The roiling clouds in the sky suddenly ceased their movement. For that single instant, the entire world seemed to hold its breath.

The blood flowers that had bloomed scattered and sprinkled, splashing before his eyes... The demon was like fire!

He roared wildly, but there was no sound reaching his ears; he reached out to touch, and the distant figure seemed to recede further and further... Until, Bai Long and the other collapsed, falling into a pool of blood.

With a deafening boom, Ye Chen’s mind felt as though it had exploded—a blank slate, ringing with a persistent hum. He stopped dead, staring blankly at the scene, every drop of blood in his body, the killing intent in his chest, seeming to freeze solid.

Within the scattering blood, fragmented images of the past flickered. His usual grinning, carefree appearance...

In Atlantis City, before the Silver Warriors, the sight of a figure charging forward with a maniacal laugh, unafraid of death... The man who vowed to make his laughter echo through heaven so his dead girlfriend could hear it...

Boom! A clap of thunder split the sky, and the scene before his eyes shattered like breaking glass!

The dark clouds stopped churning, the fierce wind ceased its roar, and a desolate, gloomy light fell upon the man’s face. This harsh wind now carried a deeper layer of sorrow!

The shouts and roars of the battlefield swiftly receded, and as they faded, something deep within the desolate abyss seemed to crack open. His body trembled slightly; he clenched his fists, gritted his teeth, and an uncontrollable rage surged from the deepest core of his heart, like an ancient, brooding demonic flame, incinerating his entire being.

He suddenly flung his arms wide, threw his head back, and shrieked! “Aaaaaahhh…” He roared!

Heaven and Earth responded! The dark clouds swirled violently, the cosmos transformed.

This sound was piercing and absolute, laced with boundless slaughter and bitter grief, soaring high and powerful, piercing straight into the boiling dark clouds. The shockwave pushed the mist apart, condensing into a swirling vortex of black clouds.

Endless malevolent aura erupted from Ye Chen, coalescing into a whirlwind that enveloped him, making him appear on the verge of flight. Dragon’s Roar Unchained!

The monsters surrounding Ye Chen were all violently thrown back; their eardrums ruptured, blood poured from their seven orifices, and after twitching on the ground for a moment, they lay still. Monsters with weaker constitutions had their skulls directly exploded by the sound waves.

The sounds of battle cries and roars from the battlefield of hundreds of thousands of monsters were completely drowned out and suppressed by this single, long howl. Countless people looked up in astonishment towards that spot.

That glimpse would be eternal! Beneath the dim sky, amidst the oppressive, endless tide of monsters, that solitary figure stood unmoving.

Under the force of his cry, the monsters nearest him collapsed as if in worship. The millions in the Huaxia Base City stared in shock at this masked man, unable to believe he possessed such power—shaking the clouds with mere sound waves; his physique must have reached at least the tenth-level!

This roar was like that of a furious beast, hoarse, mournful, and utterly ferocious! Then, Ye Chen slowly lowered his head.

A deathly silence blanketed the world. Hoo!

Hoo! Deep breaths, labored gasps.

Like a ferocious beast finally freed from its chains in a sunken abyss—one breath, then another, low and ragged. Amidst the blood-red light that washed over everything, he took a step forward.

The bloody aura instantly thickened, seeming to dye the very sky crimson. The chilling gale and the bloodthirsty malevolence circled him.

Under the gaze of everyone present, he strode, step by agonizing step, across the corpses of the monsters his cry had slain, moving toward Bai Long and the others. Everyone seemed to be holding their breath.

The burly man with the beard, supporting Bai Long and Su Xiaochang, watched Ye Chen with expressions of sheer terror. If they hadn't spent time with him before, they would never have believed that this man, currently wreathed in the aura of a monstrous beast, was the same composed, brilliant commander they knew as the Guild Leader!

Ye Chen reached Bai Long and the others. He extended a slightly trembling hand and placed it on Bai Long’s meridian, immediately sensing a faint pulse.

He rasped, “Get him to the Base City for recovery.” The bearded men dared not delay; they nodded quickly, clutching Bai Long and the other, careful not to pull out the ice spikes embedded in them, and rushed toward the Base City, led by a few others. Ye Chen slowly turned, lifting his gaze to the direction from which the ice spikes had originated—a Flood Dragon!

“You,” Ye Chen’s face was a mask of killing intent, the chilling words squeezed out between his teeth: “Die!” Boom! The sky above the Base City suddenly darkened.

Within the thick layer of storm clouds, the faint rumble of thunder could be heard, signaling an impending tempest! The Flood Dragon was entirely silver-white, its scales dense and uniform, seemingly cast from molten iron and meticulously carved.

It let out a cold laugh. “A mere ant dares to comment on my life and death?

Humph! Just become food obediently!” With that, it opened its maw and spewed several ice shards.

This Flood Dragon’s power had clearly reached the level of a Force Master, capable of manifesting true energy into tangible objects! Whoosh!

Whoosh! Whoosh!

Three consecutive ice spikes pierced the air, trailing white frost, streaking forward, their sharp whistling growing thicker until they howled like enraged dragons, tearing through the void. Before the ice spikes arrived, the temperature in the world plummeted abruptly.

Ye Chen clenched his fists; the surging blood within him seemed to snarl and roar. As the ice spikes closed in, before they even touched him, the violent force began to whip his hair and clothes upward.

“Kill!!!” Ye Chen’s expression was savage, his gaze fiercely locked on the Flood Dragon. With a deafening roar, he charged forward.

He didn't bother dodging the three ice spikes; with a wild cry, he blasted out a single punch. Whoosh!

The force of the punch shattered the air, forming a crescent arc at his fist’s tip. Bang!

Bang! Bang!

The three ice spikes snapped instantly, shattering into fine dust. Ye Chen let out a fierce roar, took a great stride, and lunged toward the Flood Dragon, his eyes cruel and crazed, charging like a cannonball.

Suddenly, an Ironclad Bull, three zhang tall, charged head-on. Ye Chen seemed to transform into a demon, letting out a sinister grin, grasping one of the bull’s horns with one hand, raising his fist, and slamming it down!

Thump! The Ironclad Bull’s skull was visibly dented, blood spurting out and splashing onto his face.

He swung his arm, using the captured horn, and wildly swung the bull’s body, smashing it into the surrounding monsters! Everyone watching Ye Chen charge through the army of hundreds of thousands of monsters, seeing nothing that could halt his advance, felt their spirits tremble before this overwhelming, demonic might—like a peerless devil king.

“Die!” Ye Chen snarled, soaring upwards, grabbing the head of a Green Flower Python, and twisting it until the neck snapped. Black blood coated his entire body, yet it only amplified his aura of slaughter.

Seeing Ye Chen carving a path of destruction toward it, the distant Flood Dragon’s gaze grew solemn. It let out a low hiss and spat several successive ice spikes toward Ye Chen, while simultaneously whipping its tail down from the sky to strike him.

Ye Chen smashed a Four-Tailed Silver Wolf dead with one punch, then turned to face the descending Flood Dragon tail. The violent intent in his eyes flared intensely.

Instead of retreating, he sprang forward, pushing off the ground and soaring straight up! “Aaaaaahhh…” The wild howl echoed across the wasteland; heaven and earth transformed.

Those ice spikes were shattered by the mere force of the sound wave. The red light blazing in Ye Chen’s eyes intensified.

He extended his arm, veins bulging, and caught the descending tail, using the downward momentum to smash heavily into the ground, creating a massive crater that exploded outward for dozens of meters. On the city wall, Xu Tianguo and the others cried out in shock at the sight.

Just then, a fierce, sharp roar rose from below. In the deep pit caused by the Flood Dragon’s tail, a figure stood up.

His towering form was covered in blood, his clothes torn to shreds. He had managed to tightly grasp the Flood Dragon’s tail!

“Rise—FOR ME!!!” Ye Chen’s hair thrashed wildly, standing stiffly on end. His arms, like iron pincers, clamped onto the Flood Dragon’s tail.

With a furious, sharp roar, he violently swung it, slamming it toward the other side of the battlefield! The Flood Dragon was utterly terrified and struggled desperately, yet its body was involuntarily lifted by Ye Chen’s swing, tracing a huge arc in the air before crashing down heavily!

Bang! The entire battlefield shook!

The millions within the Huaxia Base City fell instantly into profound silence. Everyone on the city wall, including Xu Tianguo, and the army below stood frozen, watching the breathtaking scene.

Like an unparalleled God of Slaughter, Ye Chen, his hair disheveled, did not give the Flood Dragon a moment to recover after slamming it down. He immediately shifted direction and swung it violently backward, slamming it down again, causing the battlefield to tremble incessantly.

The Flood Dragon was repeatedly smashed between the east and west sides of the battlefield; countless monsters were killed, and the dragon itself spat blood, its scales peeling off, its entire body dripping crimson—critically injured and on the verge of death. Some of the intelligent monsters witnessed this scene, their eyeballs nearly popping out, staring at Ye Chen in sheer horror, daring not to approach.

Ye Chen swung the Flood Dragon high and swept it in a wide arc around his center. Bang!

Bang! Bang!

Blood sprayed everywhere. Innumerable monsters had their teeth knocked out, bones broken, and skulls exploded, dyeing the earth with blood as the wind howled mournfully.

Ye Chen swung the Flood Dragon out and slammed it near the city wall, clearing a swath of monsters. Just as he prepared to swing it again, the Flood Dragon’s tail snapped off near its center.

Ye Chen flicked his wrist, discarding the severed tail, and then bolted toward the city wall. Along the way, many lesser, unintelligent monsters lunged and bit at him.

“Die! Die!

All die!!!” Ye Chen’s face was savage, ruthless and merciless. He ripped open the belly of a Three-Eyed Wolf, letting its entrails spill onto the ground, then flung the carcass away.

Just then, a great force struck him from behind. Ye Chen’s foot landed on a monster corpse, and failing to gain solid footing, he was immediately shoved off balance by the immense power.

He turned to look; the sky had darkened, and an unimaginably huge hoof was smashing down! Rage burned fiercely in Ye Chen’s heart, and he slammed his palm backward!

Crack! The massive hoof was forcibly pushed back three steps by his single palm strike, crushing several nearby monsters.

Ye Chen looked closely and realized it was a Purple Extreme Demonic Bull, bearing a single sharp horn on its forehead. He braced one hand on the ground, shot forward, and clamped onto the Purple Extreme Demonic Bull’s horn with his other hand.

The Purple Extreme Demonic Bull struggled frantically, but the horn felt as if it were wedged in rock, showing no sign of loosening. Ye Chen’s eyes glinted with bloodlust.

He descended, planting one hand on the ground, gripping the bull’s horn, and roared as he smashed it forward! Ye Chen’s hands, covered in monster blood, were terrifyingly veined and bulging.

This Purple Extreme Demonic Bull, dozens of meters tall, was actually lifted by him and slammed down like an iron sledgehammer! Boom!

The earth roared, the ground cracked open, and countless monsters were crushed. The Purple Extreme Demonic Bull screamed with agonizing misery, sounding like a pig being slaughtered; more than half its bones were shattered.
