Guild Master Guang stared right at Xia, not even attempting to hide his intention to evade the gaze.

And at this moment, Charlotte had already rushed close to Robin. She grabbed Robin’s small arm, her tone extremely agitated: “Robin, do you know what we saw when we went out just now? I saw you!”

Perhaps due to excessive excitement, her words were slightly incoherent.

Robin couldn't understand any of it, so her expression at that moment was one of confusion. Kaine, standing nearby, smiled and asked, “Charlotte, what are you talking about? What did you see? Robin has been with us the whole time; she never went out.”

Charlotte nodded vigorously. It was precisely because she knew Robin hadn't gone out that she was so excited!

At this point, Angelina also walked over. However, unlike Charlotte, she wasn't overly dramatic; instead, she carefully observed Robin, as if searching for some difference!

“Hey, what’s wrong with you two? Why do you both look so mysterious after just going out?” Kaine chuckled again.

“We saw someone who looks exactly like Robin!” Angelina said as calmly as possible, though her heart was also pounding fiercely inside.

“Oh?” Kaine seemed interested. Seeing the expressions on Charlotte and Angelina, it must mean the person looked incredibly similar to Robin; otherwise, they wouldn't react this way.

“How similar? Is it their demeanor, or their strength?” Kaine inquired.

“They look exactly the same!” Charlotte finally managed to say something relatively normal.

“Exactly the same?” Kaine looked slightly startled and couldn't help but glance at Robin’s face, as if trying to conjure an image in her mind.

“Yes, exactly the same. If that little girl hadn't spoken, we would have thought she was Robin,” Charlotte took a deep breath, trying to calm herself down.

“Could it be related to Robin’s origins?” Kaine’s question hit the crucial point!

The three of them looked at Robin simultaneously, trying to catch a flicker of emotion on her face, but they failed. Robin was as calm as ever, as if the person they were discussing had nothing to do with her.

“Did you ask her name or where she lives?” Kaine continued asking.

“We only know her name is Tiya, and her status must not be simple—she was protected by several expert guards. As for where she lives, we didn’t ask!” Charlotte answered truthfully.

Kaine asked no further questions, instead falling into deep thought!

Charlotte looked at Robin again. She found Robin’s placid expression very strange and couldn't help but ask, “Robin, aren’t you even a little curious?”

Robin gently shook her head. She didn't have much interest in her own matters. If it were about Zhong Shenxiu, she might have reacted entirely differently!

Charlotte now had to admire Robin’s composure. If this situation had involved her, she felt she couldn't have been as detached as Robin; she probably would have been chattering away with endless questions!

The next day dawned bright and clear, another beautiful day. Dogla woke up particularly early, ordered several portions of breakfast, and brought them over to Tiya.

Yesterday had been relatively smooth. Although there had been a minor unexpected incident, everything had concluded safely. Dogla hoped today would be the same. As long as they could safely pass these three days, they could report back and finally get a good, long rest.

He gently knocked on the door and called out, “Tiya, are you awake? I’ve brought your breakfast!”

There was no reply from inside; perhaps she was sleeping too deeply.

“Tiya, after breakfast, we can go shopping!” Dogla called out persuasively.

Still, there was no response from inside.

Dogla’s brow furrowed slightly, and he raised his voice again, shouting, “Tiya!”

But the result was the same—not the slightest sound!

Having no other choice, Dogla pushed the door open and walked in. But once inside, he froze stiffly. The room was completely empty; there was no sign of the little princess anywhere!

In that instant, Dogla felt his head buzz loudly, and his entire face instantly turned as white as paper.

However, Dogla was not an ordinary person. Despite his extreme anxiety, he needed to remain calm.

They had taken turns guarding the outside all night and hadn't heard any commotion. It was impossible for her to have been kidnapped; no one could silently whisk the little princess away from their protection!

Furthermore, one thing was certain: the little princess was in her room two hours ago. If someone intended to abduct her, they wouldn't choose the time right after daybreak.

These signs indicated no kidnapping had occurred, yet the princess was gone. What did that mean?

Dogla began surveying the surroundings, trying to find any clue. Just then, he spotted a piece of paper tucked under something on the dresser. It seemed to have writing on it.

He rushed over and snatched it up, immediately feeling so distraught he wanted to smash his head against the wall! This note was left by the little princess, bearing her own handwriting. It read:

Uncle Dogla, I’ve gone out to play for a bit. Don't worry, I’ll be back after playing for just a little while! Just a short while!

Dogla was truly speechless now. What did he mean, ‘Don’t worry’? How could he not worry? If anything happened to the little princess, how would they explain it to the Grand Marshal? And what was this about a “short while”? How long was a ‘short while’? According to the little princess’s way of thinking, an hour could be a ‘short while,’ and a whole day could also be a ‘short while’!

So much could happen in one “short while”; how could he not worry!

But now was not the time to dwell on that. The priority was to find the little princess immediately. Judging by the scene, the princess must have snuck out through the window, which made Dogla inwardly blame himself for being careless, not considering that Tiya had recently learned ‘Wind Element Magic’!

He vowed then and there that once the little princess was found, he would either switch to a room with no windows or station at least two guards beneath the window!

Putting aside their search for the moment, let’s check on Zhong Shenxiu and the others.

Charlotte and the others had also risen very early, a habit they had cultivated over the past two years: practicing the cultivation techniques Zhong Shenxiu taught them every morning.

After they finished their exercises, Kaine and Robin were accompanying Niu Niu for breakfast!

“Sister, time to eat!” Niu Niu called out cheerfully when she saw Charlotte and the others.

“Niu Niu is so good!” Charlotte smiled and gently pinched Niu Niu’s little cheek.

Niu Niu had now become everyone’s sunshine because of her cuteness and obedience; everyone adored her. Even Xibelle, who usually spoke little and smiled less, was very fond of Niu Niu.

As they ate and chatted, the surrounding diners gradually increased.

“Niu Niu, what are you looking at?” Charlotte asked with a smile as she noticed Niu Niu staring intently to the side.

Following Niu Niu’s gaze, she saw a family eating three tables away. A little boy in the family was holding a very beautiful toy, which must have attracted Niu Niu’s attention!

Seeing the toy, Charlotte was reminded again of Tiya, the girl they met yesterday at the toy store!

“Do you like it, Niu Niu? I’ll buy you one exactly the same later!” Charlotte said with a smile. She remembered that the toy store they visited yesterday had that specific toy.

Niu Niu quickly averted her gaze and said very sensibly, “Niu Niu doesn’t want it; Niu Niu has lots of toys!”

However, the more she said that, the more Charlotte wanted to buy it for her. In fact, if they hadn't encountered Tiya yesterday, she would have bought it already.

After the meal, Charlotte went back to that toy store. This time, however, she brought Robin with her. Her thought process was that it would be great fun if they ran into that little girl from yesterday again. She especially wanted to see the guards’ reactions upon seeing Robin—would they be as agitated as she had been? The mere thought of it made her feel the urge to laugh!

Meanwhile, Dogla and his group had searched every shop nearby but still hadn't found any trace of the little princess. This was driving them mad with worry, fearing she had encountered some villain.

“Captain, what should we do?” one of them asked Dogla anxiously.

Although Dogla appeared calm, he was more anxious than anyone else. But worrying now was useless. They had to find the little princess quickly. Every minute wasted meant one more minute of danger for the princess!

“Oh, right!” Dogla slapped his forehead as if remembering something. “The little princess might have gone to the toy store from yesterday; let’s search that area!”

He remembered clearly that he had forcibly taken the little princess away from that place yesterday. Given the princess's personality, she was very likely to return there!

Hope surged in everyone’s hearts. Not daring to delay, they hurried towards the toy store!

Inside the toy shop.

Since it was still early morning, there weren't many customers. The owner was currently arranging the shelves.

Just then, the door chimed. Turning around, the owner smiled—wasn't this the very generous little girl from yesterday? She had bought so many toys from him, making him a neat little profit!

The owner dared not delay. He immediately put down what he was doing and walked over with a smile, exchanging pleasantries and pushing his merchandise!

However, what puzzled him was that the little girl seemed to be in a bad mood today, giving him only curt responses, as if she were a different person!

“Robin, look, this is the toy Niu Niu was looking at just now!” Charlotte called out to Robin, who was observing their surroundings.

Robin walked over, still silent!

The owner, however, came forward again, smiling as he said, “This is our hottest new item recently. It's cute and fashionable; both kids and adults love it!”

“We’ll take this one!” Charlotte was decisive and immediately started picking up other toys. Just as Charlotte was placing one toy after another into the shopping cart, an excited, slightly joyful voice sounded from behind:

“Tiya, I knew you’d be here!”

The newcomer was none other than Dogla and his group, who had been searching for the little princess!
