"You must be wondering about Miss Bai Ling, right?" As soon as Dai Li and the others were settled, Mo Han asked with a smile.

Hearing Mo Han's question, Murong Feixue and Dai Li both nodded. Dai Li spoke up, a hint of jealousy in her voice, "I bet Miss Bai Ling is no ordinary person. With such breathtaking beauty, any man would surely be moved. No wonder you treated her so well."

Mo Han found this amusing and frustrating, replying, "You're truly mistaken. When did I ever treat her that well? Besides, if it weren't for Bai Ling, I might never have found the location of Demon Dragon Island. She risked danger to accompany me there; I have to thank her properly. In my heart, I still think Dai Li and Xue'er are the best. You have no idea how worried sick I was these past few days you were gone; I missed you both terribly."

Murong Feixue burst into laughter upon hearing this, chiding him playfully, "Dai Li sister and I won't fall for that! Who knows how many girls your silver tongue has charmed? But seriously, what's the deal with Miss Bai Ling? How did you two meet?" Dai Li also shot a curious glance, clearly intrigued by Bai Ling's identity.

Mo Han had no choice but to briefly recount his experience entering the Magic Forbidden Zone and subsequently the Magic Divine Hall, detailing the encounter with the Soul Eater Beast.

Dai Li and the others couldn't help but silently break into a cold sweat for Mo Han. Dai Li exclaimed in surprise, "Soul Eater Beast! I never thought such creatures existed in this world. Aren't those things supposed to have been extinct long ago?" Mo Han, slightly curious, asked, "Dai Li, you know about the Soul Eater Beast too? Why haven't you mentioned it before?" Murong Feixue interjected with an explanation, "Actually, the Soul Eater Beast is one of the most formidable among the ancient demonic beasts. Like the Dragon race, they existed on this continent since ancient times. They possess extremely powerful dual-element magic,

as well as physical attacks as devastating as Dragon's Breath. Furthermore, their regenerative abilities are unmatched by any other demonic beast; even if their head is severed, as long as they draw breath, they can resurrect endlessly. Unless you turn them to dust, they are practically immortal monsters. Thus, their strength is in no way inferior to the Dragon race, the kings of all things.

In some respects, the Soul Eater Beast might even be more potent than the Dragons."

Mo Han nodded, saying, "No wonder when I chopped off its head, it immediately grew a new one. However, it seems its energy declines significantly after each rebirth. And having fought it, it didn't feel as mighty as a true Dragon, did it?" Dai Li smiled as she explained, "I suspect the Soul Eater Beast you encountered wasn't an adult Earth Soul Eater Beast. The one you mentioned only had two heads. A truly mature Soul Eater Beast should possess three heads.

This beast grows different numbers of heads as it ages; a fully mature one should have three. Since the one you saw only had two, it probably hadn't reached full maturity yet. That means its strength would only be about half that of a true adult Soul Eater Beast, which is why you felt a gap in power compared to the true Dragon race."

Mo Han still looked puzzled, remarking, "But that Soul Eater Beast had been there for at least two thousand years. Hasn't it matured yet? Does that mean it could have a lifespan of tens of thousands of years, perhaps longer than the Dragon race?" Dai Li shook her head, saying, "That's not quite right. Soul Eater Beasts don't live that long at maximum. But the one you described was in a petrified state, likely due to an incredibly potent petrification magic cast upon it, similar to the Gargoyles of the Demon race. Once petrified, they can remain immortal but their bodies cease growth entirely. In that state, even tens of thousands of years wouldn't cause them to die. So, I believe the Soul Eater Beast you mentioned was in a similar condition."

Mo Han suddenly realized, nodding with understanding, "So that's how it is. I finally get it. My Dai Li and Xue'er are the best! You figured out something so profound. It seems there's nothing in this world you two don't know."

Dai Li playfully pinched Mo Han hard, saying, "Don't think you can just flatter your way out of this and change the subject! What does all this you discussed with Bai Ling have to do with anything? Don't tell me you met Bai Ling in the Magic Divine Hall?" Mo Han looked at Dai Li in astonishment, "My dear wife Dai Li, you're incredible! You guessed that too! That's amazing."

Dai Li and Murong Feixue looked at each other in disbelief, "Did you really meet Bai Ling in the Magic Divine Hall?" Mo Han nodded, "Of course it's true! After I left the Divine Hall, I found you two had been captured by the Demon Dragon race. I barely had time to worry, let alone meet girls! Who do you think Big Brother Mo Han is?"

After saying this, Mo Han recounted how he discovered the Divine Hall's secret chamber and subsequently found Bai Ling.

When Mo Han described Bai Ling's power level, Dai Li and Murong Feixue were so stunned their mouths couldn't close. Third Tier Saint Magus—that was the peak of human strength! How could Bai Ling be so young and possess such power? Given the short lifespan of humans, there simply wasn't enough time to reach that level; this was the fundamental reason why so many humans never reached the Saint Magus realm, unless they had an exceedingly rare constitution or experience.

The Third Tier Saint Magus level was the closest stage to the legendary Archmage. Although a few humans had reached the Third Tier Saint Magus rank throughout history, no one had ever managed to break through to the legendary Archmage realm. To think this young Bai Ling had reached the strength of a Third Tier Saint Magus made her the most powerful human they knew, surpassing even Dai Li and Mo Han themselves.

Dai Li asked with confusion, "Could it be that Bai Ling isn't human at all, which is why she could attain that level?" Mo Han shook his head, "I observed her for several days and found no anomalies. So, Bai Ling should be a genuine human. As for why her power is so immense, perhaps no one will know unless she chooses to tell us. But everyone has their secrets, right? If she doesn't wish to speak, we shouldn't speculate wildly."

Dai Li and Murong Feixue nodded in agreement, dropping the inquiry about Bai Ling. Murong Feixue then spoke up, "Big Brother Mo Han, there is one thing I still don't quite understand. Can you tell us?" Mo Han cheerfully nodded, "Heh heh, of course I can! For anything my Xue'er asks, I will tell you, including what color underwear I'm wearing today, hehe."

Hearing Mo Han’s words, Murong Feixue and Dai Li both flushed crimson, quickly laughing and scolding him for being shameless. Mo Han, however, let out a triumphant laugh, causing Dai Li and Murong Feixue to shake their heads and simply ignore his idiotic display.

Murong Feixue continued, "What I really can't understand is why the Demon Dragon race let us leave so easily. Logically, Big Brother Mo Han injured their Young Clan Leader and killed one of their people. Given the Demon Dragon race's nature, how could they just drop the matter? They should have been intent on killing us all. Yet, not only did they not cause trouble, they personally escorted us off the island. Moreover, Sister Dai Li and I received treatment as honored guests while on Demon Dragon Island. Sister Dai Li and I can't figure out the reason behind this. What exactly happened?" Mo Han smiled and nodded, "You're right. The Demon Dragon race isn't that kind-hearted. They naturally had conditions."

"What conditions?" Dai Li and Murong Feixue both asked curiously.

Mo Han pondered for a moment before saying, "Do you remember what the Saint Dragon Patriarch entrusted me with?" Dai Li replied, "Of course, he asked you to go to the Ancient Azure Ruins and kill Blithe, right? Is this related to that?" Mo Han nodded, "Exactly. They presented two conditions. The first was that I must spare Blithe. And do you remember the Saint Dragon race's supreme treasure, the Seven-Star Dragon Orb?" Murong Feixue exclaimed in surprise, "Could the Demon Dragon race's second condition be the Seven-Star Dragon Orb? We already intended to spare Blithe, so the first condition is naturally acceptable. But the second condition... Did you agree to the Demon Dragon race's demands, Big Brother Mo Han?"
