The first time, Liu Hui didn't hesitate at all. He gave direct orders to the orbital space station in outer space to eliminate those two already insane super gorillas. Immediately after, everyone witnessed once again as two high-energy laser beams were fired from space, finishing off the two giant creatures within the city.

As people saw three cities now displaying these super gorilla threats, they instantly believed in "Professor's" previous warnings about this danger. The UK Prime Minister had previously remained indifferent to unrelated affairs until his own country began experiencing similar incidents. Now visibly panicked, he said: "What should we do? If those apes really managed to release the genetic virus and infect our citizens, what then? Should we impose city lockdowns? Do we abandon those already infected?"

Liu Hui responded, "How you handle it is entirely your decision - I'm just making a suggestion. Our lab is currently accelerating research on this genetic virus, hoping to produce an antidote within the shortest possible timeframe. But my biggest concern now remains whether more super gorillas will appear in cities and spread even more viruses? Under these circumstances, shouldn't we immediately establish an Earth Alliance to prevent further tragedies?"

With a subtle rhetorical shift, Liu Hui redirected attention toward his proposed plan for Stellar City to lead this new alliance formation. Nations that had previously strongly opposed began reversing their positions after witnessing both the gorillas' ferocity and the overwhelming military might of Stellar City.

Luo Tianmin from China immediately stated: "China will join the Earth Alliance under Stellar City's leadership to resolve this crisis, sharing all information regarding Professor." At this moment, Liu Hui's strategic cultivation of this crucial alliance finally bore tangible value. With China's declaration, smaller nations sheltered within its protective sphere also followed suit in pledging support for Stellar City's initiative. These demonstrations inspired other small countries to similarly commit themselves against Professor's lingering threats.

Soon enough, the Earth Alliance member count exceeded one hundred - leaving only Western developed nations led by the United States yet undecided on this matter. This wasn't due to unwillingness but rather their need to wait for domestic congressional deliberations before making any commitment.

Understanding these nations' position well, Liu Hui specially prepared a private meeting room for them while simultaneously convening negotiations with those who had already committed to discussing detailed alliance operations and information-sharing specifics.

Thus, on the second day of Stellar City's roundtable conference, under Liu Hui's assertive leadership against Professor's terrifying threats, the Earth Alliance was officially established. Though formed hastily as more symbolic than substantive at first, it immediately began facilitating mutual intelligence exchanges among members.

While major developed nations hadn't yet joined the alliance, Liu Hui knew they would inevitably do so eventually - because he controlled the ultimate trump card: drugs capable of curing Professor's genetic virus.

By the third day, those three cities in America, Japan and Britain indeed discovered human infections. After the first case emerged, numerous other cases quickly followed. Despite city quarantines and movement restrictions, this virus proved too contagious to contain - within days over 100,000 new infections were already reported across these three urban centers.

At this point, America, Japan and Britain began panicking again. Their cities' previous apocalyptic destruction by gorillas hadn't even fully healed when they faced yet another crisis with the rapidly spreading virus - it felt like being stabbed twice in quick succession. Though they located the escape laboratory of those three gorillas, nothing remained inside but wreckage from the escaped creatures. Domestic scientists analyzing recovered viral samples couldn't decipher its pathogenic mechanisms or develop any treatment.

Meanwhile within the new Earth Alliance, Stellar City sifted through mountains of intelligence provided by member nations and discovered one of Professor's laboratories in Qatar. After confirming this location, Stellar City immediately dispatched their hover fighters to the Middle East and dropped super bombs on the facility. In a massive explosion, they completely flattened the discovered lab, killing an escaping super gorilla still inside before it could spread further. The extreme heat from those super bombs also sterilized all viral material within, preventing any external contamination.

Two days later similar incidents erupted in Marseille (France), Hamburg (Germany) and Kazan (Russia). Fortunately these nations were now prepared with heavy weaponry to quickly eliminate the new gorillas. However their cities still suffered massive destruction, and they remained helpless against the accompanying viral spread as more infections continued rising despite complete quarantines.

Now global panic intensified - people feared not just the gorillas' physical destruction but far worse from this deadly virus.

Though Earth Alliance had successfully destroyed several of Professor's secret labs initially appearing to be winning, five days later an escape incident occurred in Shanghai City. However Stellar City's orbital space station detected this super gorilla just as it appeared in densely populated areas and immediately eliminated it with high-energy lasers before any city damage could occur. Despite avoiding structural destruction, the lethal virus still spread through Shanghai.

Meanwhile similar appearances were reported in Philadelphia (US), Rome (Italy) and Lausanne (Switzerland). Though these gorillas were quickly neutralized, the viral outbreak had already reached uncontrollable levels.

At this critical moment, nations worldwide finally realized their individual efforts couldn't contain this virus. Their focus naturally returned to Stellar City - currently holding world's most advanced pharmaceutical capabilities.

Just then, Stellar City announced they'd finally developed a cure for the genetic virus. Due to limited production capacity however, distribution would initially be prioritized among Earth Alliance members only.

This announcement immediately triggered urgent demands from America and other infected nations requesting full disclosure of the drug manufacturing process so they could produce it locally. Their requests found immediate support from others. However when Stellar City actually shared their detailed protocols, these nations quickly discovered they couldn't replicate the production techniques or meet required manufacturing standards - leaving them with no choice but to seriously reconsider Earth Alliance membership.

After intense deliberation and witnessing firsthand Stellar City's successful treatment of infected patients using this drug, Western developed nations led by America finally abandoned their pride. The entire bloc formally joined Stellar City-led alliance while the previous UN was immediately dissolved from then on, with all global affairs now managed through the new organization.

Stellar City thus successfully united world nations against Professor's viral threat, establishing itself as Earth's undisputed leader at the pinnacle of planetary power. Former hegemon America could only temporarily lower its head in reluctant submission to Stellar City's leadership.

After incorporating all nations into Earth Alliance territory, Liu Hui began distributing pre-prepared medications for treating infections - achieving rapid recovery results across the globe.

With global intelligence consolidation, Stellar City received massive information about Professor which their supercomputers quickly analyzed to track down Professor's hideout in Lucerne (Switzerland). After careful probing, they finally located this central base. Confirming its position, Stellar City immediately dispatched hover fighters to launch an assault on Lucerne city. With overwhelming firepower, they swiftly overran the now-deprived-of-Professor command center and captured numerous members of Professor's organization inside. They also discovered from lab mainframes a worldwide network of hidden bases operated by Professor.

Armed with these specific locations, Stellar City rapidly deployed forces to each secret laboratory site using super bombs for immediate destructions. This eliminated all unescaped gorilla personnel while sterilizing viral material through intense fires before it could spread further.

Only when all sources were destroyed did world finally breathe easy - this long-standing threat was now completely eradicated. Though infections continued rising globally, with Stellar City's antiviral drugs already developed, the virus' spread would be effectively contained and no longer pose existential threats to humanity.

After eliminating all viral origins, Stellar City began deploying massive medical teams worldwide to deliver sufficient medication supplies. Infections rapidly declined as patients recovered - while some of this was due to drug treatments, much resulted from natural attenuation where the virus lost infectivity after three transmission cycles.

However nations remained unaware of these dynamics. They mistakenly credited Stellar City with fully resolving the crisis, silencing many skeptics about its dominant role in Earth Alliance for at least the near future.

When all infections globally disappeared thirty days later, Professor's entire threat mechanism was officially neutralized. From then on, this once-feared figure vanished completely from historical records.

During these twin crises of apes and viruses, Western developed nations led by America suffered catastrophic losses: over ten cities destroyed with more than two million deaths. Though most infected were eventually saved through treatment, still over 100,000 perished due to delayed responses.

The recent Fijian tsunami's wounds hadn't fully healed when this new disaster struck again under Professor's madness. These twin catastrophes accelerated Western decline while Stellar City thrived as the world's most formidable power.

Liu Hui temporarily unified global forces through this unique opportunity but remained aware that national boundaries would inevitably reignite conflicts in future, potentially shattering current fragile peace. Though he could defeat entire worlds, he couldn't make all nations follow his vision unconditionally.

Recognizing this reality, Liu Hui abandoned plans to assimilate all countries into Stellar City itself, instead focusing development efforts on cultivating his ideal kingdom as the fundamental foundation of his ambitions. Other nations would receive assistance if they kept pace with Stellar City's progress - those falling behind could be left behind entirely.

Stellar City's demonstrated strength temporarily suspended all global disputes while collective focus turned toward rebuilding and economic recovery. The world unexpectedly entered an unprecedented era of peace, propelled forward by Stellar City's continued massive material procurement operations which drove post-virus economic expansion beyond any historical precedent.

Certainly as this development engine, Stellar City itself experienced breathtaking growth rates far outpacing the rest of civilization.

...

A vast interstellar warship was currently speeding through deep space somewhere in endless cosmic voids. Inside the ship's command bridge stood a middle-aged man wearing military attire, with several younger officers similarly dressed flanking him.

"Commander Lushan, should we continue our current course?" asked an officer bearing markings.

Lushan responded: "Our family entrusted us with finding life-bearing planets in uncharted space to capture native inhabitants as slaves - this was my assigned mission. But after years of travel without discovering any planet or even one captured slave, returning empty-handed would doom my evaluation and seriously jeopardize my standing within the clan. We cannot stop exploring now."

The tactical officer countered: "But Commander Lushan, our current trajectory is heading through an extremely barren region where life-bearing planets are statistically unlikely to exist in such environmental conditions. We've already traversed beyond imperial territory and lost all communication with home command..."

Lushy sighed but insisted: "I would prefer a different route too, but this path was prescribed by the clan itself. My brothers must be enjoying much better success than me right now... if I return empty-handed like this, I'll lose everything."

The tactical officer then added excitedly: "Commander Lushan, here's your opportunity!"

Lushan blinked in confusion: "What do you mean 'opportunity'?"

"This is the Land Empire's distress signal!"

Lushan's eyes widened in shock: "Impossible! That ancient civilization vanished from history centuries ago. Why would we receive a distress call originating from them now?"

Lüjī paused, then asked: "What's the distance from our current position to the signal source?"

The operator manipulated the holographic interface before replying: "My lord, the transmission origin lies extremely far from us. At maximum speed, it will take approximately ten years to reach that location."

"Adjust course immediately—we must reach the signal source." Lüjī declared without hesitation.

A strategist inquired: "Shall I report this development to the family council?"

"We've already lost contact with the family domain due to the astronomical distance," Lüjī replied coldly. "Even if we informed those old fools, do you think they'd grant us any benefits? This opportunity is mine—it belongs to no one but me."

The strategist bowed instantly: "Your strategy outshines theirs, my lord! I vow unwavering loyalty until death claims me."

The warship's corridors echoed with Lüjī's triumphant laughter.
