Robin sat on the grass, watching listlessly as Angelia practiced her sword forms in her extracurricular lesson.

Ten days had passed, and every day, Robin’s mind had been consumed by thoughts of her master! Even at this very moment, though she watched Angelia, her thoughts had already drifted far away to Zhong Shenxiu!

As she practiced her swings, Angelia would occasionally steal a glance at Robin, but she would immediately avert her gaze, as if guilty of some secret transgression.

Truth be told, Angelia was quite frustrated. She had been studying "Qi" with Robin for nearly ten days, yet she hadn't grasped a single essential concept.

What made her even more vexed was a remark Robin had made: "You woman are truly dense!!!"

Angelia couldn't understand it; she considered herself quite intelligent, so why couldn't she learn? Why couldn't she grasp even a hint of the secret?

In reality, it wasn't entirely Angelia's fault for struggling to learn. Firstly, "Qi" was not a concept native to this world; Angelia had only been exposed to it for a short while, so her comprehension naturally couldn't be high.

Secondly, "Qi" was inherently difficult to master, not something achievable in a day or two. Angelia couldn't be compared to Robin, who had been painstakingly cultivated by Zhong Shenxiu himself using rare herbs, allowing her to progress a thousand miles a day in practicing "Qi."

Furthermore, while Robin was undoubtedly powerful, it didn't necessarily mean she was a great teacher. She was still a child, incapable of explaining things as thoroughly as Zhong Shenxiu, let alone tailoring her instruction to Angelia's specific needs. Instead, she could only offer abrupt insights, forcing Angelia to grasp the concepts through sheer, sudden realization.

The combination of these factors created the illusion that "Angelia is a very dense woman!"

Though Angelia appeared to be diligently practicing her sword forms now, her mind was wandering. She was constantly trying to make sense of the concepts Robin had drilled into her over the past few days!

It was at this precise moment that Angelia caught a glimpse of Robin suddenly springing to her feet with a swift "Swoosh!"

Almost instinctively, Angelia turned her head toward Robin.

She saw Robin standing still, her eyes fixed straight ahead, a peculiar light flickering within them. Her lips moved slightly, but no sound escaped.

Following the direction of Robin's gaze, Angelia turned and froze dead in her tracks.

There, a small, youthful figure was slowly approaching them. Even with the glare of the setting sun causing some reflection, Angelia instantly recognized the small figure as Robin's master—Zhong Shenxiu!

She hadn't expected Zhong Shenxiu to emerge from his seclusion so soon!!

If even Angelia could recognize him immediately, there was no question for Robin. At that moment, Robin felt her heart suddenly race, and an inexplicable, poignant ache began to churn within her chest.

As for Zhong Shenxiu, though he knew both Robin and Angelia had spotted him, he continued his slow pace, as if merely strolling or savoring the atmosphere of the school grounds.

Perhaps influenced by Angelia's distraction, many other students stopped their sword practice as well, watching with curiosity as the little boy approached them.

However, as they observed Zhong Shenxiu, something truly astonishing occurred: the little girl who had just been sitting on the nearby lawn (Robin) vanished from her spot and reappeared instantly beside the little boy.

Was it an illusion???

Many students shifted their gazes back to where Robin had been sitting, but not a single soul remained there!

No way? Did that little girl suddenly run all the way over there??

While many students stood there dumbfounded, an inopportune voice suddenly cut through the air: "No slacking off! Keep swinging! Anyone caught lazing around will run a hundred laps around the field!"

It was the voice of the instructor, Sroob.

Perhaps accustomed to Sroob's severity, the students, despite their intense curiosity, dared not delay any longer and reluctantly resumed their sword practice.

Unlike the others, Angelia remained staring blankly in Zhong Shenxiu's direction. She hadn't anticipated Zhong Shenxiu would arrive so quickly—only a few days had passed!

Notice how strict Sroob was with the other students, yet remarkably lenient with Angelia. He rarely concerned himself with her affairs and never forced her to train according to his instructions; everything regarding her training was strictly voluntary!

Of course, Sroob only dared to give Angelia such latitude because he had received direct orders from the school administration; otherwise, he wouldn't possess such leeway. This reaffirmed to all that the school authorities placed immense importance on Angelia!

"Teacher Sroob, I need to request leave!" Angelia suddenly walked over to Sroob and stated.

"Go ahead," Sroob agreed readily!

At that moment, someone muttered under their breath, "Sigh, we're in the same class, why is her treatment so vastly different?"

"What are you dawdling about for? Practice!" Sroob roared, turning back. "If anyone’s dissatisfied, step out and challenge Angelia one-on-one. I’ll officiate!"

Instantly, no one dared to utter another word or cause trouble!

"Master, did you come to take Robin back?" Robin looked up at Zhong Shenxiu and asked.

"Mhm," Zhong Shenxiu simply nodded lightly, smiling as he looked at Robin, whom he hadn't seen for several days.

Robin offered a sweet smile and said no more. Although she had many things she wanted to say before Zhong Shenxiu arrived, now that she was actually seeing him, whether or not she spoke them no longer mattered!

What mattered was that her Master had come to collect her!!

Zhong Shenxiu looked up at the approaching Angelia and spoke casually, "Hey, girl. As agreed, I’m taking Robin with me."

"Oh," Angelia managed, nodding dumbly.

Her emotions were complicated right now. Facing Zhong Shenxiu, she genuinely didn't know what to say.

She had a strange sensation: although the boy before her was the same one from before, his appearance unchanged, for some inexplicable reason, Angelia felt the two versions were completely different!!!

"Miss her already?" Zhong Shenxiu looked up at Angelia.

Angelia didn't reply, just glanced at Robin.

"How is your learning of 'Qi' progressing with Robin?"

Hearing this, Angelia’s face immediately contorted into a picture of misery!

Zhong Shenxiu gave a faint smile, as if he had anticipated this outcome, and didn't press the matter further.

"Hey, girl!" Zhong Shenxiu suddenly spoke after a short silence.

Angelia wasn't sure what he intended to say and looked up at him, slightly stunned!

Then, Zhong Shenxiu flashed a somewhat uncanny smile and, in a perfectly level tone, uttered a sentence that left Angelia utterly speechless.

"Girl, how about we strike another deal???"
