“Damn it,” Lu Zong cursed, “you’re actually addicted to this stuff! We need to find the exit quickly, or we’ll end up as someone’s breakfast sooner or later.”

The mention of breakfast made the Fatty’s head spin. He quickly scurried around, hoping to find an exit. But all around them, except for that one opening, there seemed to be no other way out.

The Fatty asked, “Lu Zong, it seems this is the only opening large enough. Are we really going to be deep-fried first?”

“Right, the key must be that cauldron.” With that, he walked over, gathered the golden cauldron into his arms, and declared, “It seems our hope for survival rests entirely on this cauldron.” He looked up at its golden surface, which indeed resembled boiling oil. He then asked everyone, “Does anyone here know how to get out of hell?”

Han Chong thought for a moment and was the first to reply, “It seems you need to be reincarnated through the Amniotic Fluid Spring.”

Lu Zong retorted, “Not the Amniotic Fluid Spring. Is there any other exit?”

Silence descended upon the group. Seeing that no one had a good solution, Lu Zong declared, “It looks like we have to make a desperate attempt. Let’s see if this works to get us out.”

He then placed the cauldron over the opening, checking if this action triggered some hidden mechanism.

Unexpectedly, the moment the golden cauldron sealed the opening, seven-colored light shot down from above, converging on the few of them. They stared blankly at the marvelous sight, murmuring, “This is incredible. Even these holes can reflect light. The wisdom of the ancients is truly astonishing.”

However, along with the light, they spotted the arrival of the Yin-Yang Birds, chirping and flying toward them. Don't let their delicate sounds fool you; seeing their vaguely human forms was enough to terrify someone into a faint.

Lu Zong mumbled to himself, “It seems this is the only way.” Then, he slammed his head against the opening.

A miracle occurred. The large cauldron emitted a blinding flash of intense light that forced them to shut their eyes. Simultaneously, Lu Zong’s roar echoed. When they finally managed to look closely again, the light had vanished, leaving nothing but emptiness.

“Lu Zong! Lu Zong, where are you?” Han Chong called out anxiously. Ma Xiong quickly rushed over to check but found nothing.

“Did Lu Zong disappear?” he wondered to himself. “Or did he traverse into another dimension?”

He quickly re-examined the area but still found nothing. His head was spinning from the confusion of what Lu Zong had pulled.

“No, I can’t let Lu Zong vanish for nothing.” With that, he mimicked Lu Zong’s action and rammed into the opening. Sure enough, after the large cauldron pulsed with a burst of golden light, Ma Xiong also vanished.

The Fatty seemed to notice something peculiar and immediately directed the other two girls, “You two, quickly ram into that large cauldron. I believe you’ll be able to meet up with Lu Zong and the others.”

The two girls had witnessed what happened, and with the men there to protect them, they felt no fear. They shot forward like a flash, crashing into the cauldron.

Indeed, they, too, miraculously disappeared. The Fatty thought it was finally his turn.

But in that instant, a Yin-Yang Bird swooped down from mid-air and snatched the golden cauldron off the opening. The Fatty scrambled to grab it, but time seemed to slow down—at some unknown moment, another Yin-Yang Bird had landed on the ground below and instantly flung the cauldron upwards. Chased by numerous Yin-Yang Birds, the golden cauldron disappeared from the Fatty’s sight.

The Fatty slumped to the ground, devastated. It was over; being separated from them was undoubtedly a death sentence. In this vast space, he had no idea where they had traversed to.

Just then, he felt a piercing pain on the top of his head. He quickly looked up and saw a Yin-Yang Bird perched on a rock directly above him, fiercely gnawing at his head. The Fatty slapped the bird down into the water and cursed, “Damn it, even at a time like this, you still dare to bully Fatty!”

As soon as the words left his mouth, he heard shouts coming from the tomb chamber opposite him and hurried over, lowering his head.

He recognized Lu Zong’s voice. Curious, he poked his head into the opening and was surprised to see Lu Zong calling out to him from the other side. Hope surging, he excitedly asked them, “How did you all get over there? I didn’t even see you go!”

Lu Zong said, “Stop wasting time with pleasantries! Let’s get you rescued from this monster’s tomb first.”

The Fatty felt an attack on his rear end and instinctively covered it with his hand, asking curiously, “How are you going to rescue me? These damned resurrected birds are about to eat me alive!” Lu Zong chuckled twice and said, “Hold on a little longer, and I’ll pull you out. Trust me.” With that, he bent over, rummaged through his bag, pulled out a packet of something, and tossed it through the opening to the Fatty. “Fatty, blow this hole open in a moment. I have an equal amount of explosives ready on my side. If we detonate them simultaneously, we should be able to blast this hole wider, and then you can join us.”

The Fatty gritted his teeth, swatting at the resurrected birds behind him, and replied, “I’ll give it a try. These birds are about to peck me to death! I’ll do my best. If I really can’t make it, please tell my folks back home that I died protecting our motherland.”

Lu Zong said warmly, “Very well, you can go down in glory. We’ll conserve our explosives to protect ourselves.”

The Fatty quickly called out to stop him, “Wait! Let’s try first. Maybe we really can blast it open.”

“I didn't expect the Fatty to be so loyal and patriotic,” Han Chong commented, looking at the Fatty. The Fatty felt a surge of strength, ready to put on a show with Lu Zong.

Seeing that no one else was around, the Fatty said, “Alright, toss them over. But please be gentle when you throw them. If the explosives rub against the ground and spark, Fatty here might instantly disintegrate.”

Lu Zong impatiently snapped, “Kid, hurry up and catch them, or don't blame me for being rough with you.” With that, he tossed the explosives through the tunnel. The Fatty caught the packet and looked at the quantity. Heavens, Lu Zong was generous—giving all that explosive to one person! Still, it wasn't a bad thing; he mused that it would be enough to take out an airplane.

Soon, Lu Zong held another packet of explosives. He looked through the opening at the Fatty and asked, “Fatty, are you ready? We’re about to blow it.”

The Fatty replied, “Hurry up! My backside is already pecked black by these birds.”

After a long wait, Lu Zong finally confirmed from his side, “Okay, when I count one-two-three, pull the fuses together.”

“One and scatter!” BOOM! A deafening explosion erupted in the tunnel, and the Fatty felt enveloped in thick fog, unable to see anything.

When the fog cleared, he saw that the opening had indeed expanded several times over. It seemed he was saved.
