Mo Han, hearing this, struggled to process it, asking with confusion, "Even the Elves can be in danger? What on earth is going on? Aren't the elemental spirits in that forbidden ground supposed to be great benefactors to your people?" The Elven Queen pondered for a moment before replying, "Actually, once you enter, you will understand everything. What I am about to tell you is a secret of our Elven race, so I ask that you keep it confidential, can you?" Mo Han nodded in agreement.

Seeing this, the Elven Queen continued, "The situation inside is actually an independent space, completely beyond the scope of our current magical knowledge. The creators of this space are the elemental spirits residing within. Every Elven mage who enters the forbidden ground must face the trials set by these elemental spirits. If they succeed, they advance smoothly, but failure means they will be trapped in that independent space forever."

Mo Han reacted with disbelief, exclaiming, "Then what happened to those Elven mages? Did they all die inside?" The Elven Queen shook her head upon hearing this.

She continued, "Certainly not. Those Elven mages must remain there until they can finally complete the elemental spirits' trial, only then can they emerge. The longest any of our mages has remained within was fifty years before successfully exiting, though the fastest managed it in just ten days. That is why I say I don't know if this endeavor will truly help you or ultimately harm you. You still have a chance to back out now; if you change your mind, there is still time."

Mo Han shook his head, offering a slight smile as he replied, "I trust I'll be one of the ten-day group. Furthermore, I do not easily change what I have decided. This is an excellent opportunity for me to enhance my strength, so I will not surrender it."

The Elven Queen sighed upon hearing this, saying, "Since you are resolute, I will not press you further. You may prepare now. Do you have any remaining questions?" Mo Han considered this, then asked, "May I ask a favor of Her Majesty the Queen? Mo Han would be eternally grateful."

The Elven Queen paused thoughtfully before nodding, "Speak. As long as it is within the power of our Elven race to accomplish, I will certainly see it done for you."

Mo Han quickly waved his hands, saying, "Your Majesty, please don't misunderstand; it is nothing terribly difficult. Your Majesty must have heard that I have friends waiting for me in Keman City outside the Elven Forest. Should I take longer to emerge, I fear they might come looking for me. Therefore, I will write a letter shortly. If they arrive, I would be grateful if Your Majesty could pass it to them, assuring them not to worry. If I haven't returned after half a month, please tell them to proceed to the Dragon Empire to wait for me; I will surely seek them out, to prevent any misunderstandings between us."

The Elven Queen nodded upon hearing this, letting out a soft sigh. "I trust that young brother Mo Han will be blessed by good fortune. I shall host a welcoming celebration for you within the Elven Forest, so you must emerge by then."

"Heh heh, these are just precautions, Your Majesty. I have always been cautious in my dealings, so please do not fret over me. Instead, I ask that Your Majesty take special care of Anna. The forces of the Nether Race are not weak. If I remain absent, Your Majesty must pay close attention to the Nether Pearls they possess, lest they escape." Mo Han replied with a smile.

The Elven Queen laughed, confidently stating, "Young brother, rest assured. Anna is my daughter; my concern for her is paramount. The moment a Nether Pearl appears, our Elven race will have a way to capture it alive. Even possessing a Nether Pearl will be useless to them, so you need not worry. Very well, go and prepare quickly. I will have someone notify you around noon."

Mo Han nodded, bidding farewell to the Elven Queen, and returned to his small dwelling to prepare. Preparation, in this case, amounted to little more than composing the letter for the Queen to deliver to Dely and the others. The rest of his time was devoted to meditation, hoping to store more magical energy and thus increase his chances of success.

Time passed quickly. As noon arrived, Mo Han, guided by an Elven guard, proceeded directly toward the Elven Forbidden Ground. Along the way, he was informed that the Elven Queen and Elder Airey were already waiting for him at the entrance to the forbidden area, unable to come and fetch him personally due to final arrangements.

Upon reaching the entrance to the Forbidden Ground, Mo Han found the Elven Queen and Elder Airey standing there, along with Nys, the female elf he had met when he first arrived with Anna. However, the look Nys gave him now seemed less hostile than before, laced instead with a hint of worry.

Seeing Mo Han arrive, the Elven Queen smiled and said, "Everything is prepared. Young brother Mo Han, are you ready? If you are, you may enter now."

Mo Han reached out and handed the letter he had prepared earlier to the Elven Queen. "I trouble Your Majesty. If my friends arrive, please convey my wishes to them. Mo Han thanks you in advance."

The Elven Queen smiled as she accepted the parchment. "Heh heh, I have faith that young brother Mo Han will return safely. I will hold onto this for now; when you emerge, I will return it to you, and you can speak to your friends yourself then."

At this point, Elder Airey also spoke up, "Young man, this old one believes that with your strength, you will surely pass the trials within. We shall have a fine drink to celebrate your success afterward."
