Just as everyone was puzzled by Robin’s voluntary withdrawal, a roar suddenly erupted from the arena, snapping everyone’s attention back! “No good! He’s gone Berserk!” someone outside the ring shouted, their voice laced with palpable tension. It wasn't just him; everyone wore looks of sheer horror and instinctively shuffled backward.

Once a Berserker enters the frenzy, both their strength and speed jump dramatically, and they become utterly maddened, seemingly immune to pain and fatigue. Moreover, some Berserkers even lose all reason during this state, attacking anyone who comes near!

These applicants certainly had no desire to test whether this particular Berserker had retained any sanity. The situation had escalated beyond a mere contest; someone could easily lose their life here!

Yet, at that very moment, Bo Yi Jin’s eyes were blood-red, veins bulging on his forehead, his entire body seemingly swollen to twice its size, threatening to tear his clothes apart! After only a brief pause, he lunged toward Robin outside the ring! “Stop him, quickly!” Opport cried out in alarm.

But the surrounding guards were too far away to offer immediate aid. By the time they grasped what was happening, they saw Bo Yi Jin closing in on Robin. “Move aside, fast!” someone urgently warned Robin.

However, contrary to everyone’s expectation, Robin did not evade this time; she simply stood still. Strangely, Bo Yi Jin seemed frozen in place, merely standing there motionlessly! To stop with such momentum instantly was unbelievable. Could it be that the Berserker’s consciousness had cleared in that split second?

Just as the crowd was contemplating this, another roar tore from Bo Yi Jin’s throat, sounding even more frenzied than before! “So this is why they’re called ‘Berserkers’!” Zhong Shenxiu’s lips curled upward slightly.

In his eyes, this Berserker’s frenzy could be understood as a form of ‘Demonization’—all manifestations stemming from genetic mutation.

Speaking of which, this Berserker’s state was less severe than true ‘Demonization.’ While both result in severe physical overload, the latter at least retains a clear mind.

If this Berserker still possessed his wits, he would realize how foolish his actions were! “Robin, let’s go!” Zhong Shenxiu had already lost interest in this so-called ‘Berserker’; all he wanted now was to return quickly and begin reshaping Paji’s physical form.

Robin nodded softly, then casually flicked her delicate hand toward Bo Yi Jin in mid-air. With a soft pop, Bo Yi Jin’s body was sent flying backward, slamming heavily into the wall a hundred meters away!

In an instant, the previous chaos gave way to an eerie silence. Everyone stared wide-eyed at the Berserker who had been blasted away, the shock in their hearts surging like an endless river!

To knock the powerful Berserker clear away with just one strike—was this the true strength of the young girl?

What exactly did she do? She hadn’t appeared to touch the Berserker at all, yet…

While the crowd was still reeling, guards rushed to carry the Berserker back. He had been knocked unconscious.

For a Berserker, with his heightened resistance during a frenzy, to be unable to withstand that single blow—if it had been an ordinary person, wouldn't they have been instantly vaporized?

Opport stared at the unconscious Bo Yi Jin, his heart churning like a tempest, refusing to settle. Just moments ago, he had worried for Robin’s safety, never imagining that her power had reached such an astonishing level! He, usually so self-assured, felt a pang of inferiority for the first time!

While Opport was certainly not weak, he knew he could never have rendered Bo Yi Jin unconscious so effortlessly, as Robin had. He now shared the same burning questions as everyone else: If the girl was this formidable, why did she withdraw midway through the competition? If she didn’t want to win, why participate in the written test in the first place? And who was that young man beside her? Was he her brother?

These questions plagued Opport, distracting him completely from the matter of the Berserker. As he watched Robin and Zhong Shenxiu start to walk away, he panicked, blurting out almost without thinking, “Wait a moment!”

“Is there something?” Zhong Shenxiu paused, sizing up Opport from head to toe. Robin stood silently beside him, appearing as if none of this concerned her in the slightest!

Opport glanced at Zhong Shenxiu, then immediately dismissed him, addressing Robin directly: “Fight me!”

He never understood subtlety, so he spoke plainly. The reason for this challenge stemmed from his lifelong belief that he was a genius, the strongest among his peers! Now, seeing a girl near his age appear, he naturally desired a contest! Yet, Robin had effectively filtered him out, not giving him a second glance!

As Zhong Shenxiu and Robin turned to leave again, Opport flashed forward and blocked their path. Judging by his stance, he intended to force Robin into a confrontation!

Opport had always found life dreadfully dull. Having finally encountered someone who caught his interest, he certainly wouldn't let Robin slip away so easily. “It seems you don’t intend to move?” Zhong Shenxiu asked Opport with a smile. Opport didn’t reply; instead, he summoned his dozen or so Warpets.

He knew he lacked Robin’s ethereal footwork, nor did he possess the ability to knock out a Berserker with a single strike. However, he was an excellent Beast Tamer, and a dual cultivator of both Martial Arts and Taming—combined, he was confident he wouldn't lose to Robin!

These dozen Warpets were one in ten thousand; each one could match five Berserker guards, and under his control, their power would double. Furthermore, he could provide magical support, increasing his overall strength manifold! Opport believed that with this setup, he had no reason to concede to Robin!

The surrounding guards, seeing Opport release his Warpets, instinctively positioned themselves to block any attempt by Zhong Shenxiu and Robin to escape. The other applicants, sensing the situation escalating, quickly moved aside to watch the spectacle unfold! “Hey, look! That young man is Opport, I heard he’s a genius!” “Is that him? He’s so young!” “Who do you think will win this fight?” “That’s hard to say; the girl hasn’t shown her full strength yet!”

“If you ask me, Opport might have a slight edge. Look at those magical beasts—aren’t they all Level Six or higher? Just one of those would be a handful, let alone so many!”

“Even so, I’m rooting for the girl. Look at her expression—she shows no sign of panic or fear. That means these beasts mean nothing to her!”

Though Opport’s gaze was fixed solely on Robin, he could hear the murmurs of the crowd. Seeing Robin still standing unmoving, his brow furrowed slightly, and he said, “You can bring out your weapons. No need to hide anymore; show me your true skill!” He then menacingly directed his Warpets to advance slowly toward Robin!

Just then, Zhong Shenxiu spoke up again: “My, my, summoning so many beasts to fight the two of us—isn't that a bit like ganging up on the weak?”

Opport hadn't expected Zhong Shenxiu to say that, and a flush rose to his face, but he retorted, “I am a Beast Tamer; using magical beasts in combat is standard practice. If you can, then summon your own!”

“Oh?” A mischievous grin spread across Zhong Shenxiu’s face as he asked, “Does that mean it’s also standard for us to summon as many beasts as we want?”

“Of course, if you have the ability to control a large number of beasts, then it’s perfectly normal! This is the ▲Qiuyun Empire; fighting with magical beasts is extremely common!” Opport’s words were subtly calculated for Robin to hear.

Zhong Shenxiu chuckled dryly, then turned to Robin, “It seems we’ll be at a disadvantage if we don’t bring out some beasts. Luckily, we’ve stockpiled quite a few. Let’s release a few!” Robin, naturally obedient to Zhong Shenxiu’s words, waved her delicate hand, and instantly, hundreds of Warpets of various types appeared before them.

The sudden appearance of these beasts made the training ground feel cramped, especially the massive ones whose every step sent tremors through the ground! True competition puts egos and beasts alike to shame!

The dozen or so beasts Opport had summoned were instantly trampled underfoot by the creatures Robin released upon their first encounter. Not only that, but Opport’s beasts didn’t dare even squeak!

The primary reason for this phenomenon was the sheer caliber of the beasts Robin released: among these hundreds, you couldn't find a single one below Level Nine! Faced with such a host, Opport’s few beasts wisely chose submission. If they hadn't, these dominant creatures would have instantly obliterated them!

At this point, the onlookers could only gasp in amazement, utterly unprepared for the sheer number of monstrously powerful beasts the girl could summon—it was utterly preposterous! Who was the real Beast Tamer here?

It wasn’t just the laymen who were shocked; Opport was completely dumbfounded. If he had held any hope of victory moments ago, that hope had now dissolved into utter despair! Faced with such an array of high-level magical beasts, even his extraordinary talent felt like dog droppings!

If this girl could truly command these creatures, she could shatter their entire “Tilarri Family” into pieces in mere moments! Just as everyone seemed to forget their own names, Zhong Shenxiu’s teasing voice rang out once more:

“Alright, since you’re so eager to compete, let’s get started quickly!” (To be continued. For what happens next, please log on to...m for more chapters, support the author, and enjoy genuine reading!)F
