Li Yundong’s physical body remained in the sickroom, but his Primordial Spirit tracked Yan Fang like a shadow.

He had reached the pinnacle of Primordial Spirit cultivation; his spirit body could shift and transform at will. With a mere thought, his spirit materialized into an Immovable Wisdom King with three heads and six arms. His six limbs continuously formed Grand Mudras, chasing Yan Fang and bombarding her like a mobile artillery platform.

Yan Fang initially cast a few talismans, summoning the heavenly soldiers and generals of the Six Jia and Six Ding to try and obstruct Li Yundong. However, as soon as she manifested them, Li Yundong immediately struck with a ferocious Grand Mudra, crushing the heavenly host into dust as if a mountain had descended upon them!

Seeing the heavenly soldiers and generals instantly obliterated, Yan Fang felt a surge of terror. A slight pause in her movement was all it took for Li Yundong to launch the Samaya Vajra Seal towards her. Yan Fang instinctively dodged, but the fierce wind generated by the Mudra grazed the ridge of her spine.

Even as a Primordial Spirit entity, Yan Fang felt a searing pain across her back, as if she had been whipped by a steel lash!

This was merely the grazing wind; the pain was excruciating. What would happen if the full force of the Mudra struck her?

If Yan Fang had a magic artifact in hand, she might have been able to contend with Li Yundong, but now her hands were empty, and her talismans were spent. How could she possibly defend against Li Yundong’s overwhelmingly potent Primordial Spirit true form?

Yan Fang’s heart hammered wildly. She dared not linger. Fleeing desperately, she cursed out loud, "Li Yundong, you little bastard! Don't you want to know where Ao Wushuang is?"

Li Yundong sneered, "Catch you, and I'll have plenty of ways to make you talk!"

Furious, Yan Fang gritted her teeth and spat, "You will regret this, Li Yundong, you absolutely will regret it!"

Li Yundong offered no reply, his gaze sharp as lightning, fixed solely on Yan Fang. His Primordial Spirit flew at top speed, locking onto her form relentlessly.

It was deep night. The two zipped through the air like streaks of cyan light, the cyan light formed by Li Yundong’s spirit occasionally flashing with golden radiance. These varying hues chased and merged, sometimes one leading, sometimes intertwined, creating a dazzling, mesmerizing spectacle.

After being entangled for a while, Yan Fang realized with horror that she could not shake off Li Yundong's pursuit. As long as she ran, he would follow.

Yan Fang gritted her teeth and rapidly dove down, speeding toward her residence in the riverside district.

Seeing Yan Fang suddenly flee towards home, Li Yundong’s heart boiled with rage. He roared, "Yan Fang, I have already laid a net of heaven and earth in that house! Are you returning to seek death?"

Yan Fang's momentum faltered slightly, as if startled by Li Yundong’s words, but she quickly accelerated again, plunging into Li Yundong’s residence like a bolt of lightning.

Li Yundong let out a great shout and struck with three consecutive Grand Mudras, completely blocking Yan Fang’s path back out.

Yet, Yan Fang did not dodge or weave, acting as if the massive Mudras striking behind her were nonexistent. She charged straight toward the residence, but just as she was one or two hundred meters away, Li Yundong’s Mudras caught up and slammed heavily onto her back.

Yan Fang shrieked. Her Primordial Spirit body instantly fractured into pieces, transforming into countless minute streams of cyan light that shot rapidly into the residence.

Li Yundong followed like a ghost. The little foxes of the Fox Zen Sect were watching television in the living room when they saw a blur of cyan light. These countless tiny motes converged directly toward Senior Uncle Cao Yi’s room. Before they could react, Li Yundong suddenly burst in, radiating killing intent, and headed straight for Cao Yi’s room.

Li Yundong, moving like a charging, savage beast, kicked open Cao Yi’s door. He glanced inside and saw that the floor-to-ceiling window in Cao Yi's bedroom was open, the curtains fluttering violently in the breeze—the room was empty.

The little foxes watched dumbfounded as Li Yundong violently smashed open Cao Yi’s door, glanced in, then turned toward them, his voice chilling, "Where is your Senior Uncle Cao Yi?"

The little foxes were too frightened by Li Yundong to speak coherently. Liu Yuehong, who was sitting with them, gathered her courage and asked hesitantly, "Sect Master, what happened? Wasn't Sixth Sister meditating and cultivating in her room all this time?"

Li Yundong pointed at the empty room, his tone grim, "You say she was cultivating—where is she now!"

Liu Yuehong was visibly shaken by Li Yundong’s predatory expression and stammered, "Sixth Sister isn't here? Perhaps... perhaps she went out on an errand?"

Li Yundong’s voice turned icy, "What errand could she possibly have at a time like this?"

Liu Yuehong mumbled incoherently. Li Yundong swept his gaze, sharp as a blade, over every face in the room and asked coldly, "Where is Senior Aunt Zhuang Yating? Where is she?"

As Li Yundong’s voice faded, the door to Zhuang Yating’s room creaked open. The alluringly built and enchantingly beautiful Senior Aunt of the Fox Zen Sect emerged in a nightgown, yawning sleepily. "What is it? What happened?"

Li Yundong stared at her with electric eyes for a long moment, then asked coldly, "Third Senior Aunt, have you been sleeping in your room the whole time?"

Zhuang Yating looked genuinely puzzled. "Of course."

Li Yundong’s eyes narrowed slightly, his gaze sharp enough to pierce the soul. He said in a low voice, "Who can vouch for that?"

Zhuang Yating smiled faintly. "Everyone here can attest. I haven't left my room."

Li Yundong turned to look at the stunned little foxes in the living room. As soon as he looked their way, they nodded repeatedly.

Li Yundong gave a slight nod, let out a cold snort, and asked, "Then do you know where Cao Yi went?"

Zhuang Yating paused, "No..." but quickly asked tentatively, "Sect Master, what has happened?"

Liu Yuehong, usually reserved within the Fox Zen Sect, keenly noticed that when Li Yundong referred to Cao Yi, he had dropped the honorific "Senior Aunt," calling her simply by her name—something Li Yundong had never done since taking over as Sect Master!

"Bad news, something definitely happened!" A sense of foreboding flashed through Liu Yuehong’s mind. She stood up and asked, "Sect Master, what exactly is going on?"

Li Yundong scanned them with a sharp gaze, his eyes filled with suspicion and mistrust. His icy stare sent a shiver down the spines of the little foxes, making them secretly flinch.

Just then, Su Chan emerged from her room, alerted by the commotion. Rubbing her eyes, she murmured sleepily, "Yundong? What's wrong?"

Hearing Su Chan’s voice, Li Yundong turned. His icy gaze softened and warmed only when it fell upon the little girl.

Li Yundong closed his eyes and let out a slow sigh. After a moment, he opened them and said, "There is a mole within our Fox Zen Sect."

The little foxes gasped in shock, "A mole? Who?"

Liu Yuehong was equally alarmed, "Sect Master, who are you referring to? Do you have concrete proof?"

Zhuang Yating, however, wore a look of mocking disdain. She let out a cold snort, "Sect Master, the truth is out now, isn't it? I've been saying all along that Cao Yi was the mole!"

Li Yundong kept his expression set, refusing to speak. Liu Yuehong, however, looked frantic. She glared at Zhuang Yating and snapped, "Third Senior Sister, how can you speak like that! How could Sixth Sister be a mole!"

Zhuang Yating gave a cold smile and looked toward Li Yundong. "The Sect Master has already reached his conclusion. Let him speak!"

Li Yundong looked at the panicked little foxes. He saw the usually carefree girls looking at him now, their faces etched with confusion and worry.

Li Yundong sighed, beckoned the little foxes to sit down, and then gestured for Su Chan to come and sit beside him.

Once everyone was settled, Li Yundong sighed softly. "Senior Aunt Zhuang Yating is correct. Cao Yi is indeed the mole of our Fox Zen Sect! Or rather, she hasn't been the Senior Aunt Cao Yi you knew for a long time; she is a mole possessing Cao Yi’s physical body, but with another soul and Primordial Spirit."

Liu Yuehong swayed slightly, her face turning instantly pale. She had grown up alongside Cao Yi; though not sisters by blood, their bond was like that of sisters. Hearing Li Yundong’s words now was like being struck by a sudden, colossal thunderbolt. She stammered, "Sect Master, what did you say? Whose spirit possessed Sixth Sister?"

Li Yundong gave her a look of sympathy. "It was Yan Fang."

The crowd erupted in an uproar. The little foxes shot up from their seats, every hair on their bodies standing on end!

They couldn't believe Li Yundong’s words, yet the reality before them forced them to accept it!

The little foxes clearly remembered that it was Yan Fang who had killed their powerful Martial Uncle Ye Yu on Tianlong Mountain, and it was Yan Fang who orchestrated the entire plot to annihilate the Fox Zen Sect! If Li Yundong had not suddenly appeared, the entire sect would have been wiped out by the major factions!

To them, Yan Fang was not just the name of a mortal enemy, but a nightmare personified!

None of them had ever imagined that the most respected and beloved Senior Sister Mo Ashi of the Fox Zen Sect was actually Yan Fang! And now, Cao Yi, who lived alongside them day in and day out, was Yan Fang too!

This was truly terrifying!

But even more terrifying was that Yan Fang had escaped again!

In that instant, the little foxes became acutely aware of their own vulnerability: If Yan Fang could possess Senior Aunt Cao Yi, she could certainly possess them, and in the future, possess any of their other sisters! Suddenly, the little foxes looked at each other with suspicion and vigilance, as if the person closest to them might transform into the dreadful Yan Fang the next second!

Li Yundong noticed their mutual suspicion and guard rising, and he frowned slightly. He said, "You don't need to worry. Yan Fang's Primordial Spirit has been severely wounded by me. Even if she escaped, she cannot cause trouble for a while. If she values her life, she will certainly need time to recuperate."

Li Yundong pondered for a moment, then added, "Furthermore, the reason Yan Fang could possess Cao Yi is likely because Cao Yi was isolated at some point on Tianlong Mountain, giving Yan Fang an opportunity. From today onward, none of you can be alone; only then will Yan Fang dare not act rashly!"

The little foxes calmed down slightly, but their brows remained tightly furrowed, their faces etched with sorrow. Some of the more sentimental ones could not help but break into sobs. "Senior Aunt Cao Yi was doing so well, how could she have turned into that great villain Yan Fang?"

Once one started crying, others followed, and soon someone was wailing in agreement, "Sect Master, you must avenge Senior Aunt Cao Yi!"

Liu Yuehong was also in tears. She dropped to her knees before Li Yundong, tears streaming down her face. "Sect Master, I know you are omnipotent; you must be able to find Yan Fang and avenge our Sixth Sister!"

Li Yundong sighed and reached out to help her up. "No need for that. As the Sect Master, I bear significant responsibility for something like this happening within the sect. You don't need to say it; I will certainly give you an answer! From this day forward, I, Li Yundong, will hunt Yan Fang to the ends of the earth!"

Zhuang Yating ground her teeth and said hatefully, "Sect Master, if there is any way we can be of service, please command us!"

Li Yundong nodded to her, then sighed. "You should all go rest. The teahouse must open as usual tomorrow. Regardless, this thorn in our side has finally been pulled out; we can have a period of peaceful and leisurely days."

Hearing Li Yundong’s words, the little foxes wiped their tears and headed to their rooms one by one. Liu Yuehong and Zhuang Yating also took their leave and went into their respective rooms.

Only Su Chan remained after everyone else had departed. Her face was full of sorrow, and her large eyes welled up with tears as she whispered quietly, "Yundong, Yan Fang ran away again. This time, I’m afraid she will never show her face again. Will we never find out my master's whereabouts?"

Li Yundong gently stroked her dark hair and spoke softly, "No. I can guarantee that Yan Fang will appear at the Lotus Picking Assembly! Although her Primordial Spirit moves incredibly fast, I have already found a way to deal with her!"

Su Chan looked up, her large, dark eyes filled with tears, and choked out, "Are you serious?"

Li Yundong smiled. "Of course! A true master never lies!"

The little girl wiped her tears and managed a tearful smile. "Then I believe you!"

Li Yundong rested one hand affectionately on the little girl's long hair, while the other rested behind his back. His gaze drifted meaningfully toward the boundless night sky outside the window as he said slowly, "Chan'er, just watch. It will certainly be a very lively Lotus Picking Assembly..."
