Qian Jin slowly approached the only empty seat in the hall, clearly reserved for a guest. He nodded with a slight smile, wondering what this underworld overlord truly intended by summoning him. Was it merely to watch his underlings posture?

Unlikely! Qian Jin shook his head gently. This Jun Wudao possessed an innate aura in every movement. While his strength might not reach the insurmountable heights of Qian Zhanxuan, his presence... was entirely different from Qian Zhanxuan's.

Qian Zhanxuan exuded an aloof arrogance, looking down on everything, a demeanor that wouldn't yield even to the Great Demon King himself.

Jun Wudao’s aura, though seemingly tranquil, carried a fierce, broad ambition! If placed in the legendary chaotic eras, this Jun Wudao would undoubtedly have been a genuine lord ruling a territory.

Qian Jin nodded again and again; this man was the type whose stillness resembled autumn water, but whose actions could shock the world!

Qian Jin observed Jun Wudao, and Jun Wudao observed him in return. His composure while walking through a forest of blades and a sea of swords was genuine, not feigned. He truly seemed unconcerned by his surroundings, viewing the weapons and murderous intent as mere banners and cheers of a welcome ceremony.

Qian Jin walked to his designated seat, gently turned, and placed his hands on the armrests, about to sit down, when the girl standing beside Jun Wudao suddenly let out a sharp cry: "Stand up! Is that a place you are entitled to occupy?"

Qian Jin chuckled. Aside from himself, everyone else here seemed to be Jun Wudao's subordinate. If a guest like him didn't sit, who else was qualified?

"Still sitting?"

The girl’s slender eyebrows shot high. Dou Qi crackled wildly from within her body, her strength surging upward, instantly surpassing the realm of Demon Subjugation, Battle One. Qian Jin couldn't help but raise an eyebrow slightly.

How old is this girl? She looks younger than me? Qian Jin’s body froze slightly in mid-air. Demon Subjugation Three Battles? Four... Suddenly! Changes began to occur in the girl's body. Golden light radiated from her, her hair turned truly golden, her eyes elongated, and her eyelashes became alarmingly long. Her chin sharpened, even her ears began to taper, and her body underwent subtle refinements, her skin becoming as white as mutton fat jade.

Dou Qi! Spiritual power! Swirling gently around the girl, her eyes shimmered with a unique amber hue. To the average person, they would be indescribably captivating. Qian Jin, however, felt a profound shock mixed with threads of hatred!

Elf King Bloodline Battle Form! That was right! Qian Jin believed that even if his eyes were to go truly blind one day, if a member of the Elf King Bloodline family transformed before him, he could still identify them instantly.

Elf King Bloodline... Elf King Bloodline Battle Form!

The girl’s power immediately broke through to Demon Subjugation Three Battles! Five or six different support spells flew from her belted warrior uniform, reinforcing her, followed by several continuous offensive spells: Fireballs, hailstones, and wind blades! They merged, forming a whirlwind-like structure that erupted furiously.

How fast are the spells unleashed by spiritual power scrolls? In the instant Qian Jin was stunned, he noticed the girl's amber eyes flickering as her special physique shifted, seemingly transforming into a seven-colored gemstone.

Myriad Law Divine Eyes! Qian Jin sucked in a cold breath. Legends claimed few within the Elf King Bloodline ever awakened such eyes. Their existence was akin to the Destruction Demon Eye; it wasn't a feature every Qian family member who activated their bloodline power possessed—some who achieved Celestial Awakening didn't have the Myriad Law Divine Eyes!

That’s it! The Myriad Law Divine Eyes! Memories flashed through Qian Jin’s mind, recalling the notes of powerful figures he had encountered, which contained records of these eyes.

Rumor had it that once the Myriad Law Divine Eyes used spiritual power to condense magical energy, any spell cast by anyone—save for the innate magic of magical beasts—that was witnessed by these eyes could soon be replicated by the warrior possessing them!

Aside from truly ineffable abilities like the Destruction Demon Eye, the Myriad Law Divine Eyes could mimic almost any spell quickly, making them the nightmare of all mages. Even dual cultivators of Dou Qi and Demonic Arts were reluctant to use magic in front of an Elf King Bloodline warrior possessing the Myriad Law Divine Eyes.

Creating any spell required significant time, yet before the Myriad Law Divine Eyes, it was stolen in an instant. This monstrous existence brought utter despair to anyone using magic—be they human, demon, or barbarian.

Instantly unleashing over ten spell scrolls? This must also be a capability of the Myriad Law Divine Eyes. Qian Jin’s ankle twitched slightly; he raised a hand, gripping the back of the chair, and moved rapidly to the side. The howling magic struck empty ground, kicking up countless shards of rock, dust, and ice fragments.

The moment the magic was unleashed, the female Elf King Bloodline warrior swayed, her feet stamping the ground rapidly as she lunged toward Qian Jin, transforming into an agile shadow. The wide-open space gave her greater latitude for assault.

In the next instant! The female Elf King Bloodline warrior stopped directly in front of Qian Jin. She pivoted her feet sharply, leaning slightly forward, her arms bent at the elbow, resembling the head of a heavy spear, striking and rotating repeatedly, creating a nearly visible ring of airflow aimed at Qian Jin’s head.

Qian Jin gently raised his palm and pressed downward in front of his chest, meeting the rotating elbow strike. The two forces collided with a muffled thud. The stone slabs beneath the female Elf warrior’s feet immediately cracked like the patterns on a turtle shell, scattering everywhere.

As one force dissipated, a second impact erupted from the elbow strike, just as potent as the first!

Qian Jin snapped his wrist again, moving like a surfboard cutting across a wave, slicing along the female warrior's arm toward her forehead, an attack forcing her to defend herself.

The girl’s eyes lit up. Her head shook rapidly, causing her body to sway, moving with the agility of a nimble ape toward Qian Jin’s flank. Her hidden left hand, concealed at her waist, shook with her shoulder, darting out suddenly like a venomous snake to bite at Qian Jin’s flank.

What is this? Crushing Torrent of Unruly Force? And Snake Fighting Skill? And Ape Evasion Technique? Qian Jin looked at his opponent with surprise. His slicing wrist spun in the air, fingers spread and bent like an eagle’s talon, clamping down. The sound of air being torn echoed like an eagle's cry.

Thwack! The girl tried to pull her hand back but found Qian Jin’s speed and intent faster than expected. He had seized her wrist almost the instant he moved, locking down like a massive iron clamp from which she couldn't possibly break free.

"Elf King Bloodline Warrior?" Qian Jin looked at the girl, full of doubt and surprise. "Then why aren't you using Qian family combat techniques? Although I don't know how to use Crushing Torrent of Unruly Force, I know it's a technique generals in the army are taught. You’ve mastered the other Beast Fighting Skills well enough, but you haven't seen true life-or-death combat much, have you? Did the Qian family send you here to die?"

"To die? If only my Crushing Torrent of Unruly Force had been fully unleashed..."

"Crushing Torrent of Unruly Force? That foolish combat technique?" Qian Jin scoffed. This technique sounded formidable, beginning with seven, then eight, perhaps nine or ten layers of escalating attacks. During the engagement, one layer would follow the next, like ocean waves, keeping the Dou Qi churning ceaselessly.

But anyone who had experienced real killing knew an opponent wouldn't allow you the luxury of such artistic control over layers of Dou Qi in a fight for survival.

"A battle for life or death is about gathering all your strength for one killing blow. If you can kill them in one strike, you don't need a second," Qian Jin shook his head slightly. "Such a technique is useful for practicing Dou Qi control in peacetime. On the battlefield? Those who think their lives are too long can use it freely."

"Let me go, let me go..." The girl used every ounce of strength she possessed to break free, but to no avail. Finally, she even resorted to using her mouth, employing the most direct, simplest combat method known to humans: biting!

"Biting?" Qian Jin watched the girl dismissively. He would only let go if she were a Nine-Headed Serpent Bloodline Warrior, whose teeth could bite through steel, perhaps even carrying poison.

"Very good! Very good!" Jun Wudao, seated on the black stone to the upper left, slowly stood up. He gently clapped his hands together. He walked down from the high platform step by step. The greatcoat covering him tore away, revealing a mesh of hundreds of scars crisscrossing his body.

Qian Jin looked at the scars and could sense that many were wounds sustained in moments where death was but a breath away. If he had been even slightly slower, the imposing underworld overlord before him might not have been standing there.

"Young man, what you said was excellent."

Jun Wudao lightly rotated his shoulders. "Let me see how much of what you spoke you have truly grasped."

Qian Jin felt the genuine, dangerous aura emanating from Jun Wudao. This was not just an underworld overlord; it was the aura of someone who had clawed his way out of a pile of corpses—domineering, bloodthirsty, making one tremble just by looking.

A formidable foe! Qian Jin took one look at Jun Wudao and knew this was the first true rival he had encountered since leaving the Ancient Desolate Sea of Sand!

Demon Slaying, Battle One! Jun Wudao suddenly clenched his fists, his body's Dou Qi erupting to the level of Demon Slaying, Battle One. His thick, powerful hands reached out into the empty air toward Qian Jin: "Young man, come!"

Qian Jin looked at Jun Wudao in confusion. What did this overlord of Yongliu actually want with him? Since entering this place, first there was the intimidating pressure from hundreds of swords and killing intents, then the provocative appearance of the Elf King Bloodline warrior, and now even this underworld lord was preparing to act personally.

To become a major power in Yongliu, mere wealth wasn't enough! Especially in the underworld, relentless fighting was inevitable. Qian Jin couldn't even guess how deep Jun Wudao’s true strength ran, but it certainly wouldn't be weak.

Fabredius had mentioned that whether it was Wu Xin Gui, the City Lord Li Deyoke he had only met a few times, or Lei Guang Riyue whom Fabredius himself had beaten to death, they were all powerhouses who had condensed a Battle Soul.
