Guang Bin turned to Zhong Shenxiu, not knowing what to do. He had been to many places—wings, corners, back alleys—but this was the first time he had encountered someone who didn't even recognize the token.

"Little one, did you get separated from your guardian?" Weiswer didn't pay any mind to Robin's expression, instead continuing based on his own immediate suspicion.

"Hey kid, you new here?" Zhong Shenxiu suddenly interjected.

Weisqing startled, quickly turning to look at Zhong Shenxiu. He hadn't expected this young boy to address him with such a tone. Though surprised, he wasn't angered. Just as he was about to say something, a voice drifted over from a distance.

"What's going on?" The speaker was none other than Bolus.

Seeing Bolus approaching, Weiswer immediately straightened his posture; he certainly didn't want to give the manager a bad impression of dereliction of duty.

Bolus walked over, first glancing at Zhong Shenxiu and Robin without paying them much mind. He addressed Weiswer instead: "What happened?"

"Manager, these two children were trying to slip inside. I was just stopping them," Weiswer replied respectfully.

"You handled that well!" Bolus first offered praise, then turned to Zhong Shenxiu and Robin. "Two youngsters, this isn't a playground. Let Uncle help you find your family, alright?"

It was clear Bolus was a decent person. He personally oversaw such a small matter. If this were the manager of another guild, he would have long since been pointing and bossing around from the sidelines!

Robin suddenly stepped forward, waving the token he had just presented in front of Bolus again. Robin’s thought was simple: surely not everyone would fail to recognize this token!

As expected, upon seeing the token in Robin’s hand, Bolus's pupils dilated sharply, and his breathing hitched.

Every formal employee of the "Dark Guild" clearly understood what this token signified, as recognizing various tokens was the very first lesson they received during training!

"Do you recognize it?" Robin asked sweetly.

Bolus nodded excitedly and nervously. As a manager, he knew perfectly well the extraordinary status this token represented. He never imagined such an important figure would grace the branch store under his management—it was overwhelmingly flattering!

"May we enter now?" Zhong Shenxiu asked from the side, glancing pointedly at Weiswer.

Weiswer was utterly frozen, gaping. This was the first time he had ever seen their manager so agitated.

"P-please, come in!" Bolus quickly made an inviting gesture and held the door open for them. After the three had entered the passageway, Weiswer remained standing there looking completely bewildered, a single question cycling endlessly in his mind: What in the world is going on?

Meanwhile, led by Bolus, Zhong Shenxiu had already arrived at the highest-level executive office—the very top floor of the guild branch.

Every "Dark Guild" branch housed a similar room, and this office was always kept vacant, specifically reserved for individuals of Zhong Shenxiu’s caliber. Even Bolus, the manager, was not qualified to sit here!

Bolus now stood respectfully to the side, watching Zhong Shenxiu peruse the detailed documents laid out. He dared not underestimate the boy because of his youth, as his training had heavily emphasized: Do not judge based on age!

After reading for quite some time, Zhong Shenxiu asked lightly, "Is this 'Magic Exchange Gathering' very famous?"

From the documents, it was clear the guild had been heavily preparing for this event recently.

Bolus dared not conceal anything, quickly explaining the significance and features of the "Magic Exchange Gathering." To bolster his case, he even retrieved a set of research materials concerning the gathering from his magic ring and presented them to Zhong Shenxiu!

As he handed over the "research materials," a strange glint flashed in Zhong Shenxiu’s eyes. He had definitely developed an interest in this "Magic Exchange Gathering!"

Truthfully, Zhong Shenxiu hadn't come here to inspect the place. He had gained inspiration while watching students selling goods at stalls at the "Dream Star Magic and Martial Arts Academy." He felt the guild’s sales model could benefit from an update, and his visit was precisely to see if the plan forming in his mind was feasible!

Currently, the "Dark Guild" completely monopolized mid-to-high-tier magic equipment—no one doubted that fact. However, they were involved in very few low-to-mid-tier goods. Zhong Shenxiu's inspiration was whether some magic equipment could be segmented into smaller components, allowing for assembly features.

For instance, take a magic staff: it could be separated into the head, the shaft, and the ferrule, with reserved slots for embedding various crystal cores. Different combinations would yield different functions, and those with limited funds could purchase only one segment based on their actual needs, allowing modification without compromising usability. (To use an analogy, the previous equipment was like a brand-name computer, whereas this new design was like a custom-built PC!)

The advantage of this plan was that it completely catered to people who were not extremely wealthy, allowing them to capture the market for low-to-mid-tier enemy engagement, thus perfecting the "Dark Guild's" monopoly. Secondly, it fit current trends, and the disassemblable nature of the equipment made repairs and part replacement easier.

Of course, implementing this plan was far from simple. There were numerous factors to consider: standardization of models, compatibility, and fit—things beyond the capability of an ordinary person!

However, Zhong Shenxiu was no ordinary person. He quickly drew up an implementation plan. This left Bolus, who had been waiting nearby, completely in awe, sighing internally: Truly worthy of someone from above. So formidable!

Bolus was also a man of discerning taste. Looking at the plan Zhong Shenxiu handed him, he could already envision mages going wild over these items. Mages and students from every major Magic and Martial Arts Academy would surely become fervent followers of this product line!

Incredible, absolutely incredible!

Just thinking about it made the blood boil!!

It seemed the "Magic Exchange Gathering" was destined to be quite lively!!!

Zhong Shenxiu proved worthy of his reputation as a "Grandmaster" of invention and research. In just one afternoon, he designed dozens of magic items that could be disassembled. Looking at these blueprints, Zhong Shenxiu revealed a satisfied smile.

Next was the transformation of these blueprints into tangible items. Previously, Zhong Shenxiu would have had to transport these designs to his "production factory" for execution. But now, that was unnecessary; the successful refinement of the "Medium Pouch" provided him with a far more portable method.

Zhong Shenxiu had established another "Production Base" inside his "Medium Pouch," one even larger and with more complete equipment than the one in the "Damp Forest."

Furthermore, he now had more free labor (Skeleton Warriors). Zhong Shenxiu transferred all the "Skeleton Warriors" he had stored in Robin’s storage bracelet into his "Medium Pouch."

(These were the tens of thousands of "Skeleton Warriors" he had acquired in the underground tomb. Even though this production base had just been established, its output already surpassed the total annual production of his previous factory!)

Now, carrying this "Medium Pouch," Zhong Shenxiu essentially carried a mobile, large-scale production facility, churning out an incomprehensible number of astonishing magic items daily!

And this was merely the tip of the iceberg regarding the Medium Pouch's capabilities; it would become even more formidable and powerful in the future!

Via a "Teleportation Array Scroll," Zhong Shenxiu sent a small batch of the newly produced "New Magic Equipment" to Bolus. He was certain Bolus would be so excited he’d start twitching uncontrollably upon receiving them!

After completing all this, Zhong Shenxiu gave Robin some pointers. By the time Robin settled into his cultivation state, the sky had darkened.

The night was beautiful, with the bright moon high above and scattered, tiny stars twinkling. Zhong Shenxiu didn't disturb Robin’s practice, instead quietly leaving the room.

He was going to the "Dream Star Magic and Martial Arts Academy." Not for any other reason than to thoroughly investigate that "Moonlight Spring!"

He dared not be careless regarding Robin's impending tribulation. He had to be completely prepared; absolutely no mishap could befall Robin!

Inside the "Dream Star Magic and Martial Arts Academy."

Lojeriel walked alone down a somewhat rugged path. The night wind stirred her silver hair, making it look flowing and enchanting under the moonlight.

She was walking through an area of the academy that hadn't yet been fully constructed. Although she had noticed a conspicuous "Keep Out: No Trespassing" sign just moments ago, she resolutely walked in anyway.

This wasn't her first time here. And her purpose for coming was certainly not relaxation, but cultivation!

During a chance encounter with Zhuo Jing, she discovered that the "Moonlight Spring" ahead possessed a miraculous quality: meditating near it yielded results twice as effective, especially on a night like this...

Lojeriel was an Elven girl. Although Elves here were protected and enjoyed various preferential treatments, she had chosen to keep her distance from others—a habit ingrained over time. Because of this, she still didn't have a single close friend.

Precisely because of this, she had never revealed the secret of the "Moonlight Spring" to anyone, and she genuinely enjoyed the feeling of cultivating there alone!

Unconsciously, she arrived near the "Moonlight Spring." It was still deserted, even quieter than before, thanks to the recent heightened security around this area imposed by the academy!

Gazing at the full moon reflected in the spring water, it appeared so soft and mesmerizing!

Lojeriel didn't want to waste time. She quickly walked to the bluestone where she usually sat and settled down cross-legged. This spot was closest to the spring's source, allowing the moonlight to refract perfectly off the water here—the optimal location for meditation.

Taking a deep breath, Lojeriel slowly closed her eyes.

Just then, a voice sounded right beside her ear: "Girl, didn't you know this is my private property?"
