The cultivation path known as the Ancient Arcana surfaced in the world with the inclusion of Old Liu.

Ancient Arcana of the Strange Beast: Using the Arcana’s yellow talismans, he can manifest into beasts appropriate for the current situation.

The deployment of both the black and yellow talismans drains stamina significantly, leading to subsequent exhaustion and weakening of his abilities.

Old Liu, whose full name is Liu Kai, carries a waist pouch containing various arcane and peculiar implements related to his Daoist practices. These include the Ice Crystal Pentagram, capable of temporarily freezing objects, and sunglasses that allow him to vaguely perceive the flow of magical energy, among others.

His primary weapon is the Thin Blade, a manifestation cultivated from the essence of a mole, endowing it with the mole’s inherent abilities. Its natural adversary is the serpent. The higher its cultivation, the thinner its blade becomes, ultimately aiming for the ultimate state of "No Blade, No Face."
