Watching Anna still clinging to him tightly, afraid he might leave, Mo Han smiled, "Silly girl, are you trying to strangle me? Alright, sit down first. You are the princess of the Elven race, and yet you're still so prone to acting spoiled."

Hearing Mo Han’s words, Anna immediately replied happily, "So what if I’m an Elven Princess? I will always be Big Brother Mo Han’s little Anna. I don't care; I want to stay with Big Brother Mo Han forever."

Though her tone was direct, it exuded a deep sense of attachment.

Mo Han couldn't help but laugh upon hearing this, "If your own people heard you say that, wouldn't they come after me, accusing me of abducting the Elven Princess? Then I would truly become famous across the continent."

"Big Brother Mo Han, you are already famous across the continent! You solved the mysterious plague that even the Church of Light couldn't handle, and you uncovered the plot of the Nether Race. Even my mother knows about these things. Don't you think you're quite renowned?"

Anna stated with a serious expression.

Mo Han chuckled and lightly patted her cheek, "Hehe, you little girl are learning to flatter your big brother now. Alright, let me ask you something—you must have heard about what happened last night, right?" Anna immediately nodded, her voice tinged with sadness, "Yes, I know everything."

"Uncle Terimo told me this morning. Those few clansmen died so horribly, but I absolutely believe it wasn't you, Big Brother. And I told my mother, and she agrees with my view—she believes you are innocent."

Mo Han looked a bit puzzled, "Terimo? Who is that?" Anna quickly smiled, "He’s the one you met yesterday standing next to Elder Lui. He is the Commander of our Elven Guard, and he’s the one who told me you were here."

Mo Han recalled the middle-aged elf from yesterday.

He immediately understood; the Terimo Anna mentioned must be him.

Thinking of this, Mo Han asked with a touch of curiosity, "Then how could your mother be so certain it wasn't you? I don't recall ever meeting Her Majesty the Queen, did we? Is she that certain of my character?" Anna nodded quickly, "Mother said that since you could uncover the Nether Race's conspiracy and save countless civilians, and you even cured those infected by the plague, you couldn't possibly be a bad person. Besides, what benefit would you gain from this? Your original goal in stopping the Nether Race was to prevent the various powers on the continent from slaughtering each other and weakening their strength, thereby benefiting the Nether Race. So, this time, it's even less likely you would needlessly incite a war between humans and elves, which would be the complete opposite of your previous actions. There is no upside for you in doing this; someone must be using our clansmen to provoke conflict across the continent, weakening both human and elven strength, and you just happened to encounter it. That's why Mother is so sure you didn't do it."

Hearing Anna’s explanation, Mo Han couldn't help but feel a sense of admiration for the Elven Queen. As expected of an Elven Queen, even without being present at the scene, she could discern the true motives of the mastermind based solely on her subordinates' reports. He couldn't help but become curious about this Elven Queen he hadn't yet met.

At this moment, Anna continued, "Her Majesty Mother has arranged for me to explain these matters to the Elder Council this morning. So don't worry, everything will be fine."

Just then, the voice of the Elven handmaiden who had followed Anna earlier drifted in from the doorway, "Your Highness, the Queen has sent someone to invite this guest to the meeting hall. Commander Terimo is waiting outside."

Anna heard this and quickly responded, "Yes, I know. You can go down first, and tell Uncle Terimo to wait outside for a moment; we'll be right there."

Then, Anna turned to Mo Han with an excited expression, "I didn't expect Mother to want to see you so soon! It seems she is very curious about you too. Don't worry, everything will be alright."

Mo Han looked slightly puzzled, "Curious about me? What's that about?" Anna said proudly, "I told Mother you are the most powerful person in this world, and besides Mother, you are the one who treats me the best. So, Her Majesty Mother has always been very curious about you and has always wanted to meet you to see what kind of person you truly are!" Mo Han let out a soft laugh, "You little rascal, you praise your Big Brother Mo Han so highly, yet I don't even know about it myself! Haha, if I turn out not to be as amazing as you say later, won't I be terribly embarrassed?"

"No way, Big Brother Mo Han is always the most powerful in my heart," Anna stated seriously, showing infinite confidence in Mo Han.

Seeing this, Mo Han affectionately patted Anna's little head and smiled, "Silly girl, alright, we should go now, or it won't be good to keep your mother waiting too long, hehe."

Anna obediently nodded and turned to lead Mo Han toward the door. Just outside, they saw the Elven handmaiden who had followed Anna and the middle-aged elf Mo Han met yesterday chatting pleasantly nearby. Seeing Mo Han and Anna, the two quickly stepped forward.

The middle-aged elf then spoke to Mo Han with a slight apology, "Mr. Mo Han, I am truly sorry. Her Majesty the Queen already believes in your innocence. However, according to the demands of Elder Lui and a few other elders, such a significant matter requires the unanimous approval of the Elder Council. Therefore, we must trouble you to come with me to the meeting hall to explain things to the elders. Her Majesty asked me to convey her apologies first and hopes you can understand."

Mo Han smiled and replied immediately, "This is only right; there is nothing inappropriate about it. Her Majesty the Queen is too kind. Please, Commander, lead the way."

Anna turned to Terimo and asked, "Uncle Terimo, did Elder Lui say something again?" Terimo nodded with a hint of helplessness, "Elder Lui, along with Elder Lude and a few others, insisted that this must be thoroughly investigated, or the prestige of the Elven race would be compromised. That’s why Her Majesty the Queen sent me to invite Mr. Mo Han to the meeting hall this morning."

Anna looked unhappy, "I knew it! They must be causing trouble again. Elder Aidela is much better than them."

Terimo quickly said, "Your Highness, you shouldn't speak carelessly. The elders are just executing their duties impartially; they have done nothing wrong. If Her Majesty the Queen hears this, you will be scolded again." Although his words carried a tone of reprimand, the underlying concern for Anna was evident, showing his care for her.

Anna stuck out her tongue in response, looking adorably playful, "I know you definitely won't tell Mother, right, Uncle Terimo? You're the best."

Terimo shook his head helplessly and smiled, "You! You only know how to act spoiled with me. I truly can’t do anything about you." With that, he turned and continued leading the group toward the meeting hall, effectively tacitly agreeing with Anna's statement. Mo Han and the others looked on, smiling.

Before long, the group arrived in front of a wooden house. Could this be the Elven meeting hall? Mo Han wondered, feeling it was far different from what he had imagined. This wooden house looked almost identical to the other residences he had seen along the way, just significantly larger.

At that moment, Terimo resolved Mo Han's confusion, speaking to him, "We have arrived. Mr. Mo Han, please wait a moment; I will go in first to report to Her Majesty the Queen."

Mo Han nodded to show he understood. Terimo smiled briefly at Mo Han, then turned and went inside. Anna quietly spoke to Mo Han on the side, "Big Brother Mo Han, don't be nervous later. Mother is very reasonable; nothing will go wrong, and I'll be inside too."

"When did I say I was nervous, you little imp? Is your Big Brother Mo Han that useless?" Mo Han stared at Anna with an amusing expression.

Anna looked slightly wronged, "Of course not! In my heart, Big Brother Mo Han is the greatest! I was just worried about you."

"Alright, alright, it was my fault. Don't be upset, girl. Looking at you, you never seem like a princess; you're like a child who never grows up," Mo Han said with a look of exasperated amusement.

Anna, however, paid no mind to this, standing there happily with a triumphant expression.

Just then, Terimo came back out and smilingly informed Mo Han that the Elven Queen and the elders requested his entrance. Mo Han quickly nodded his thanks and followed Terimo and Anna into the house.

Upon entering, Mo Han saw a middle-aged elf woman dressed in blue sitting on the main seat in the center of the room, watching him with a gentle smile. This must be the Elven Queen, as Mo Han noticed many resemblances to Anna in her features. Below the Elven Queen sat six older elves, including Elder Lui whom Mo Han had met yesterday, and another elf Mo Han recognized—Elder Airy, who had come to Sky Dragon City to take Anna away previously. Seeing Mo Han, Airy offered him a friendly smile, which Mo Han quickly returned with a smile of his own.
