"I hadn't wanted to tell you this, fearing you might act rashly, but since you insist on knowing, I have one condition for you!" Saying this, seeing the icy coldness in Chen Feng’s eyes, he shook his head and continued, "I know Ah Wen raised you since you were little; your bond with him is far deeper than with me, his biological father. I am also heartbroken by his current predicament, but I absolutely forbid you from seeking revenge!"

Your current strength is decent, but the opponent is far stronger. Not only does he command an army of a hundred thousand, but his own cultivation has already reached the level of a First-Tier Dou Zun! The strength of a Dou Zun is terrifying; perhaps you haven't witnessed a Dou Zun in action, but I have seen it firsthand. I once saw him collapse half a mountain peak with a single punch! With your talent, if you cultivate diligently, you will surpass him eventually. It won't be too late for revenge then!"

"Tell me who he is?" Chen Feng continued to press.

"A gentleman’s revenge is not too late in ten years. We simply don't have the strength to contend with their legion of a hundred thousand..." Seeing how agitated he had become, Qi Gu couldn't help but try to dissuade him again.

One hundred thousand soldiers, although their individual cultivation levels might not be high, once they combine their strength, even a peak Ninth-Tier Dou Zun, caught within their formation, would only see their Dou Qi completely drained and be slowly ground to death. Qi Gu worried that Chen Feng was being too impulsive, which is why he kept pleading.

"Bang!" With a violent sweep of Chen Feng's right arm, the chair and tea table two to three meters away instantly disintegrated into dust, and the ground beneath his feet simultaneously cracked with countless fissures.

"Speak!" he roared!

Qi Gu was momentarily stunned, a bitter expression crossing his face as he sighed, regretting keeping it from him. This was clearly sending him to his death; no matter how strong one person was, they couldn't stand against an entire legion!

"I’ll tell you, but you’re heading for disaster! It is..." Qi Gu hesitated for a moment before finally revealing the name: "It is Feliath, the Legion Commander of the Fourth Legion of the Allied Army."

"I want him to never see the light of tomorrow!" Chen Feng snarled, his eyes beginning to turn crimson.

Coming through... The first person who treated him well was Uncle Wen. He had never, not for a single moment, forgotten that kindness. He couldn't believe that their last parting had turned into an eternal separation! The memory of Uncle Wen clutching Gulbov, pleading on his behalf, was still vivid. The scene of him carefully counting out a few copper coins to bribe A'Xiong, the gatekeeper, was still etched in his mind... yet now, Uncle Wen was forever gone!

He had been so focused on pursuing cultivation that he forgot about Uncle Wen. Now, when he wanted to see him, he never could!

"Xiao Wu... Chen Feng!" Qi Gu saw Chen Feng's expression and knew he was determined to act. He turned slightly yellow with alarm and hurriedly tried to counsel him, "Don't do anything reckless! They have an entire legion! Besides, even if you manage to kill him, what about the Allied forces behind him? The joint forces of the Luoqi Empire and the Tony Empire total a staggering five million soldiers! If they retaliate, even Dragon Mountain Town could be wiped out in an instant..."

"Dare to kill my Uncle Wen, and I will make those hundred thousand accompany him in death! Dare to move against me further, and I will use the annihilation of both empires as his memorial!" As Chen Feng finished speaking, he stomped the ground and instantly vanished outside the main hall.

"Chen Feng!"

"Boss!"

Ling Feng and Xiao Hu saw Chen Feng consumed by rage and shouted simultaneously, charging out in the next instant.

"Xiao Wu can fly..." Qi Gu rubbed his eyes in disbelief. "Doesn't flying mean he’s reached the Dou Zun level?"

"It seems so!" Elder Yuqing, standing not far away, also stared at Chen Feng, who had shot out of the hall, with an expression of sheer disbelief.

"He... he's only been gone for a little over four years, and he's not even twenty this year! How is it possible he reached Dou Zun? Even the legendary Dou Mo Fengli'ao didn't possess such cultivation talent in his youth..." Qi Gu mumbled, his mind struggling to process the information.

Ling Feng and Xiao Hu flew out a short distance only to see Chen Feng stop in mid-air, motionless.

"Chen Feng..." Ling Feng called out.

"Follow me!" Chen Feng commanded, and with a flash, he shot towards Dragon Peak Mountain. He recalled that the direction from which the legion had flown in was not where they were currently stationed; this meant the main camp must be in the opposite direction.

Arriving at Dragon Peak Mountain, Chen Feng flipped his wrist and retrieved a [Gate of Nature]. He took out a Perfect Crystal, channeled a strand of meditation energy into it, and instructed Xiao Hu and Ling Feng, "You two go to the [Sweep the Horizon] Legion and summon men. Tell Wright to mobilize the Underworld Saint Camp for me!"

"The Underworld Saint Camp?" Xiao Hu gasped, sucking in a cold breath. "Boss, the Underworld Saint Camp has nearly 200,000 Underworld Saints... these are all Saint Realm masters! Isn't using them against less than a hundred thousand soldiers, most of whom are only at the Dou Shi level, a bit of... overkill?"

"Just have Wright send the forces over here!" Chen Feng instructed, casually tossing out a few more Free Teleportation Arrays. Wright already had corresponding arrays set up on his end, and dropping these down would allow for immediate transmission.

"Alright then!" Xiao Hu complied.

Chen Feng’s body flickered again, and he shot back into the sky.

"Chen Feng, I'll go with you!" Ling Feng flew up to join him.

"Good!" Chen Feng nodded.

The two shot past the sky with a "whoosh," flying straight towards the opposite direction of Dragon Mountain Town.

"General..." A knight knelt on the ground, hesitant to speak. Directly in front of him stood a sturdy man in heavy armor, staring intently at the map laid out before him.

"What is it?" the man in armor asked.

"We just visited the Kainte family..." the knight began.

"Hmph. Did Qi Gu divulge the location of the treasure? Heh heh, with this treasure, our military stipends for the next ten years will be more than enough! Others may not know, but how could I not? This wealth was actually amassed by the Fenlai Empire, using the Kainte family's name, because they saw the tide turning against them. Their goal was to use it to form a new force and re-establish their kingdom after the empire's collapse! Hmph, but now it has fallen into my hands!" Confidence radiated from the general’s brow.

The kneeling knight heard these words and swallowed the statement that was already on his tongue.

The man in armor turned around, his brow furrowing. "Why are you here? Where is Sirius? Why didn't he come?"

Sirius was the Knight Commander who had been killed directly by Chen Feng.

"Sir Sirius, he..." The soldier hesitated again, cold sweat tracing a path down his neck.

"What happened to him? Did you fail your mission?" the general roared, his imposing aura suddenly exploding outwards. A cloud of white mist-like energy instantly formed in front of him—the unique one-directional Domain characteristic of a First-Tier Dou Zun.

"Y-yes, General..." The soldier felt his throat dry and his limbs weaken. "When we arrived, Qi Gu was just about to reveal the location of the treasure, when suddenly a fellow arrived—their clan leader, Chen Feng Kainte! He intercepted us and killed Lord Sirius!"

"Hmph? You can't even handle one person, what use are you?" the general roared, his Domain abruptly shooting forward like a giant hammer, slamming viciously into the knight’s chest.

Bang!

The knight cried out, stumbling back several steps, spitting up a mouthful of blood.

"It is the incompetence of your subordinates, but this Chen Feng’s strength was too great... we were truly no match for him!" the knight stammered, trembling.

He hadn't personally fought Chen Feng, but seeing how Chen Feng could kill the highest-cultivated among them, Sirius, in a single move, he knew Chen Feng was powerful. However, he couldn't state that outright; saying so would surely get him killed. He could only offer a half-truth.

After all, the general before him was notorious as the most brutal figure in the entire Allied Army.

"No match? If you couldn't beat him, you should have run back? If you couldn't win, you should have died in service!" the general said coldly.

"Yes..." The knight hastily nodded. "I intended to die in service immediately, but if I had died, I feared the enemy would escape before the news reached you, General... making capture impossible later!"

"Hmph, you make a fair point. I will spare your life today!" The general snorted coldly, stepping from the front to the center of the large tent. "Relay my order: take ten thousand soldiers and follow me into the city. Kill everyone! Let no one go!"

"Yes!" The knight turned and retreated. Just as he stepped out of the tent, he heard a voice boom from the sky.

"Feliath! Come out and face your death!"

This voice resonated through the entire sky like muffled thunder, and every person in the massive encampment heard it. They looked up to see two figures floating steadily in the air—a man and a woman—looking like divine immortals.

"Who are they? How can they fly..."

"Are they also peak Dou Zuns? Why do they look so young?"

...

The soldiers scrambled out of their tents, starting to discuss, but after only a few murmurs, they heard another furious roar.

"Enemy attack! Archers, prepare!"

All ten thousand archers in the military camp immediately drew their bows, aiming skyward.

"General, h-he... he is Chen Feng Kainte... the one who just killed Sirius..." the knight shouted frantically.

"Hmph? It is him?" Feliath snorted, but he did not rush out of the command tent.

"Being able to fly indicates at least peak Dou Zun strength... How could this kid possibly be so powerful?" Feliath muttered internally. Becoming a general commanding a legion required not just valor, but often luck and wisdom as well.

A man as shrewd as Feliath, having deduced the existence of the massive wealth of the Kainte family and its origins from the limited information available, naturally assessed the situation and analyzed the opponent’s strength.

Since both opponents could fly, it implied they were both Dou Zuns; otherwise, they wouldn't be foolish enough to provoke him by charging into a camp of a hundred thousand men.

He himself was only a First-Tier Dou Zun; fighting two Dou Zuns simultaneously meant he was certainly at a disadvantage. What should he do?

"Don't come out yet. Let the archers and the mages in the legion engage them first to probe their true strength before I make my move!" Feliath quickly formulated a strategy.

Just as he had this thought, a low, thunderous voice echoed again from outside in the sky: "Feliath, come out and face death, or... every single person in this legion dies!"
