"Someone causing trouble at the store?"
Wang Zhuo blinked in surprise after hearing He Ye's explanation. "There are such things? How many times does this happen?"
"Not too often...," He Ye shrugged. "Occasionally two or three groups of freeloaders come by during holidays, but they're easy to handle. Some unscrupulous hooligans were taken for a 'chat' by the police and haven't shown up again. But there are unexpected troubles..."
"Wait," Wang Zhuo interrupted curiously, "I understand the hooligans part - what's this about freeloaders?"
"Running a business means dealing with over ten different departments. During holidays when they need money for benefits..." She chuckled bitterly. "At first I thought having your name on the door would be enough protection. But it turned out they only respected your face to get their own petty cash. Without you as my backer, who knows how much more we'd have to give every year?"
"And if we refuse?" Wang Zhuo frowned.
"They're law enforcement officials overseeing us," He Ye raised an eyebrow. "Want them to shut the place down in minutes? They can."
Wang Zhuo bristled but soon relaxed with a chuckle, "Same old world. When I ran my pharmacy shop fifteen years ago, some officials just took medicine without paying - that's what they call 'relying on mountains for food and rivers for drink'?"
Ran Ye smiled knowingly, "I understand the need to pay half of both black and white protection money."
Wang Zhuo nodded approvingly. Lower-level bureaucrats wouldn't dare demand excessive favors from his enterprise either. Better let them take small advantages in exchange for occasional conveniences.
"As for unexpected troubles..." He Ye groaned. "Yesterday another strange incident happened - a man came here demanding money from his wife, who's one of our top employees and just won an award at the staff meeting yesterday. He caused such a ruckus down the corridor that four security guards couldn't handle him until they finally called in police officers to remove him."
"What nonsense," Wang Zhuo muttered. "Did he get detained?"
He Ye winced, "The employee is named Tanchun. She kept pleading with Director Li and eventually she came to me for advice. I agreed..."
At the newly established chain store on Huaihai Road, the top executives were He Ye and Xu Chu, followed by a general manager and technical director. Other key personnel included Store Director Li.
Without He Ye and Xu Chu present, Store Director Li would have had full authority over such matters. But since Tanchun's husband's disturbance reached these two executives' ears during handling, Li naturally needed to consult first.
"This incident wasn't handled properly," Wang Zhuo mused thoughtfully. "That man should've been detained for a few days - we're in business and need to set an example so all troublemakers know the serious consequences."
"I felt bad for Tanchun..." He Ye sighed.
"Next time you can do this," Wang Zhuo smiled, explaining the classic 'good cop/bad cop' technique.
The method was simple: one person maintained a strict official demeanor while another expressed sympathy but offered no help. This created flexibility in handling such situations within reasonable limits.
While discussing, Xu Chu entered with an amused smile, "The beauty parlor is ready now."
"Let's go then."
The twenty-square-meter luxury beauty room contained only one reclining chair, spacious and comfortable. A large window displayed various flowers outside, accompanied by a floor-to-ceiling screen TV, surgical lighting strips, and a private ensuite bathroom with shower.
Once the door was locked from inside, it became an intimate sanctuary. According to relevant regulations, such beauty facilities couldn't install internal locks - instead, windows of certain dimensions were required so outsiders could see in at all times.
Yet these rules sometimes lacked common sense. While they might prevent illegal services like prostitution, during aromatherapy sessions when female clients lay naked on the table, having their privacy violated by strangers passing outside was hardly comforting.
This meant everything depended on business connections: if one had strong backing or proper bribes paid, not only would minor infractions be overlooked - even running a black market operation might go unnoticed. But without sufficient favors, following every regulation perfectly still wouldn't prevent being nitpicked to death.
With years of experience in the industry, He Ye and Xu Chu became experts who could recite all beauty treatments while introducing them to Wang Zhuo. The sheer number left him speechless.
New Life thrived on word-of-mouth reputation. After becoming popular, He Ye and Xu Chu wisely phased out low-profit, time-consuming services in favor of high-margin ones. A basic skincare treatment costing only over a hundred yuan took nearly an hour from one technician, while a full-body aromatherapy session priced at a thousand or more could be completed within the same timeframe.
Other salons worried about insufficient service options, but New Life had fully booked appointments anyway - so they simply chose whatever was most profitable.
After finishing their introduction, Xu Chu smiled sweetly, "How about an oil massage and detoxification?"
"I think I'll skip the detox," Wang Zhuo chuckled. "But maybe try that massage you mentioned? Who's better at it between you two?"
Though oil massage was actually a legitimate form of health therapy among various massage techniques, in unscrupulous establishments this healthy practice had acquired dubious connotations - much like how sex workers had sullied the term 'miss' through association.
Massaging Wang Zhuo proved an enjoyable experience for both He Ye and Xu Chu as they admired his athletic physique, pressing their palms against his well-defined muscles while playing amateur therapists.
Yet Wang Zhuo soon introduced complications by claiming their touch was too soft. "Let's try something different," he grinned mischievously. "Chu chu, have you heard of 'group therapy'?" His suggestion transformed what should've been a healthy treatment into... something else - two business leaders certainly understood exactly what he meant, despite officially offering only legitimate services.
Half an hour later...
Mellow music floated through the beauty room. The massage table had mysteriously lowered to knee-height level. After receiving various treatments, Wang Zhuo sat confidently with legs apart at center stage, one hand caressing He Ye's glossy round butt while the other fondled Xu Chu's full breast.
He Ye sat behind him on his left thigh, carefully trimming his toenails. Xu Chu held a small hook and pincers in each hand to tidy up hair follicles along his right leg.
In humanity's evolutionary timeline, biological imperfections are inevitable - tonsils, appendixes, moles, freckles, excess hair, nearsightedness, hemorrhoids...
Sometimes hair follicles would sprout under the skin without breaking through, forming small bumps that only surfaced during activities like scrubbing or scratching. He Ye was currently removing these for Wang Zhuo.
Wang Zhuo admired her face - once a bearded girl at medical school, she'd now become a mature professional with enhanced sensuality and charm, especially those expressive eyes with lashes fluttering like butterfly wings that made his heart race.
"How's the work life treating you?" he asked casually.
"Much better than college," Xu Chu smiled up at him. "Especially seeing customers happy after hair removal - it feels very rewarding." Wang Zhuo nodded approvingly. "Good to hear. I was more worried about He Ye, but clearly not."
"I'm fine too," she giggled. "School days were boring anyway - this life is much more fulfilling." Carefully prying open a thin layer of keratinized skin with tiny forceps, Xu Chu gently extracted the hair tip and massaged the area afterwards, meticulous as if performing sacred duties.
Dedicated women always looked beautiful, especially when they were also attractive. Wang Zhuo felt his heart race, poking her arm lightly. As she lifted her eyes to look at him, he winked suggestively.
A woman's tongue at 37 degrees Celsius was both tender and fiery like a serpent coiling around a tree, spiraling upward until reaching the peak without hesitation before devouring Wang Zhuo's pride completely.
At this moment, she became his angel Monica.
The intimate act continued with He Ye soon joining in. Their muffled moans mixed with soft slap sounds as they whispered secretly to avoid disturbing neighbors - restrained pleasure built tension that released faster and more intensely.
Though no longer studying at medical school, He Ye had become legendary among students for finally securing her 'golden husband', even if it meant sharing him. Wang Zhuo's bright future promised equally radiant days ahead for both women.
After a brief academic career, Xu Chu also dropped out to create ripples in the campus - many male students still admired not only her transformation from ugly duckling to swan but also her own promising future.
And now, at this very moment, their fate-changer Wang Zhuo was enjoying their bodies and feeling their love intensely...
The beauty room echoed with wet slapping sounds and muffled moans while downstairs in the lobby, Tanchun's husband brandished a sharp knife against the receptionist, shooing away two approaching security guards to demand that his wife and the woman who'd reported him yesterday come out immediately!
