After reducing those Skeleton Warriors entirely to dust, Thomas clapped his hands together, as if he had just completed some utterly trivial chore.

“Teacher Elina, I assume they won’t be resurrecting again, right?” Solomon asked, a note of uncertainty in his voice.

Elina didn't quite know how to answer. The battle they had just endured felt like an absurd dream—a tale no one would ever believe if she spoke of it!

“Perhaps,” Elina could only reply.

“Not necessarily!” Thomas suddenly interjected from the side. “If our ‘Little Genius’ gets a sudden whim and pulls off another Purify or something, who knows if these Skeleton Warriors might pop right back up. I have to admit it now: ‘Little Genius’ truly is ‘Little Genius’! Can’t compare. Even in death, she manages to stir things up. Truly not something an ordinary person could pull off!!”

Now that the fight was over, Thomas had found his energy again!

Cherry’s small face flushed crimson. Though young, she understood the difference between praise and insult. Everything Thomas had just said, both on the surface and in its underlying meaning, was a deeply cutting jab at her!

“Thomas, what do you mean by that?” Cherry glared at him, her cheeks puffed out in anger.

However, Thomas acted as if he hadn't heard a word, adopting an expression that suggested, “What a lovely day this is.” This only angered Cherry so much that she nearly transformed from a beauty into a dinosaur!

“Alright, stop bickering! Let’s get moving again!” Elina quickly smoothed things over. Although she was the supervising teacher, she rarely used her authority to press the issue.

“Teacher, shouldn’t we hunt down that ‘Necromancer’?” Solomon suddenly broke in.

Elina visibly froze at the suggestion! Right! They had fought tooth and nail for half an hour and completely forgotten about the Necromancer who summoned those Skeleton Warriors.

“Do you know where he’s hiding?” Elina asked, simultaneously scanning the surroundings, hoping to spot some trace or clue.

Solomon shook his head, a hint of frustration in his tone. “While fighting those Skeleton Warriors, I was secretly paying close attention to every movement around us, hoping to find the Necromancer’s lair, but that person seems extremely skilled at concealment. Not a single thread of evidence!”

Solomon had to admire the Necromancer; he was truly formidable! (He had previously looked down on Necromancers, but his opinion was beginning to shift slightly!)

“Teacher Elina, doesn’t a Necromancer summoning Skeleton Warriors have a range limit? If they step outside that range, they can no longer control the skeletons, is that right?” Cherry interjected, as if an idea had struck her.

“Mhm, the books say so!” Elina glanced at Cherry, then added, “But I have a nagging feeling these Skeleton Warriors weren't being directly controlled—they seemed entirely autonomous!”

One had to admit, sometimes a woman’s sixth sense was incredibly accurate!

“That’s impossible, isn't it? I didn't sense that at all,” Cherry replied, looking completely unconvinced (she wasn’t quite a woman yet, so her sixth sense wasn't accurate—sigh!).

“That’s just my personal feeling; frankly, I don’t entirely believe it myself,” Elina chuckled self-deprecatingly.

“I remember very clearly, if a Necromancer isn't actively controlling them, the skeletons won't move,” Cherry asserted with certainty.

Cherry was a Light Magic user, and her formal education included basic knowledge regarding Necromancy.

“Then, Teacher Elina, should we still look for that Necromancer?” Thomas, unable to restrain himself, asked.

“We probably shouldn’t look for him! After all, even if we found him, what would we do?” Elina stated.

Although the title of Necromancer was widely scorned, as long as they weren't committing heinous acts, no one would go out of their way to hunt them down. Just as Elina pointed out, what could they achieve by finding him?

Would they kill him too?

Clearly, they couldn't do that, since the Necromancer hadn’t actually done anything wrong; he had only used the Skeleton Warriors to gather herbs, which was not objectionable in itself.

If anything, they were the ones who might have been in the wrong: first, they destroyed the Skeleton Warriors without so much as a greeting; now, even worse, they had cremated them!

If they actually found the Necromancer, they might end up having to apologize to him!

If that were the case, it would certainly damage the reputation of the “At-Home Magic and Martial Arts Academy”!

Thomas considered the logic and remained silent, tacitly agreeing with his teacher’s decision!

“Alright, let’s go,” Elina urged when she sensed no further objections.

As they departed, Solomon couldn’t resist looking back one last time at the battlefield. He still harbored a desire to know what kind of person this Necromancer truly was! (Perhaps he would find out soon enough!)

Ignoring where these individuals went, let us focus on Zhong Shenxiu at this moment.

He was completely unaware that the Skeleton Warriors he had summoned had been utterly annihilated. He was currently occupied teaching Robin.

Since they had finally secured a suitable location, Zhong Shenxiu began planning the matter of the “Spirit Milk.”

According to his plan, he intended to perform the Marrow Cleansing and Tendon Transformation for that young lass Robin within the next day or two. This matter had been delayed for too long and could not be postponed further!

Moreover, Zhong Shenxiu himself was eager to advance his own strength. He had intimately experienced the inconvenience of being without magical power. If his estimation was correct, with the aid of the Spirit Milk, his spiritual energy would surge, and he stood a chance of successfully mastering the first layer of the "Xuanwu Art."

Breaking through the first layer of the "Xuanwu Art" would bring numerous benefits to Zhong Shenxiu. Setting aside the immediate increase in combat power, the mere ability to utilize even a fraction of his mana was enough to make him incredibly excited right now!

Zhong Shenxiu had already mapped it out: once he could wield a sliver of magical power, he was absolutely going to forge some elixirs and equipment just to satisfy the itch!

(Alchemy and Artifact Forging were like card games to him; once addicted, it became agonizingly difficult to go long without touching them!)

As a “prodigy” and an “obsessive researcher,” Zhong Shenxiu had long been addicted to tinkering with all sorts of novelties, and after such a long hiatus from forging and alchemy, his hands were itching fiercely!

Robin listened intently as Zhong Shenxiu explained the necessary precautions for the "Marrow Cleansing and Tendon Transformation." It was clear from the excited gleam in her wide eyes that she had been eagerly awaiting this moment for a long time!

“These are all the necessary precautions; you must engrave them deeply in your mind!” Zhong Shenxiu stressed once more.

Robin nodded firmly. “Master, Robin has committed everything firmly to memory!”

Zhong Shenxiu felt deeply gratified by Robin. Through their time together, he had come to appreciate just how worry-free she truly made things for him!

“That’s all for today. Tomorrow, I’ll first help those Skeleton Warriors advance their strength, and then we can begin the process of your Marrow Cleansing,” Zhong Shenxiu said calmly, though a sense of eager anticipation simmered within him.

Tomorrow, perhaps, would be a day worth looking forward to!
