spiritual Seed!

This was a rare phenomenon occurring only when one reached the Saint Emperor level. Upon the death of a Saint Emperor, a Spiritual Seed was left behind. This Seed differed from the Nascent Soul of the Cultivation World; the Spiritual Seed was an entity of form but without true substance.

If the Spiritual Seed managed to escape, it could find a suitable family to reincarnate into, hoping for a chance to rise again, and it would retain all memories of its previous life! Most importantly, this Spiritual Seed could not be destroyed by Xuan Qi.

Only Saint Emperors who died due to that specific kind of profound Nether Death Qi could prevent the formation of a Spiritual Seed—such as those who perished under the hand of Nine Nether Fourteenth Young...

The tiny figure swayed in the wind, suddenly showing a look of panic, accelerating its descent, clearly attempting to flee Jun Moxie. Jun Moxie gave an "Eh?" of surprise. "What an interesting little thing." He casually waved a palm, intending to extinguish it, only to find it only blew the small Seed slightly farther away, causing no discernible harm.

The small figure glanced back at Jun Moxie, its eyes filled with piercing hatred and undisguised contempt...

Qiao Ying shot forward swiftly to intercept. Her intention was naturally to catch the Spiritual Seed, nurture it carefully with secret arts until a suitable host family was found, allowing the Seed to reincarnate. The Sacred Land would then assign specialized personnel to guard that family until the infant was born, whereupon they would be brought back to the Sacred Land for focused cultivation.

After all, a Spiritual Seed born from such a sudden death was exceedingly rare; Saint Emperors who died of old age would never manifest one. Such individuals, once grown, retaining all their past life’s experience and cultivation level, would possess unparalleled natural gifts and grow at an astonishing rate! With minimal time, they would become another peerless master dominating the world! Perhaps their future achievements would even surpass their previous lives!

Seeing Qiao Ying approach, the small figure suddenly showed sincere joy. Feeling it had found support, it turned back to Jun Moxie and made a strange gesture, its ethereal face contorted with malice! Jun Moxie let out a cackling laugh. How could he not recognize that gesture? It meant: Wait for me.

Clearly, Zhan Mubai was telling Jun Moxie to wait, promising to return for revenge!

Jun Moxie chuckled mockingly, "Do you think you'll get that chance? You’re dreaming!" He flipped his right hand, and a cluster of dark, sooty flames materialized on his fingertip. He flicked his finger, and the flames shot out. Before they even neared the little figure, the Spiritual Seed was suddenly gripped by a strange, mysterious force, compelling it to fly directly toward the black flames!

At this moment, Qiao Ying was less than five zhang away. The black flames, under the gaze of everyone present, touched the small figure with lightning speed. The little figure, which had previously seemed immune to Jun Moxie’s powerful palm strikes, now displayed extreme agony on its phantom face. The black fire started burning from its feet, slowly, unhurriedly, elegantly, consuming the Seed as it gently drifted downwards...

All the powerful experts present, including Nine Nether Fourteenth Young, involuntarily took two steps back, expressions filled with genuine shock. Even Nine Nether Fourteenth Young felt a chill run down his spine from the inherent danger within that tiny ball of black flame...

What kind of fire was this? It could inflict damage even upon the near-indestructible Spiritual Seed... This event clearly surpassed the understanding of everyone present!

Qiao Ying stopped abruptly and roared, "Jun Moxie! What is the meaning of this? Zhan Mubai is already dead! You refuse to let him go, even intending to annihilate his residual Spiritual Seed?"

Jun Moxie replied calmly, "Is Saint Emperor Zhan truly dead? I doubt it. Didn't you see the child making gestures, asking us to wait? I don't have a thousand years to wait for him; it’s much simpler to resolve it all at once!"

Qiao Ying was so enraged she could barely speak, her chest heaving violently, her fair face flushed crimson. Gritting her teeth, she spat, "Jun Moxie, your methods are too vicious! You won’t even spare a Spiritual Seed! You... You are no different from personally destroying an infant! You... you are simply inhumane!"

"An infant? Do you truly believe that to be an ordinary infant? Don’t you realize that this infant, who clearly remembers everything that happened today, if allowed to grow up and hide in the shadows... how many members of my Jun Family would die at his hands?"

Jun Moxie smiled mockingly, deliberately emphasizing the tone on the word infant. He settled in comfortably, "His single life, compared to the many lives in my family, which is more precious? If you were in my place, what would you choose? Besides, in my eyes, he isn't even worth as much as a dog from my Jun family..."

He smiled at Qiao Ying, "Beauty, anyone who opposes me, even after death... I can drag them out and kill them again! Didn't I just state that openly? Now... do you believe me?"

It was infuriating; Qiao Ying trembled all over!

The black flame in mid-air burned with extreme speed. In barely a moment, before it even reached the ground, the tiny Spiritual Seed was completely incinerated, not even a speck of ash remaining. Zhan Mubai, a generation’s Saint Emperor with centuries of cultivation, was utterly destroyed, soul and spirit vanishing forever from this world!

The black flame fell onto the ground, yet it did not extinguish, continuing to burn slowly but elegantly. Though only a small cluster, it seemed capable of burning until the ends of the heavens and earth, and the soil it touched slowly began to combust as well...

Jun Moxie flicked his wrist, and the terrifying black flame instantly retreated to his fingertip, then vanished upon another flip of his hand.

A series of rapid gasps echoed from the opposite side. The remaining dozen or so experts from the Three Great Sacred Lands, eyes bloodshot and faces filled with furious resentment, suddenly roared in unison and charged forward together!

"Kill this demon! This maniac is utterly insane and inhuman! Kill him! Kill him to avenge Saint Emperor Zhan!"

"Avenge our brothers!"

Qu Wu Hui shouted, "Stop them all!"

Qu Wuhui’s sharp roar echoed across the wilderness, but everyone was already lost in a frenzy, paying no heed to his command. Jun Moxie’s face suddenly turned as cold as ice, followed by a chilling, dry laugh. “Revenge?! Come on, all of you! This young master wouldn’t mind it one bit; I welcome you... a grand welcome!”

With a sudden flip of his palm, he roared toward his opponents, “Fall for me!”

With a deafening boom, a massive pit appeared within a sixty-zhang radius opposite him—or perhaps it should be called a bottomless, wide-mouthed cavern! The masters who had just set off, including the two Saint Emperors, caught completely off guard, plummeted down with a tremendous crash!

Jun Moxie let out a wild laugh, his face twisted into an expression of ultimate cruelty. With a wave of his right hand, that extraordinarily terrifying black flame reappeared.

Previously, only a mere wisp had incinerated the Spirit Seed, but now, a black flame spanning nearly two zhang in circumference materialized. Jun Moxie’s eyes narrowed, and he coldly spat out, “Go!”

The black flame shot out, abruptly exploding into countless fine, scattered black embers. These tiny wisps descended slowly, enveloping the entire expanse above the pit from all directions!

It was like an inescapable heavenly net, meticulous and leaving nothing behind. “Stop! Stop immediately!” Cheng Yinshao and Qu Wuhui roared in unison upon seeing this, leaping forward. But Jun Moxie, just like the experts from the Three Great Sacred Lands, paid them no mind whatsoever. Since he had personally declared the start of the battle with the living and its conclusion with the dead, he had never once considered letting any of them go!

Now, presented with such a golden opportunity, how could he possibly halt? If the tables were turned, and it was his own group facing this slaughter, would Zhan Mubai and the others pause if someone cried out for them to stop? The answer was obvious to anyone; it would be an utterly ridiculous notion!

To be soft-hearted toward the enemy is the greatest cruelty to oneself and one’s kin!

Jun Moxie believed he would never commit such a brainless act that delights the foe and grieves his own people. Screams began to erupt, one after another—screams that tore through the very soul. Unless one heard it firsthand, no one could possibly imagine the torment these people in the earthen hole were enduring...

Such a small earthen hole, even if it seemed bottomless, how deep could it truly be? Could it really trap Saints and Saint Emperors? Yet, the others waited for a long time, but not a single person managed to climb out...

The masters inside the pit were truly down on their luck.

The reason they had charged up earlier, completely disregarding Qu Wuhui’s orders, was twofold: first, the utter annihilation of Zhan Mubai’s Spirit Seed had ignited their righteous indignation; second, having witnessed the terrifying power of this black flame incinerating Zhan Mubai’s Spirit Seed, a seed of fear had taken root in their hearts: if a person like Jun Moxie were allowed to live, perhaps no one would ever feel safe... A person who could extinguish a Spirit Seed was simply too terrifying! This was tantamount to eradicating their very prospects after death! Such a person absolutely could not remain!~~~u~~~u~~.~~n_

Therefore, they had all unanimously chosen to strike, determined to eliminate this future menace!

At this moment, Jun Moxie had just concluded a massive battle; his profound energy was depleted by at least half, and he was currently positioned very close to the camp of the Three Great Sacred Lands, while being far from his own contingent... A truly heaven-sent opportunity! They swarmed forward; all of them were high-level Saints, including two Saint Emperor powerhouses. Such a lineup guaranteed they could slay Jun Moxie the instant they made contact!

So they charged in a frenzy! But they never imagined that Jun Moxie’s terrifying power had already reached such a level! With just a lift of his hand, such a massive pit appeared in the earth! Moreover, the black flame he could command was far more than that small portion from before; he had summoned so much...

Since the black flame sealed the sky above, all the masters thrust out their palms, attempting to blow away these seemingly floating flames, even just to scatter or repel them would have been satisfactory; but they had never expected... no matter how much force they exerted, the black flames remained completely unaffected, and they could only watch as they slowly, elegantly descended!

As they fell, the gaps between the flames shrank. Where previously not even a single silhouette could squeeze through, now even half a body could not pass...

Finally, one Saint-level expert could no longer hold back his composure. With a whoosh, he tore off his outer robe and began whipping it upwards in an attempt to fight through. Everyone’s spirits lifted, focusing their gaze on this man brave enough to be the first to try, as the same desperation began to ignite within their own bodies...

As they thrashed about, more people became coated with the black flames... The trend was like a rolling snowball, growing larger and encompassing a wider area...

And in the mid-air, countless black flames still hung, descending slowly and gracefully like black snowflakes...

Hai Wuya and He Zhiqiu, who had fortunately avoided being touched by the black fire, turned ashen-faced, exchanging glances to see the terror reflected in the other’s eyes! Suddenly, He Zhiqiu had an inspiration and roared, “Dig! Dig a tunnel and get out the other way!”

Hai Wuya snapped back to reality. The two Saint Emperors struck together, deploying who knew what percentage of their vital energy, and with a thunderous explosion, they immediately carved out a large tunnel over ten zhang long before them. Without even conceding to each other, they stooped and scrambled into the hole...

Behind them, two four-circled Saint experts followed... But everyone else had been touched by the black flame, and they were now screaming and wailing continuously... One burning Saint shrieked madly, suddenly spotting the tunnel. Half his face was already scorched away, but he desperately lunged toward the opening, only to be savagely slapped away by He Zhiqiu!

The ground erupted with a massive thud, sending dust flying skyward. He Zhiqiu, Hai Wuya, and the other two Saints scrambled out, covered in dirt, their eyes vacant and stunned.

The Nine Nether Fourteenth Young Master and his group had gathered by the edge of the great pit to watch. They clearly saw the scene where the burning Saint was shattered and sent flying by He Zhiqiu’s palm strike... Now, looking at the expressions of these four people, they were met with looks of utter contempt...

Regardless of the reason or excuse, those who turn against their comrades in a moment of peril are always the objects of universal scorn!

The scene inside the tunnel was enough to chill the onlookers to the bone. Most of the powerful experts within were reduced to only half a body, yet they were still writhing, screaming, and burning...

Qiao Ying’s face turned deathly pale. Suddenly, as if driven mad, she stomped her feet fiercely, causing huge quantities of earth to cascade like a mountain torrent into the pit... She simply could not bear to witness what was happening; she intended to bury these people outright, sparing them further agony so they could die quickly...

But... something even more bizarre occurred. The soil and stones pouring down instantly filled the entire tunnel, but after only a brief moment, they began to slowly sink downward. Before long, they vanished without a trace, and the countless black flames reappeared in the hole, burning slowly and elegantly...

This phenomenon, it turned out, had instantly burned all the earth to cinders...

There were no more screams from inside; all that remained of the bodies were fragmented pieces... nearing the end of their incineration...

The four simultaneously turned, their gazes fixed upon Jun Moxie—gazes filled with shock, apprehension, and disbelief.

Jun Moxie stood there, calm and composed, smiling faintly, his white robes billowing. He was handsome, tall, and imposing, like an elegant figure blooming in the wind—a peerless young master in a corrupt world.

But now, the way the four great experts looked at him was as if they were staring at a demon! Even the world’s foremost madman, the Nine Nether Fourteenth Young Master, was no exception!

Was this fellow human, or a fiend?

Jun Moxie smiled faintly, then suddenly extended a hand, pointing at the four survivors, and said softly, “Your Three Great Sacred Lands had best not provoke me again... My patience is truly limited! You will bear the consequences...”

He chuckled lightly, shook his head, and sighed with feigned sorrow. “Heh heh, I originally did not wish to kill these last few, but I am also a person who hates trouble. If I stop killing them now... will you think I am soft-hearted? Will such things happen again in the future? To avoid further trouble, I must demonstrate to you... absolutely, never, ever think that Jun Moxie is easy to bully. In truth... killing you is no different from slaughtering chickens and dogs!”

Silence descended!

Now, no one doubted Jun Moxie’s words! Especially the four who had just emerged from the pit; in their eyes, there was only terror when looking at Jun Moxie! That hellish sight was something they wished to never experience a second time, even if it meant death!

It was too terrifying! Their courage was broken, and their hearts were chilled! Even the three guardians looked at Jun Moxie with... a strange expression...

“Good! Well done, Jun Moxie! Truly arrogant!”

Clapping sounds echoed as the Nine Nether Fourteenth Young Master slowly clapped his hands, looking at Jun Moxie with eyes full of amusement, yet with serious caution. “I must admit, though you are still young, you are now worthy of being our opponent. This miraculous flame of yours, if I were caught off guard by it... I’m afraid even this young master might not survive!”

In the hand of the Nine Nether Fourteenth Young Master was someone’s sword. On the tip, a small black flame flickered, and the blade itself was slowly being consumed... It wasn't melting, but rather burning away little by little, the scorched areas turning into nothingness...
