When I tally it up, I haven't asked for monthly tickets since the month the book first went live. The current tally for monthly tickets is abysmal, forcing me to post a standalone chapter. Otherwise, my dear brothers might think the Medicine King no longer requires monthly tickets, but the truth is, they are always needed. O(∩_∩)O~

Back in March, I had intended to keep pushing for a spot on the monthly ticket rankings, but that month was overloaded with tasks, and after pushing so hard in February, my body was feeling the strain. So, I maintained a steady pace of six thousand words per day. The speed wasn't great, making it embarrassing to ask for monthly tickets. Furthermore, at the end of the month, a power outage on the final day caused the full attendance bonus I had worked all month for to vanish—a truly tragic end.

Half of April has already passed, and the update speed has almost returned to the level we saw in February.

Three updates a day? Too embarrassing to ask for monthly tickets. Three updates every two days? Still too awkward to bring up. Three updates every three days? I still couldn't bring myself to ask. ……

After maintaining three updates a day for seven consecutive days, I finally felt I had some footing, only for two days of network failure to strike—endless system reinstalls, antivirus scans, and hunting for Trojans ate up an enormous amount of time. My update speed plummeted during those two days, and the slight confidence I had built up evaporated into thin air.

Another week has passed now. I’ve caught up on the chapters I owed, the update pace has accelerated, and I’ve accumulated a good deal of confidence again. Therefore, I can now stand tall and declare this single chapter: A robbery for monthly tickets! Hah, brothers, if you still have any monthly tickets in hand, please cast them for the Medicine King! Sincere thanks in advance, thank you very, very much!

Originally, the plan was just two updates daily in April, with the occasional burst of extra chapters. However, the lesson learned from February proved that once the pace drops, regaining momentum becomes incredibly difficult. Thus, even though I didn't make a commitment at the start of the month, I set a personal goal of three updates per day in my heart.

For the latter half of this month, I will continue with three to four updates daily; five chapters are even a possibility! Please continue to support me. Even if you don't have a monthly ticket, even one or two recommendation votes are greatly needed. (^o^)/~。。 。。 。。V
