The entire classroom, including the teacher, buzzed with frantic energy; pairs of eyes constantly darted between Li Yundong and Feng Na.
But Feng Na, already agitated by Su Chan's earlier provocation, was confused. When Li Yundong tried to deny everything, she snapped, raising her voice without regard for anyone around her: "How can you be like this? Don't you have any sense of responsibility? After all that wild mess yesterday, you can just dust yourself off and pretend nothing happened today?"
Wild mess!!!
The classroom erupted in chaos. The pure-hearted young men’s eyes widened as they stared at Feng Na, murmuring, "So fierce, so bold! As expected of a senior!"
The girls, still steeped in the innocent stages of youth, covered their mouths, glaring at Li Yundong: "He’s so heartless! How could this guy treat someone like that!"
The remaining, less-than-innocent boys exchanged knowing glances, emitting the kind of chuckles men alone understood—laughter so ** suggestive it would make island nation celebrities wilt from shame.
Some of the female fans of slash fiction were even bolder, immediately launching into rapid-fire debate: "Dragon-Phoenix battle? A threesome? Could there be a ** flower?"
At this point, even Li Yundong realized something was deeply wrong. He glanced at the various expressions directed his way, let out a muffled groan, covered his face with both hands, and said, "Listen, beautiful, just look around you. Don't you think there’s something off about what you just said?"
Feng Na looked left and right, finally snapping back to reality. Her face instantly flamed crimson, and she stammered, "Then let’s stop talking about it here. Let’s go somewhere else."
This only inflamed the students in the classroom; they stirred into a collective frenzy: "Don't leave! This is a great spot!"
"Senior, expose the true colors of this scoundrel in front of the people! We support you, Senior!"
"Right! Senior, we demand the truth!"
As the commotion grew, a particularly loud voice boomed out: "Post pictures! Post the evidence!!"
Everyone turned their heads to see the teacher standing on the podium, roaring at the top of his lungs. The students below immediately quieted down, all looking at the teacher with meaningful expressions.
The teacher wasn't flustered. He straightened his collar and spoke slowly, "No picture, no truth, right?"
The students had a sudden moment of clarity and shouted in unison, "We demand pictures! We demand the truth!"
Someone bored yelled out even louder: "We want the torrent link!!"
That shout sent the students into hysterics, rolling on the floor laughing. The teacher gave up on the lesson too, crouching down on the podium, clearly reveling in the moment!
Li Yundong felt three buckets of blood rush to his head, filled with intense hatred!
These troublemakers, who seemed to live only to stir up chaos! This damned, fly-by-night university—even the teachers were so indecent! It truly proved the saying: when the top beam is crooked, the bottom beams lean awry!
Li Yundong dragged Feng Na out of the classroom as if fleeing for his life. The little fox, Su Chan, followed closely at their heels.
Feng Na was pulled along in a daze by Li Yundong, like a mechanical puppet. Behind them, the classroom sounded like a pot of boiling porridge—a chaotic, roaring mess.
As soon as they hit the hallway, the cool air hit Feng Na, making her jolt awake. She yanked her hand free from Li Yundong’s grasp and snarled, "What were you pulling me for!"
Li Yundong snapped back, "Did you want me pulling you? Think about what you were just saying in that classroom! Was that something a sane person would say?"
Feng Na remembered her outburst and knew it was inappropriate, but her pride wouldn't let her admit it: "Well, I was provoked by the beauty next to you!"
Su Chan, seeing the fire directed her way, pouted and asked, "Did I say anything wrong?"
Li Yundong felt his head swell like a drum as these two beauties looked ready to clash. He quickly tried to mediate: "Alright, alright, now is not the time to argue! Senior Feng Na, we have no old grudges or recent quarrels—what exactly did you need from me that made you cause such a scene?"
Feng Na angrily retorted, "You punched Zhao Yujian so hard he can't get out of bed! What are we supposed to do about the Taekwondo exchange meet in seven days? He was the centerpiece of our school's performance!"
Li Yundong gave a wry smile, "How is that my problem? Just find someone else to replace him!"
Feng Na scoffed, "Find someone to replace him? The only other person qualified and skilled, Zeng Qing, was also put out of commission by your fists! How can we find a substitute!"
Li Yundong’s eyes went wide: "No way, what then?"
Feng Na placed her hands on her hips in a classic ‘teapot’ stance: "What to do? What else can we do? Whoever caused the trouble has to take responsibility!"
Li Yundong mumbled blankly, "Whoever caused the trouble?"
He suddenly understood and jumped up: "You want me to replace Zhao Yujian at the exchange meet?"
Feng Na gave him a look of 'finally learning': "Exactly, that’s it!"
Li Yundong roared, "No way! I don't know Taekwondo!"
Seeing him about to bolt, Feng Na quickly grabbed his arm, "You took down Zhao Yujian—you must have trained somewhere. There’s no reason you shouldn't step up!"
Li Yundong forced a bitter smile, "If I had trained, why would Zhao Yujian have beaten me so badly before? That was a fluke, a total coincidence! Let go, hey, hurry up and let go! People are watching!"
Feng Na held tighter: "I won't let go! Promise me first! You caused the mess yourself—can’t you take responsibility for it?"
Li Yundong started sweating profusely. Students and teachers were passing by and staring at them in the hallway. He quickly pointed randomly and yelled, "Damn! Look over there, a plane!"
Feng Na sneered, "You think such a childish trick can fool me?"
Li Yundong managed a pained smile, "I really don't know Taekwondo! If you make me step in, losing face for me is a small thing, but losing face for the whole school is huge!"
Feng Na paused, her grip on his arm instinctively loosening slightly, "You really don't know it?"
Li Yundong looked sincere, "Yesterday, I genuinely intended to go to the Taekwondo club to learn, but I never expected such a fierce 'welcome' and for things to escalate that way. It wasn't what I wanted! But you can't force a duck onto a perch, right?"
Feng Na studied him intently, trying to gauge the truth of his words. After a long moment, she let out a disgruntled sigh, "Fine, you win this round! But don't get too smug about this; we’re not done yet!"
Li Yundong bowed and scraped, "Alright, alright, my lady, stop this fuss. Just look for yourself!" With that, Li Yundong pointed toward the classroom window beside them.
Feng Na turned to look and gasped in shock!
Wow! The windowpane was packed dense with heads! Some faces were mashed against the glass, completely distorted by the pressure!
Feng Na took a sharp breath, shot Li Yundong a glare, composed herself, and walked back into the classroom.
As she stepped inside, the crowd pressed against the window simultaneously turned their gazes toward her.
Feng Na cleared her throat and bent slightly in apology, "Sorry to interrupt everyone; I apologize for the inconvenience I’ve caused."
The students in the room responded with a dull, collective, "Oh..."
Sensing their strange looks, Feng Na tried to clarify, "Actually, I was looking for Li Yundong regarding the exchange meet with the American university in seven days. Please don't overthink things; he and I truly have nothing going on."
Li Yundong, still covering his face at the doorway, felt like crying and laughing: "Is appearance truly inversely proportional to intelligence? Su Chan is ridiculously beautiful yet acts totally bizarre, but how could this girl be the same way? Explaining is useless! The more you explain things like this, the less anyone believes you!"
Seeing the intense suspicion in their eyes, Feng Na became flustered, "I really have no relationship with him! We only met yesterday!"
Li Yundong listened, going frantic, wishing he could drag Feng Na out and beat her senseless.
The crowd in the room adopted expressions of dawning realization: "Oh!"
Feng Na grew desperate seeing that her explanations only fueled their disbelief, "What will it take for you all to believe me!"
Immediately, a student shouted, "No picture, no truth!"
Then the entire horde of beasts roared, "We demand pictures! We demand the truth! We want the torrent link!"
"Damn it, this school is hopeless, filled with nothing but such perverts! This is blatant prostitution of virtue!" Li Yundong collapsed, rushing into the classroom and dragging Feng Na out like she was livestock.
Li Yundong cursed loudly, "Are you a pig? What the hell were you explaining! Is your brain just paste? If things like this could be explained away easily, the world would have been peaceful long ago!"
Feng Na felt wronged and furious, tears threatening to fall, "I told you, there’s nothing between us!"
Li Yundong slapped his forehead and groaned, "Oh my god, someone save me! Why do I keep running into such stupid women!"
Feng Na flared up, "You call me stupid? You’re the stupid one!"
Li Yundong glared back angrily, "Aren't you stupid? They say women with big chests are brainless, but I think you're flat-chested and brainless! Did all the fat from your chest migrate into your skull?"
Feng Na was utterly enraged. While she wasn't exactly flat, she was easily a C-cup. Being called brainless because of large breasts might be one thing—at least she had breasts—but being called flat-chested and brainless? What was a woman supposed to do after hearing that?
Feng Na puffed out her chest and snapped, "When have your eyes ever seen me as flat!"
Li Yundong was about to retort when he saw the eyes crammed against the windows and doorway—they were all burning with fervent excitement, looking as if they desperately wanted him and Feng Na to have a showdown right there to satisfy their hunger.
Li Yundong waved his hand dismissively, "I’m not arguing with you anymore. If I keep talking, my IQ will drop to your level!"
He then beckoned to Su Chan, who was already squatting on the ground, weeping with laughter, "Hey, brat, get up and let's go! Laughing? Go laugh somewhere else! Aren't you embarrassed to be standing here?"
Su Chan wiped away a tear, rubbed her aching stomach from laughing so hard, and hurried after him.
Feng Na stood rooted to the spot, grinding her teeth furiously for a long while, until a female student approached her timidly, "Nana, you got beaten this time; you met your match, didn't you?"
Feng Na glared at the girl, then fixed her gaze back on Li Yundong’s retreating figure, spitting venomously, "Shut up! This bastard, I’m not finished with him! I lost out badly this time!"
Feng Na, the beauty of the third-year Finance department, came from a good background. Although she had always been treated like a precious jewel in someone's palm, her personality was bright and lively, completely devoid of arrogance. Since childhood, everyone deferred to her; she had never suffered such a loss!
Especially being called flat-chested and brainless—that was an unforgivable feud, worse than the hatred for a murdered father or a stolen husband!
After gnashing her teeth for a moment, Feng Na turned and saw the second-year, repressed-yet-excited class still staring expectantly at her, waiting for more drama. Feng Na exploded with anger, turned on her heel, and stormed away, muttering curses against Li Yundong as she went.
Muttering to herself for a moment, Feng Na suddenly stopped dead, staring at her best friend beside her, "Cheng Cheng, are my breasts really small?"
The friend named Cheng Cheng didn't speak, but simply presented her own F-cup chest with a sigh.
Feng Na instantly exploded, her fingers curving like hooks as she roared heavenward, "I swear I’m going to kill every woman in this world whose chest is bigger than mine!"
Cheng Cheng clutched her chest, looking terrified, "Then won't you be the only woman left in the world?"
Feng Na bared her teeth and lunged at her, "What did you say? Are you looking to die? Come here, I’m going to squeeze your melons flat!"
Cheng Cheng burst into loud laughter, clutching her chest as she fled. The two disappeared swiftly down the hallway of the academic building, one chasing the other in a playful flurry.
