I updated with ten thousand characters today, and even though it passed midnight, I'm still quite happy; I finally managed it.
Regarding the plot now, the "Dragon God Battle" arc was supposed to be incredibly hype in my vision—both in the portrayal of Míng Mèng Shuǐ Yín Dēng and the shrine maidens, they were major ignition points. But how should I put it? Perhaps it's my own inadequacy in description; as I was writing, I kind of lost control, completely failing to convey the intensity of those explosive scenes. As a result, what I wrote ended up being a bit muddled.
This has been a source of real frustration for me. To say my writing skills are limited is true, but as an author, I obviously can't use that as an excuse. So, all I can do is offer my apologies to everyone.
Sincerely, making everyone read such a chaotic scene is entirely my fault.
But fortunately, I think Railgun’s "cool factor" score must have been maxed out by the end. Although this segment wasn't long in word count, it had real oomph; at least, I was extremely excited writing it. I hope that readers who, like me, love Railgun won't be disappointed?
(Why the question mark? Because after the previous chaos and dip, my confidence is truly shaken.)
Following that, the battle concluded, and the Gensokyo storyline is pretty much down to cleaning up, after which everyone packs up and heads to the Bright World... Hmm, this progression was probably expected by everyone, wasn't it? If you didn't guess this outcome, then all I can say is: Cirno is looking at you happily.
As for the next volume, it will be Type-Moon, just as originally planned. (Many people seem to have asked about Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha; it’s not that I forgot, it’s just not time yet.)
Type-Moon, a very dark world—at least, that's how I see it. Even the most heartwarming endings in the original work can never erase its fundamentally dark and cruel nature, which mirrors reality.
However, in my book, because I personally dislike oppressive darkness, all those unpleasant elements have been erased. The first two Type-Moon volumes were like this, primarily focusing on cuteness, banter, and hype. So, the upcoming volume will naturally follow this rhythm.
But some things will be different. While there were crossovers in the first two volumes, it was only the Host making appearances. This time, however, it will be a super massive crossover... Eastern Fantasy vs. Type-Moon, that’s probably the general rhythm.
Of course, there might not be much "hype" in the traditional sense, since after battling a Heavenly Rank Dragon God, the strength of the Eastern side is already practically god-defying. If they really fought the Type-Moon cast, it would simply be adults bullying children.
So, the so-called Eastern Fantasy vs. Type-Moon will probably be a contest of who is cuter???
Or perhaps... a contest of who loses more of their dignity???
Oh, right, before heading to Type-Moon, there will be a little surprise over at Laputa—things like a harem free-for-all, or revealing which adorable one-year-old is who...
I won't spoil it!
Finally, I will be speeding up the update pace from here on out—aiming for ten thousand characters daily (hope I don't stumble), and I really hope everyone can continue to support me, perhaps with monthly tickets, monthly tickets, monthly tickets! This month doesn't seem to be too competitive, so let’s seize this moment and make a push.
I’m not asking for monthly tickets; honestly, there's not much oomph without them. .RT
