After leaving Old Danny's place, Zhong Shenxiu didn't go straight back to his newly purchased house; instead, he headed to the commercial district. He needed to acquire some things for his new home.
Primarily, Zhong Shenxiu needed to buy several large vats.
Putting aside those required for cleansing Robin's Yi Jing, the sheer number needed for modifying the skeleton warriors alone was considerable. To this end, Zhong Shenxiu specifically visited a "Specialty Store" and, after careful selection, finally purchased fifty or sixty top-quality large vats.
Following this, Zhong Shenxiu took Robin to several other shops, buying a variety of miscellaneous items.
The entire shopping trip consumed a significant amount of time. By the time Zhong Shenxiu and Robin had bought nearly everything they needed, the afternoon was already drawing on.
Arriving in front of the newly bought house, Robin, that little sprite, seemed quite excited. It was understandable; this would be her and Zhong Shenxiu's home from now on. Though she didn't know how long they could stay, even a single day would be a memory worth cherishing!
Having a home again—even if it was just the two of them—the warmth of that home was enough to keep Robin happy for a long time!
The next order of business was arranging and cleaning their newly acquired residence.
Perhaps because no one had cleaned it for years, upon entering the small house, they immediately noticed dust coating everything, and the surrounding walls were draped with cobwebs.
They had no choice but to clean patiently, both Zhong Shenxiu and Robin.
Sometimes, "cleaning" was a form of happiness; at least Robin was currently savoring that happiness, enjoying the blissful feeling of tidying the room alongside her master!
After busying themselves back and forth, dusk had settled without them noticing, and the room finally possessed a semblance of a home, no longer so filthy.
Next, they arranged the new bedding and furniture they had purchased. Zhong Shenxiu surveyed the scene and felt it was quite satisfactory; at last, they had a decent place to settle down.
With lodging secured, Zhong Shenxiu decided against returning to the Demon Beast Forest for the night. He would stay here one night and return to the Demon Beast Forest tomorrow.
Zhong Shenxiu could never have imagined that this single night away would result in an incident that left him deeply vexed!

The pure moonlight bathed the ground, rendering the Demon Beast Forest both beautiful and mysterious!
Just then, a group of people could vaguely be seen approaching from a distance.
So late in the evening, who could be traversing the Demon Beast Forest?
As the group drew nearer, their faces finally came into view. There were four individuals in total, none of them very old. Leading them was a beautiful woman with long hair cascading over her shoulders, possessing a striking figure that seemed particularly enchanting under the moonlight.
This person was none other than Elena, the Special Grade Teacher at the "Stay-at-Home Magitech Academy," and also the eldest daughter of Old Danny!
Behind Elena followed several students from the academy, all of them elites.
These youngsters were all seniors about to graduate. Their purpose for being here was twofold: to sightsee and relax, and the other crucial reason was to accompany their teacher, Elena, as she scouted for students with special talents for the academy, while also assessing whether the outstanding students recommended by various departments were qualified to enter the "Stay-at-Home Magitech Academy"!
Elena had actively sought out this assignment. On one hand, because she was born nearby, she was familiar with much of the terrain; on the other, she hadn't been home in quite some time and wanted to visit.
"Teacher Elena, why are the magic beasts here all so weak?" a fair-haired youth asked curiously.
This youth was named Thomas, a mage proficient in both Earth and Fire elements.
"This is a characteristic of our region. It's nothing like the 'Forest of No Return,' the 'Illusory Forest,' or the 'Perilous Forest,' which host Ninth Tier or even higher-level magic beasts. The highest rank of magic beast here is only Sixth Tier," Elena explained patiently.
"Teacher Elena, is it true that this is your hometown?" a short-haired girl asked, her bright eyes wide with curiosity. Her name was Cherry, the youngest of the group!
"My home isn't far from the Demon Beast Forest. Once we exit this forest, I can take you all to my house as guests!" Elena smiled mysteriously.
"It’s a good thing we aren't here for actual training; with such low-level little magic beasts, one can't gain any real experience," a tall young man, carrying a greatsword on his back, commented with a hint of disdain. This person was Solomon; his skill was formidable, already a Great Swordsman, poised to break into the ranks of the "Sword Saints" at any moment!
"Teacher Elena, I heard you have a younger brother, right?" Cherry inquired again.
"Yes, he currently attends the 'Zhen Shi Xun Magitech Academy.' I haven't seen him in over two years; I wonder how he's doing now," Elena sighed softly, but then a peculiar smile crossed her face. "Oh, and my brother doesn't seem to have a girlfriend yet. Cherry, would you like to become a daughter-in-law of our family?"
"Teacher Elena, I'm ignoring you!" Cherry replied, blushing fiercely, and ran off.
The group continued their stroll and chatter toward the direction of "Gulu City." However, just as they were about to leave the Demon Beast Forest, a strange sound suddenly drifted from the side.
"What was that noise?" Solomon called out first.
"I don't know, maybe a small magic beast!" Thomas replied casually.
The others paid it little mind and intended to move on, but at that moment, Cherry suddenly screamed, "Teacher Elena, what is that thing?"
Everyone followed the direction of her pointing finger and their eyes immediately registered confusion.
Because the distance was too great, they couldn't see clearly, but it appeared someone was repeatedly transporting something back and forth. For a moment, they weren't quite sure what it was.
Elena was clearly startled as well; she couldn't be certain what it was either. If they were men, their stiff movements didn't resemble humans at all; if they were magic beasts, few beasts walked habitually on two legs!
Strange—truly strange!
"Teacher Elena, I'll go take a look!" Solomon said, his curiosity piqued, and he started heading in that direction.
"Solomon, wait for me, I'm coming too!" Thomas immediately shouted.
In the end, everyone's curiosity was fully aroused, and Elena, too, wanted to figure out what it was.
As the group gradually approached, they finally saw clearly what the things were. They were, astonishingly, dozens of skeleton warriors!
"Heavens! Skeleton warriors! Could there be a Necromancer nearby?" Thomas exclaimed in shock.
"What are they doing?" Cherry asked nervously.
"Hmph~ What can a Necromancer do! Watch how I deal with them!" Solomon snorted coldly, darted forward, and had already drawn the greatsword from his back.
He was about to attack these skeleton warriors!
