Sakuya and the others couldn't help but change their expressions. In just an instant, Lin Luo and the Creator had vanished from their sight. Not only did they not know where they had gone, they couldn't even sense the lingering trace of their movement... even teleportation left some kind of signature!

After the Creator departed, Evangeline and Lacan returned to normal, but the spiritual pressure remained, indicating the Creator was still somewhere nearby.

"It must be a dimensional rift," Lacan suddenly remarked.

Al nodded. "It's perfectly normal for a Creator capable of projecting an entire world to possess such abilities. However, this is quite peculiar..." As he spoke, he turned to Evangeline. "Kitty, what are your thoughts?"

Evangeline shook her head slightly. Although her body could move freely now, the agitation in her heart would not subside. It wasn't just because of what Lin Luo had said earlier; more so, the Creator... the way the Creator kept referring to her as 'daughter' and them as 'parents' deeply unsettled her.

Who exactly was that being?

Thinking this, Evangeline couldn't help but recall her own childhood. Truthfully, she preferred not to dwell on her past, and she knew very little about it. She only knew she was fostered in a castle as a child. Who were her parents? Did she have other relatives? Everything was unclear. Before, whenever she thought about it, she felt as if she had simply sprung from a stone. But now...

When she was captured by the Creator earlier, the being had said something that she simply could not shake off. If what the Creator said was true, then... everything would make sense.

"What should we do now?" Konoe Eirin said in a deep voice, sounding somewhat dejected. Their current group of six could nearly challenge the entirety of both the Real World and the Magic World, yet facing the Creator alone left them utterly defenseless. This was undeniably a massive blow.

Al sighed softly, tilting his head back. "Given the current situation, we have no choice but to wait here. The gap in our realms is too vast; we have absolutely no way to deal with the Creator."

Evangeline and Lacan's lives were "bestowed" by the Creator; fundamentally, they could not oppose their "Master." Even though Evangeline possessed the World Heart, a power supposedly above the Creator, the sealed state of the World Heart offered her no assistance.

As for the other three: although Al was not created by the Creator, his magic originated from the Creator. In essence, the Creator knew everything Al knew, and did it better. Sakuya and Konoe Eirin had no direct connection to the Creator and were not mages; while their power wasn't inherently restricted, the pressure exerted upon them was even greater, rendering them equally incapable of harming the Creator.

Sakuya’s expression was grave. More than anyone, she was concerned for Lin Luo’s safety, as his life determined her own future. He absolutely could not die, otherwise...

"ROAR!!!!!!"

Just as everyone was sinking into gloomy contemplation, a deafening roar suddenly erupted from the distance. The sound was as if the most terrifying beast had awakened from its slumber, carrying with it an earth-shattering might.

The hearts of the group leaped. They quickly turned their heads to look, seeing dust plumes rolling dozens of miles away, with obscuring smoke towering hundreds of meters high. Within the haze, intermittent, deep roars and the sound of hurried footsteps could be heard, as if a vast army were charging towards them.

"Whoa, whoa, this isn't how you play the game!" Seeing this scene, even Lacan, the fearless anomaly, turned pale. The aura emanating from the approaching force surpassed anything even the thousands of Ghost God Soldiers possessed earlier.

"More Ghost God Soldiers?" Konoe Eirin frowned. Despite the recent battle, their consumption hadn't been excessive. If thousands more Ghost God Soldiers arrived now, the situation would become extremely unfavorable.

Al shook his head and said sternly, "Not Ghost God Soldiers. The aura is different; it feels... even higher than the Ghost God Soldiers."

"It seems that fellow doesn't want us to rest either. Fine, I'll smash his army until not a single one remains!" Evangeline scoffed, intense killing intent blazing in her eyes as magic began to gather in her hands.

Sakuya said nothing, but a circular object suddenly appeared in her hand. By its shape, it looked like a pocket watch. She extended a finger and gently pulled a piece on the watch, whispering, "Moon Clock... Activate!"

Everyone braced themselves, standing ready to face the terrifying army of the Creator that was about to arrive. Moments later, the shocking thunder of hooves grew closer, and they could faintly discern several colossal figures within the smoke.

"Isn't that the Dragon Tree?" Lacan suddenly exclaimed in surprise, recognizing a familiar figure among them—his old friend, the Ancient Dragon Tree.

The Ancient Dragon Tree was the guardian beast of Neo-Ostia, yet it was created by the Creator. It was nearly a hundred meters long and, like the True Progenitor Vampire, belonged to the strongest species. It had once fought Lacan to a standstill, and they had ended up becoming good friends.

"Has that fellow also been controlled by the Creator?" Lacan felt a headache coming on.

"It's not just the Dragon Tree; I see several figures that only appear in legends..." Al's face also darkened. Although Lin Luo claimed he had lived for over a thousand years, Al had actually lived for over two millennia, his lifespan not much shorter than Naji's master. Over those two thousand years, many powerful races had vanished from the world, yet now, he saw several extremely troublesome entities among the approaching horde.

"You old pervert, explain clearly—what exactly are those things?" Evangeline shot Al a glance while simultaneously flicking her right hand forward, sending a streak of cold energy rushing toward one of the rapidly charging figures.

It was a massive bird, gray all over, with wings spanning over thirty meters when spread. It was the fastest runner. The cold energy struck its body directly, but...

"No way! My magic was eaten by it?!" Evangeline could scarcely believe it. While the attack wasn't Absolute Zero, it was a full-power ice spell. Unexpectedly, the creature simply opened its mouth and swallowed the chill, even displaying an expression of enjoyment.

"That's to be expected. That is the Magic Bird, extinct since 1,800 years ago. It subsists entirely on magic power and is nearly completely immune to magical attacks. It’s also incredibly fast, earning the moniker Lightning Bird—a natural enemy to mages... I didn't expect to run into something this troublesome. Don't use magic on it; use physical attacks," Al explained.

"What about that one?" Sakuya pointed to a humanoid creature several hundred meters behind the Magic Bird.

"That's a Harpy. It faded from the historical stage 2,000 years ago. Don't let its mere three-meter height fool you; its strength is terrifyingly immense. It is formidable in both magic and close combat. Also, be warned: never listen to its voice. Ordinary people lose their sanity upon hearing it, and even a first-rate mage can be killed by its shriek... Before it gets too close, let's shut off our hearing."

"Are you kidding me? How do we shut off our hearing?!" Konoe Eirin was on the verge of a breakdown.

Al paused for a moment, realizing that indeed, besides himself, no one else here seemed capable of dampening auditory senses. "Ah, that might be slightly troublesome for you all. In that case, leave it to..."

"Leave that one to me," Sakuya stated calmly before he could finish. "I will ensure it cannot emit a single sound."

Al glanced at her, nodded, and then looked forward, pointing at another massive silhouette. "That fifty-meter-tall bear went extinct 1,500 years ago. It has no special abilities, but its physical resilience is comparable to diamond, capable of crushing anything easily... Hmm, leave that one to me. I fought a creature like this once; I have some experience dealing with them."

He then pointed to a nearly hundred-meter-long serpentine mass of flame. "That is the Yamata no Orochi, extinct 2,200 years ago. It is the most unique among the higher-tier Fire Spirits... Conveniently, not only is it a spirit-type monster, but it shares its name with the sacred serpent of your Japan. Eirin, it’s yours, but be careful—its flame breath can melt gold." Al looked towards Konoe Eirin beside him.

Konoe Eirin was speechless. Didn't that mean she would instantly perish if hit by that thing's flames?

"Those five are slightly more troublesome. One each should be perfect, so..."

Mid-sentence, Al was interrupted again. Lacan practically grabbed his shoulder and shouted, "Are you getting senile from living too long? Besides those five, there's a whole horde of dinosaurs behind them... Damn it! Why are there dinosaurs?! Who is handling the dinosaurs!"

"We can't deal with the dinosaur horde right now; those five won't be easily handled. Even with our strength, a one-on-one fight might not guarantee victory... This is genuinely troublesome. If one of us fails, or if the fight drags on too long, Ostia behind us will be razed to the ground by the dinosaur horde."

Al's statement was irrefutable; even Evangeline couldn't argue. If magical attacks were ineffective, dealing with the Magic Bird would be extremely difficult for her.

"Leave those big ones to us!"

Just then, the group heard a young girl's voice from behind them. Instinctively turning back, they saw four figures flying in the mid-air a few hundred meters away, rapidly approaching.

One was a young girl crackling with electrical light. One was a young girl with black wings. One was a young girl with white wings. The last was a young girl clad in military combat gear.
