Ye Xiu was somewhat confused by the Dao Kuang’s words, and he asked in a low voice, "Senior Dao Kuang, could you please elaborate?"

"In this world, the divine artifact always precedes its master. Take the Yu Huang Zhan for example; its appearance spurred a scramble among heroes, eventually leading even Sha Jun Tian Xia, the tyrant of the Demon Realm, to covet and seize it for his own use." Dao Kuang shifted his posture, placing a hand behind his back, and suddenly exhibited an appearance of extreme age. "The Underworld Twin Sacred Swords are the same. We creators pour a lifetime of effort into forging these divine weapons, yet we never truly consider what kind of person they are truly suited for."

Mei Yi became interested as Dao Kuang began discussing weapons. "My weapon was forged specifically to suit my own preferences; that is what sets it apart from other divine artifacts!"

Dao Kuang glanced sideways at the flying wheel beside Mei Yi and chuckled softly, "Not every master craftsman is proficient in martial arts. Most of them don't even know why they are forging an unparalleled divine weapon in the first place."

Ye Xiu felt that what Dao Kuang said made sense, but he still couldn't grasp the full meaning. "If that is the case, Senior, what must I do to obtain a weapon that truly satisfies me?"

"Heh heh, everything depends on fate." As Dao Kuang spoke, he waved both hands. A violent gale swept through, and the desolate desert instantly transformed. The scorching sun was gone, replaced by earth grounds and a towering pavilion. This pavilion was of ancient architecture; its roof tiles were all carved with strange beasts, beneath which stood straight beams and pillars stained with what looked like dried blood. The massive main door stood firmly at the bottom, above which a horizontal plaque was inscribed with the characters for 'Fourfold Tower'."

"Fourfold Tower?" Old Liu walked ahead, tilting his head back as the words left his lips. In his view, this was, at best, an ordinary structure. "This thing appearing in a tomb... could it be related to the First Emperor?"

Ye Xiu focused his gaze. The entire scene now radiated outward from the Fourfold Tower. He realized he was standing in a plaza, and four archways had inexplicably appeared on the four sides—inscribed with characters for the East, South, West, and North Gates—with the Fourfold Tower perfectly situated on the connecting line between them. "Senior Dao Kuang, where is this place...?"

"It is the optimal location for refining the Three Talents of Sun, Moon, and Stars, and where Bing Ao and Yan Luo once forged peerless divine artifacts." Dao Kuang stepped slightly forward. "Although I do not know if Yan Luo is still here, you have already obtained the Three Talents of Sun, Moon, and Stars. To smelt them, you must enter this Fourfold Tower. Only Bing Ao and Yan Luo have ever entered this place within the Yu Yu Feng Dao Alliance, which is why the Underworld Twin Sacred Swords and the Yu Huang Zhan came to be. As for what you might gain inside, that is purely up to fate."

"Hahahaha, so it seems all three of us might obtain a divine weapon inside?" Old Liu, swelling with pride, had already reached the base of the Fourfold Tower. He instinctively moved to push the main door, but unexpectedly, one of the archways on the plaza side erupted with a rumbling roar. It moved toward the front of the Fourfold Tower, sounding like a charging tank, startling Old Liu into collapsing onto the ground. "The North Gate?"

Dao Kuang frowned upon seeing this display. "Only those who truly hold the Three Talents of Sun, Moon, and Stars can enter. It seems this North Gate is meant to stop you."

"Haven't the three of us already collected the Sun, Moon, and Stars separately?" Mei Yi, eager to see what was inside with Ye Xiu, stepped forward, which in turn triggered another archway to position itself directly in front of the Fourfold Tower. "Old Liu took the Stars, I took the Moon Halo, and Ye Xiu received the Sun Corona. We possess all Three Talents, so why can't we enter?"

"If I am not mistaken..." Dao Kuang swept his gaze over Ye Xiu before answering slowly, "During the fight with me, Ye Xiu already absorbed the Stars and the Moon Halo from both of your weapons into his own body. Let him try."

Ye Xiu certainly knew the function of the jade ring in his hand. He offered Old Liu a smile, slipped his hand into his pocket, and walked toward the Fourfold Tower with his head bowed. At that moment, the archway blocking the entrance retreated as if a mouse were fleeing a cat as Ye Xiu approached. Before him now stood only the ancient-looking pavilion, its great door already swung wide open in response.

"This isn't fair! Why did it choose you again?" Old Liu patted his belly and sat down, clearly disgruntled. "Ye Xiu, how is it that you have such good luck wherever you go?"

"What is inside here?" Ye Xiu, unable to tolerate Old Liu’s childishness, turned back to Dao Kuang with a slight worry. "How can I forge a divine weapon of my own inside?"

Dao Kuang shook his head. Even he was curious about the Fourfold Tower. "If I were qualified to enter, I would have gone in to investigate long ago. Legend says the Fourfold Tower contains all the memories pertaining to divine weapons."

"Mmm." Ye Xiu nodded. He ascended the yellowed stone steps one by one. Once he was fully beneath the plaque of the doorway, he glanced at Mei Yi and smiled. "Wish me success."

"Hmph, honestly, I really want to go in too, but..." Mei Yi flashed Ye Xiu a playful smile and gave a victory sign. "You had better come out successfully for me."

"Farewell, Death God," Old Liu mumbled listlessly, sprawled on the ground. Though his expression was apathetic, he certainly hoped Ye Xiu would gain a powerful weapon. He knew that since Sha Jun Tian Xia's rebirth, Ming Luo Sheng’s escape, and Liao Wu Jun’s disappearance, the mortal realm could never again be as peaceful as it once was. Cultivators must stand at the forefront of disaster when great right and wrong are at stake, and now, all of this seemed connected to this Death God.

"Rumble..." As Ye Xiu stepped inside, the great door of the Fourfold Tower slammed shut. Inside was a void, pitch black to the extent that not even one's hands could be seen.

At that moment, a purplish light emerged from the jade ring. It was the first time Su Su had appeared without fully grasping the surrounding environment. "Master, the Soul Energy here is incredibly strong; I can feel it. We must be careful."

With the appearance of the purple light, Ye Xiu could finally make out the entire scene. The external environment had been an illusion. What lay before him was actually a vast altar, upon which numerous blades and swords were impaled in towering stone steles. Some of these weapons were broken, some ground to dust, some lay beneath the steles, and others stood upright on the ground. In essence, this place seemed to be the graveyard of weaponry.

"Master, be careful. A powerful soul resides here," Su Su whispered, as if something bizarre and terrifying lurked behind the ruined steles.

"Wooooo..." At that moment, a distant, mournful sound echoed from behind the stele, filling the entire space with a cry of sorrow, making the profound stillness feel intensely agitating.

Ye Xiu surveyed his surroundings; he could hear the sound but detect no actual threat. He questioned Su Su quietly, "You mean there is the Soul Energy essential for our Death God cultivation here? But this is the First Emperor's tomb, and the Yu Yu Feng Dao Alliance seems to be something related to the Underworld. How is it connected to the Death God?"

Su Su did not dare delay. A ring of purple light radiated from her body. "I don't know the specifics, Master. I only know this Soul Energy is not dispersed like the Strength Souls from the desert earlier; they are condensed into a single mass, seemingly controlled by someone."

"Could there be a Death God here!" As Ye Xiu voiced this question, countless sword lights shot out toward him from behind the stele. He tried to dodge, but blue halos of light had already enveloped him from all directions. Fortunately, Su Su's purple aura deflected the incoming blades and swords.

"You guessed one part incorrectly!" The voice whistled past, shaking the entire world with unease. "There was a Death God here, but alas, he became my meal, hahaha!"

"Master, it's over there!" Su Su sensed the direction from which the Soul Energy emanated, radiating purple light to point the way for Ye Xiu. "Quickly!"

Ye Xiu understood Su Su's meaning. At this moment, black flames ignited in both his hands, blasting fiercely toward that spot. With a sharp clank, a long blue sword shot out of the void. It only possessed the outline of a longsword, shimmering with a faint blue glow that was somewhat similar to the previous Star Serpent.

Before Ye Xiu could even introduce himself, a flash of blue sword light flew towards him, striking his chest squarely and slicing a deep, bloody gash.

"This level? You dare enter the Fourfold Tower?" The voice issued from the longsword, clearly filled with disdain. "This is the greatest insult to my Tian Miao Sword Soul! Begone, boy!"

"Tian Miao Sword Soul?" Ye Xiu knew he had never encountered such swift swordsmanship and felt a surge of curiosity. However, the wound was already bleeding deep crimson, causing sharp pain. He was simply perplexed by how this hazy, shadowy sword form could inflict damage so profoundly.

"Swish..." As a meaningless, fallen leaf drifted down, another streak of rapid sword light descended from the air.

Ye Xiu's eyes widened. He could only perceive a massive sword shadow against the profound sky, yet the faint, thread-like radiance surrounding it had somehow begun to illuminate the area.

"Ah!" In a flash of lightning and flint, another bloody mark appeared on Ye Xiu's body. Each strike cut deep into his flesh and blood.

The blue light moved with incredible speed; the sword shadow itself seemed empty, yet the surrounding air clearly carried the sensation of movement. "How about it, boy? Aren't you going to beg for mercy now?"

These few strikes completely enraged Ye Xiu. Enduring the pain, he roared at the Sword Soul, "Come again! I refuse to believe your sword is so fast that it cannot be seen!"

"Insolent child." It turned out this Tian Miao Sword Soul was also one who enjoyed a spat. It actually gave in to the challenge, summoning remnants of blades and swords from all sides of the stele to charge toward Ye Xiu, creating a rustling sound that echoed between heaven and earth.

Of course, Ye Xiu was no fool. He understood his own strength could not match the rhythm of the sword light. He gazed at the faint glimmer surrounding the Sword Soul and quietly asked Su Su, "Can't you sense the flow of Soul Energy? This fellow is covered in energy; you should be able to detect it all, right?"
