Jin Ling’s advancement to the Divine Level right at the moment of extreme duress shocked not only Ling Feng and the others, but even the grim-faced elder opposite her hadn't anticipated it. The head-on collision between the two Divine Level powerhouses unleashed intense energy fluctuations that swept away everyone standing around them on the ground like a hurricane.

Although the black-faced elder’s strength had been somewhat diminished from his earlier fight with Ling Feng, his years of cultivation at the Divine Level far surpassed Jin Ling's newly achieved rank. As the explosion subsided, Jin Ling felt the power within her abruptly vanish, and her vision went black as she passed out.

“I didn’t expect you to advance right before death, good,” the black-faced elder roared, his clothing shredded into strips by the blast, his face contorted with shame and anger. With a wave of his hand, streaks of inky, deathly still energy shot towards the unconscious Jin Ling and the distant Ling Feng!

Ling Feng, already wounded, was struggling to shield Anjilisha and the now-comatose Long Xiaoqiang and the others. Protecting Jin Ling was simply beyond her capacity. Just as anxiety gripped her, a figure abruptly materialized nearby. With a gentle wave of the right hand, the raging energy in the air instantly dissolved into nothingness.

“Chen Feng!”

Seeing the person suspended in the air, Ling Feng felt an immense surge of relief. Her tense heart immediately calmed down. No matter the trouble, as long as Chen Feng was present, everything was safe!

Subconsciously, Chen Feng had established an unbreakable image in the hearts of everyone present, standing as immovable and towering as a majestic mountain!

“Who are you?” The black-faced elder’s expression shifted drastically as he watched the youth effortlessly nullify his full-power attack with a mere wave of his hand.

Chen Feng ignored the question. Instead, he lightly extended a finger, channeling a wisp of energy into the unconscious Jin Ling, and then soothed Ling Feng’s injuries before slowly turning his gaze to the black-faced elder before him.

“You may choose the manner of your death!”

The icy voice carried no discernible emotion, yet its tone was saturated with unquestionable murderous intent.

Every dragon has a reverse scale that must not be touched; Chen Feng too possessed boundaries. The demise of the Loki Empire had occurred precisely because His Majesty had offended his reverse scale. Now, this black-faced elder dared to try and kill Ling Feng and Jin Ling—how could he not be enraged!

“You…” The black-faced elder’s rage flared upon hearing such audacious words. “Insolent brat, do you imagine you are the Dark Main God? That you can decree who lives and who dies?”

“Hmph,” Chen Feng scoffed coldly. “I am not the Dark Main God, but… I can make you die!”

With that, he extended his palm forward, and a burst of golden light erupted from his center, shooting straight toward the black-faced elder.

Fist Master Andy Skill: Flying Fist!

Boom! The massive sound was laced with the black-faced elder’s unwillingness and disbelief, echoing throughout the sky and forming a colossal shockwave.

Chen Feng beckoned with one hand, and a small black, spherical object flew directly from the distance into his grasp—it was the elder’s Divine Spark.

After saving Ling Feng and the others, Chen Feng inquired and learned what had happened to Long Xiaoqiang and the rest.

The Blood Wolf Mercenary Group had received a mission to retrieve a plant known as the Flower of Nature from the Frozen Demon Garden. The mandate stipulated a handsome reward for any part of the plant obtained, whether leaf or bloom, specifically offering the astronomical sum of ten million Purple Gold Coins!

Of course, the Purple Gold Coins alone weren't enough to move the Blood Wolf Mercenary Group this much. The key was the issuer of the quest, who, unprecedentedly, had included two sets of High-Tier Earth-Rank Combat Skills in the rewards!

High-Tier Earth-Rank Combat Skills were legendary techniques comparable to the peerless arts of the Great Serpent Wyrm!

Since the mission was posted, countless aspirants had flocked to it. Yet, those who ventured into the Frozen Demon Garden were either devoured by its monstrous beasts or slaughtered by the Necromancers. In short, no one who entered ever left alive.

For nearly three years after the mission was issued, the continent had lost no fewer than a hundred thousand Battle Master level experts. Finally, it was universally understood that this place was not for casual entry; it was a veritable hell from which return was impossible.

The Blood Wolf Mercenary Group had initially hesitated to accept the mission, but they were utterly cornered by circumstance, leaving them no choice but to take the desperate gamble. Who knew that upon arriving, they too would fall into dire straits like everyone else?

The Flower of Nature did exist, but anyone who beheld it would fall into a deep coma shortly thereafter, losing consciousness of the mortal world, never to awaken again!

Long Xiaoqiang, driven by his thirst for vengeance, had also been drawn near the Flower of Nature and similarly succumbed to the unconsciousness.

Once he understood the situation, Chen Feng began to calculate. Since the Flower of Nature possessed such potent abilities, it must have some unique properties. However, the immediate priority was not investigating this matter, but waking everyone up.

He knew no medicine and was poor at healing people; it seemed he would have to take them back first.

With this thought, he casually produced a Gate of Nature, wrapped the unconscious figures on the ground within it, and sent them through. The Gate of Nature's other side connected to the Sweeping the Horizon Legion. Elder Yan was an expert in studying such things; perhaps he could discern something.

“Stay here for a while, I’ll be right back!” Having arranged everything, Chen Feng turned and re-entered the Gate of Nature, returning to the exact spot where he had encountered Ling Feng and the others.

Now, he, Ling Feng, and Jin Ling had all reached the Divine Level, but many others had not. This was the perfect opportunity to kill those ten Undead Deities he had spotted earlier and use their Divine Sparks to forge even more Deities.

Flying back along the original route, he soon reached the site where Wan Mo and the others had been fighting the Death Demon Deities. To his surprise upon arrival, he was struck by a surge of pure rage.

Wan Mo and the others, along with their Spirit Corpses, had all been slain!

Bodies littered the ground. Wan Mo’s grayish-black hand was stretched forward rigidly, as if trying to grasp something, his eyes filled with unconcealed resentment. It seemed the other Deities had ruthlessly attacked these God-Slayers after Chen Feng’s departure.

“If you treat Saint Domain experts like this, don’t blame me for showing no mercy!” Chen Feng snarled, vanishing instantly from the spot, reappearing in a moment above a valley several hundred miles away.

………………………………………………

“What is this thing?” The Death Demon Deity asked, observing the peculiar object held in the hand of the Deity before him, whose head was remarkably large.

This item had been retrieved from Wan Mo’s body. Indeed, it was precisely the sight of this object that had prompted the Big-Headed Deity to attack and slay them.

“I never expected to see this thing even here… We are about to strike it rich!” The Big-Headed Deity exclaimed with palpable excitement.

“What is it, explain clearly!” The surrounding Deities grew anxious.

The Big-Headed Deity suppressed his excitement, exhaled slowly, and raised the object. “Examine this thing closely, all of you. Do you notice anything special about it?”

“Special?” All the others looked confusedly at the pendant-like object in his hand, unable to discern anything unique.

“If I am not mistaken, this is likely a type of protective amulet cast by the Tie family!” the Death Demon Deity stated wearily. Among these Deities, he was the only one who had invaded territory governed by Wan Mo, thus he was familiar with the neighboring Tie family.

“It’s not an amulet, it’s a map, a blueprint!” the Big-Headed Deity continued excitedly. “Do you recall the Flame Dragon? Ten thousand years ago, before the War of Fallen Gods, he was known as the strongest beneath the Main Gods!”

“Of course!” Upon hearing the name Flame Dragon, everyone involuntarily flinched.

“If my guess is correct, this item was forged by him. It contains the entire tactical plan for that war, recorded in an extremely covert manner—it even documents how the Gods sealed the passage to the Divine Realm and traveled through time and space!” The Big-Headed Deity proclaimed. “If we present this to the Dark Main God, he will surely reward us with immense divine power. It’s entirely possible we could advance to High-Level Deities in one go!”

“Is… is that true?” Everyone was startled. A deployment plan from the War of Fallen Gods ten millennia ago—this was too monumental to comprehend.

“Of course. If you don’t believe me, you can use your Divine Sense to look!” The Big-Headed Deity held the item aloft.

As instructed, they focused their Divine Senses toward the center, simultaneously “seeing” the object in his hand.

“May I have a look as well?” At that moment, a faint voice drifted from the air. The Big-Headed Deity felt a sudden tightening in his hand; the item had slipped free and shot straight up into the sky.

“It’s you…” Everyone looked toward the sky and instantly broke out in a cold sweat. The person in the air was the powerful expert whose peak Divine Level strength had caused him to leave earlier!

“Flee!” The Big-Headed Deity roared, abandoning the others, and darted away in one direction. He didn't believe the opponent would let him off; escaping was the most critical thing now.

However, his calculation failed him. Before he had flown far, a figure flashed before his eyes. The youth in the sky had somehow materialized directly in front of him.

“I’ll fight you to the death!” he bellowed, launching an attack against the youth with all his might—the strike was astonishingly powerful.

Crack!

A sharp sound pierced the air. Before he could comprehend what happened, his head roared, and he immediately lost consciousness. His ultimate move was child’s play in the opponent’s eyes.

The remaining Deities, seeing that their strongest member, the Big-Headed Deity, couldn't withstand a single move, realized what kind of monster they had provoked. They charged toward Chen Feng in a unified, frantic roar.

An irreconcilable gulf naturally existed between Deities and the Undead. When the Undead saw the superior strength of a Deity, they would undoubtedly strike without hesitation to kill, and vice versa. This was the inherent pattern. It was also why Necromancers instantly attacked human powerhouses upon sight.

Since the figure in the sky was a human Deity whose strength was overwhelming, there was no way he would spare the Undead. Thus, as soon as the Big-Headed Deity fell, the remaining nine Deities rushed forward in a frenzy, instantly leveling the entire valley with the divine energy they unleashed!
