Mice had already called the police, then quietly pulled Su Wei over to Zhang Yang's side.

The newcomers were even more aggressive and terrifying than before, with twice as many people as there'd been a moment ago. Mice couldn't possibly claim she wasn't afraid - but now her concern for Zhang Yang completely overshadowed that fear. His face was all she could see in her mind; he meant everything to her.

"Earlier you said this place belongs to you?" The man called Huang Si loomed forward, his massive frame and scarred face radiating menace. Just standing there put pressure on ordinary people who'd be too intimidated to argue with him. But Zhang Yang wasn't just anyone - Huang Si hadn't even managed to intimidate him before the young man casually countered with a question of his own.

"Right, this is my territory. For the sake of our friendship, let that guy go already!"

Huang Si nodded, then extended an arm to point at the bald-headed man who'd been subdued by Zhang Yang's hold on his wrist and forced into a kneeling position. "If it's your place, why didn't you step in when my friends were getting beaten earlier?"

Zhang Yang asked slowly, Su Zhan Tao blinking in confusion before hastily nodding. While Huang Si hadn't managed to pressure Zhang Yang at all, the intimidation still worked on Su Zhan Tao - his alcohol-induced haze had completely vanished as he now clearly recalled what'd just happened. "It's a misunderstanding really, no need for any bad blood between us... Are you refusing me?"

Huang Si's eyebrows twitched slightly under Zhang Yang's challenge. This bald-headed man was one of the more infamous local troublemakers - not much on his own, but his uncle held shares in this establishment and usually demanded deference from even Huang Si himself for obvious reasons. Directly confronting the situation would antagonize both patrons and shareholders alike. As he spoke, a sinister aura darkened Huang Si's expression while a dozen of his men closed ranks around Zhang Yang to intensify the pressure.

"Brother, let me handle this one?" A sardonic voice cut through from behind just before Zhang Yang could respond - a young man with bleached yellow hair, gold chain necklace and sleeve tattoos swaggered forward. Seven more similarly dressed youths followed him in, making Huang Si's face tighten with displeasure as his already tense situation worsened further.

Zhang Yang frowned at the sudden escalation while still waiting for police to arrive from his earlier call. Before he could act, the young man continued sneering: "Boss, you're letting your reputation slide - all thunder and no rain?" The club's music had stopped completely now as dozens of onlookers gathered around the growing confrontation.

The moment the youth reached the front, he suddenly gasped at the sight before him, his attention snapping to Mice and Su Wei: "Hey, what's wrong with Hu brother..." He never finished his sentence, eyes locking onto the two women instead. Beauty didn't surprise anyone here - Mice was clearly a potential campus queen with her perfect features and figure, while even Su Wei's delicate complexion (a result of lifelong pampering as a rich girl) made her stunningly attractive to any man present.

Huang Si's scowl deepened instantly. The young man called Zhao Feng might be just starting out in age but was already notorious - his 100-strong gang of henchmen had committed countless crimes, and he was particularly ruthless when it came to women. He'd slept with nearly every attractive local girl, and Huang Si knew better than anyone what happened if this one-eyed snake focused on these two women.

The earlier fight hadn't escaped Huang Si's notice - Zhang Yang had incapacitated four men in seconds without effort while subduing the bald-headed troublemaker so completely that even a formercommando like himself felt threatened. This wasn't just impressive martial arts skill; it was something else entirely. And with Zhao Feng and his henchmen on the scene, Huang Si knew immediately there'd be no helping this situation - if Zhang Yang turned violent again, he'd be the one forced to deal with the aftermath.

"Beautiful ladies, I don't believe we've met yet..." Before Huang Si could figure out how to dismiss Zhao Feng's group, the young troublemaker was already extending a hand toward Mice and Su Wei while leering at them openly. His fingers reached for Mice's wrist before he could stop himself...

"Ahh!" Mice let out an involuntary shriek as she stumbled back in shock - no one had expected such overt harassment from this stranger. Zhang Yang's expression darkened instantly, his grip tightening on the bald-headed man still writhing beneath him. With one brutal motion, he hurled the unfortunate victim across the room where his skull struck a table with a sickening thud and he collapsed unconscious immediately after.

Zhang Yang was already in front of Mice before Zhao Feng's fingers could make contact - but the henchman wasn't so lucky as to escape unscathed. With one swift yank to pull back Zhao Feng's hand, Zhang Yang followed through with a brutal elbow strike that sent him tumbling forward. As soon as Zhao Feng started to recover balance, another well-placed kick to his thigh launched him through the air like human debris. The young henchman flew nearly ten feet before landing in an awkward heap at the entrance where he immediately went limp and unconscious.

Zhang Yang hadn't held back this time - Mice was his girlfriend, his woman, and this punk touching her had activated Zhang Yang's deepest instincts of protection. More importantly, he'd waited all along for police to arrive precisely because these two women were in danger. With Zhao Feng making a grab for Mice there could be no more hesitation or restraint.

The dramatic action stunned onlookers into momentary silence - Huang Si paled visibly as his worst fears materialized. The other henchmen with Zhao Feng reacted faster than the bald-headed man's own gang had, two rushing to help their leader even as others lunged toward Zhang Yang instead. Six men attacked in total, including two wielding spring-loaded knives - far more aggressive than those who'd previously beaten up Su Zhan Tao.

Mice and Su Wei both screamed in alarm as Zhang Yang stepped forward with a glacial expression. This time there was no mercy or hesitation in his movements. The Zhang family's ancestral martial arts weren't just about internal energy techniques - they also incorporated precise combat styles that made these hooligans look like nothing more than cockroaches to be exterminated.

"Pow! Pow! Pow!" Six bodies hit the floor within seconds as Zhang Yang remained perfectly still in front of Mice, his back forming an impenetrable shield for her safety. The sight of this unshaken figure watching over her made tears well up in Mice's eyes - he was like a mountain guarding her from harm, so she quickly lowered her gaze to hide them.

Less than sixty seconds had passed since the first fight ended when police sirens finally approached after this second wave of violence. The first people through the doors were nightclub security, which surprised Zhang Yang because no one had arrived even during the initial confrontation - their management either showed shocking incompetence or had overconfidently relied on Huang Si's ability to handle problems.

Behind the guards came an unexpected sight: Su Shaohua entered before police did at all, followed by officers who weren't uniformed patrolmen but instead distinguished middle-aged men with authoritative postures. "Commissioner Yan!" Huang Si paled further and instinctively took a step back as he recognized one of these newcomers - it was none other than the city's public security chief himself!

"Father!" Su Wei burst into uncontrollable sobs as she sprinted toward her dad, collapsing into his arms with all the fear and humiliation from today's ordeal finally breaking through. "Weiwei, are you hurt? Did those men touch you?" Su Shaohua immediately pulled his daughter close while asking urgently - parents always feared their children being harmed in the outside world.

"I'm okay! Those bad guys were beaten by Zhang Yang!" Su Wei choked out through her tears as more people entered behind police officers - Huang Si stiffened again when he recognized this new group including local tycoon Zhao Zhi, whose distinctive large mole was an instantly recognizable trait...
