"Awoooo~~" The Armored Dragon stomped the city street, leaped onto the rooftop of a building reaching nearly thirty stories high, and stomped violently once more... the rooftop immediately fractured and collapsed, sending massive chunks of concrete rolling down from the height.
Using this powerful thrust, the Armored Dragon instantly launched itself over a hundred meters into the air, whistling toward Luo Feng’s position.
"Armored Dragon, no matter how good your jumping power is, it’s useless." The moment the Armored Dragon had stomped that rooftop, Luo Feng had already rapidly ascended... continuously climbing until he reached an altitude of three hundred meters.

The eighth building slowly fell toward the Armored Dragon, but the beast didn't bother dodging. With a loud bang... the entire structure slammed onto its body. However, compared to the Armored Dragon's hardened hide, the building was as fragile as tofu and inflicted no damage.
"Human, human..." The Armored Dragon roared, scanning its surroundings wildly.
Indeed! It had lost Luo Feng!
In a dimly lit electrical room within the underground parking garage of the complex, Luo Feng was leaning against a wall.
"Inhale, exhale, inhale, exhale." Luo Feng breathed slowly, feeling the throbbing pain in his chest. Blood seeped through his combat suit.
"This injury is quite severe. I was already heavily wounded escaping that encirclement of numerous Beast General rank monsters. Being hit by the high-pressure airflow from the Armored Dragon's tail just now aggravated the wound significantly." Luo Feng gently rubbed his chest, and waves of pain confirmed his grim condition, making his face even paler.
Despite the heavy injuries, his spirits were high.
"Hiding in this underground garage, specifically in this electrical room, the Armored Dragon probably won't find me." Luo Feng allowed a slight smile to surface. The plan to escape had been formulated the moment he charged into this complex. Complexes like this were bound to have underground garages.

"Rumble-rumble~~" This was immediately followed by the earth itself trembling, accompanied by rising waves of roars from various beasts.
It was known that the Armored Dragon was the monster leader controlling a radius of twenty to thirty miles outside the city. With a single command, the beast horde it controlled—a massive assembly numbering in the hundreds of thousands—stormed out in all directions! Led by Elementary, Intermediate, and High-Tier Beast Generals, they swept the surrounding area, searching for humans.
In the cold, dark electrical room of the underground garage.
"The beast roars are incessant, the earth shakes. Has the Armored Dragon unleashed its entire horde to search the surrounding humans?" Luo Feng’s expression changed. A single Armored Dragon might struggle to find him, but hundreds of thousands of monsters scouring the area... he suspected he wouldn't remain hidden for long.
