The Undying Body is a unique feature of the KOF's Celestial race; they possess an immortal form capable of instantaneous recovery from severe injuries. A classic example is in KOF '97, when Orochi, after being struck by Kyo Kusanagi's Orochi Nagi charged with the power of the great cosmos, recovered completely in just two-hundredths of a second.

Though Chen Feng's ** was not quite as formidable, the sheer ecstasy of watching his body mend in such a short time was undeniable.

"Why is this happening?" Chen Feng felt a spike of confusion. The last time he caused havoc in the palace of the Loki Empire, all his injuries were healed upon waking. While he'd considered it then without understanding, seeing it firsthand now confirmed he possessed this strange ability.

What was the cause of this power? Chen Feng puzzled, but clearly, this was no time for introspection. His wounds were mended, and his Cyclone power, replenished by the energy agent, was nearly restored. A wave of elation washed over him.

"You... you're better?" Philomena's mouth hung agape, unable to process the bizarre sight before her.

Chen Feng glanced at her, recalling her earlier conversation with the search party, and couldn't help but ask, "Whose room is this? And what about that 'young mistress' you mentioned?"

"It's Sister Filia's. She is set to marry Gupov, so naturally, she is the young mistress," Philomena replied.

"Filia marrying Gupov? Weren't the entire Baut family massacred by the Lef family? Why would she marry an enemy?" Chen Feng frowned, but the thought instantly galvanized his rage. "Vile woman, I won't find peace until I kill you!"

Philomena flinched at Chen Feng's surging killing intent, shivering slightly before whispering, "Did Sister Filia manage to escape to find you?"

Chen Feng stared at her, silent.

"I heard from Rex that you would come for revenge. I also knew where you were staying. So I snuck over to tell Filia. When she found out, she fled desperately. I hid in her room to help cover for her, that's why..." Philomena rushed her explanation.

"So it was you!" Chen Feng spat the four words through clenched teeth. He took a deep breath, forcing down the impulse to kill her, and stated coldly, "You saved me today. I won't kill you!"

With that, he pushed off with his toes, leaping to the door in a single bound, and instantly burst out.

While his recovery speed was rapid, without Philomena’s timely help, he would surely have been captured. Therefore, he owed the woman his life. Chen Feng showed mercy.

The cool night air brushed his face. He surveyed the rows of buildings before him, a cold smile spreading across his lips. He murmured softly, "If you wish to kill me, you must be prepared to pay the price!"

Then, like a fleeting breeze, he swept past a structure. He spotted two Lef family members patrolling the path not far ahead.

"I can hardly believe it. Is this Chen Feng Ente really the same cripple from a year ago?" one man said.

"It must be. Never mind if you don't believe it; who would? A cripple becoming this formidable in the second year! He even injured the Patriarch—what madness."

"Alright, stop gossiping. Hurry and search. This guy vanished after arriving here. But with four arrows in him, such heavy wounds mean he won't live long. He must be nearby. I say we all search thoroughly!" shouted the man who appeared to be the leader.

"Yes!" the men responded, scattering in all directions. Chen Feng sneered, pushing off the ground, and shot forward like a sudden tempest.

"Looking for me?" Chen Feng’s voice, low and cold, rang out behind them.

"Ah..." Hearing the voice, the men spun around frantically.

"It's him! Kill him quickly!" the leader roared, hurriedly pulling a magic staff from his robes, preparing to cast a spell, only to see the red-haired youth before him vanish in a blur.

"Where is he..." Before the words were finished, a sharp, violent pain erupted in the center of his back. His entire body convulsed violently, as if seized by cramps, and all strength fled in an instant as his consciousness began to fade.

"Behind me..." That was the last coherent thought remaining in his mind.

"Thud!" As the leader’s corpse hit the ground, Chen Feng, who was directly behind him, tore into the remaining group.

"Bang, bang, bang!" A rapid series of sounds of flesh tearing echoed. Dozens of Lef clansmen were shredded before they could even cry out.

"Don't kill me... I'm just a helper, only here today to fill a quota..." The last man, witnessing Chen Feng's savagery, stammered in terror.

It seemed that cowards seeking to preserve their own lives existed everywhere.

"Is that so!" Chen Feng said grimly.

"Yes, I only started today! I don't want to die!" the man shrieked.

"Bang!" Before the scream could conclude, his head shattered, ending his life instantly.

"Whatever family they belong to, the monster deserved it for working for the Lef family!" Chen Feng stated, turning his body after looking at the corpse and darting toward another direction, instantly melting into the shadows of the courtyard wall.

Mercy sometimes, the mercy of a weak woman, was never meant for this... Since he had come for revenge, he would not spare anyone, whether they were mere helpers or true Lef descendants—all must die!

At this moment, Chen Feng moved like a ghost in the night, his speed a flash of lightning. Driven by vengeance, he was an executioner harvesting lives; no living soul remained in his wake.

"He's here..." An anxious shout pierced the air. Immediately after, a head exploded, blasted apart by purple flame—a Lef family Level Five Magician died instantly at Chen Feng's hand. However, his cry carried far and wide.

That shout instantly drew out four Magisters from the side—the stragglers from the group that had attacked Chen Feng earlier.

"You court death!" Chen Feng let out a cold laugh, flicking his wrist. The Nether Feather Sword materialized in his hand. Activating Sky Dance, a streak of electric light shot from the air. The four Level Three Magisters were instantly vaporized without even managing a sound.

Instantly slaying a Level Three Magister was vastly different from killing the lower-ranking Lef mages, but it still testified to Chen Feng’s preposterous speed.

This was merely a minor interlude.

…………

"You demon! If you spare me now, I swear I will have my revenge when I grow up!" A youth, his face flushed red with rage, roared as Chen Feng butchered his entire family.

"You won't get the chance!" Chen Feng didn't even look, swinging his sword to cleave the boy in two.

Chen Feng showed no leniency toward potential threats, even if the target was a child!

This had nothing to do with cold-bloodedness. In a world governed by the strong, seeking revenge while pausing to consider whether certain people deserved death was a recipe for failure. Better not seek revenge at all.

…………

"Number one!" Chen Feng whispered softly.

Though less than ten minutes had passed, the number of Lef family members killed by his hand already exceeded three digits. Among them, the dozens of Magisters who had attacked him earlier were mostly slaughtered, and almost none of the Lef elders or high-ranking members survived.

"I hate killing," Chen Feng muttered to himself, "but I don't mind killing everyone who wishes me dead!"

Chen Feng was not inherently cold-blooded or insane, but if he were truly enraged, he would act without hesitation. His original intent for revenge was satisfied simply by killing Hari and a few others, but now it seemed far too little!

If the roots of the weed are not cut, he himself would suffer the consequences later!

Since he could kill over a thousand people in the Loki Empire Palace, he certainly wouldn't hold back against the Lef family!

"To dare use Uncle Wen to threaten me, to set a trap for me—then I will make the entire Lef family pay the price for this!" Chen Feng clenched his fist, and the Nether Feather Sword in his grasp seemed to sense his furious killing intent, emitting joyful hums.

The fact that Uncle Wen was held hostage did not affect him much.

While Uncle Wen was the person Chen Feng cared for most in Dragon Mountain Town, their time together had been relatively short. In terms of true affection, he ranked far below Xiao Hu, John, and Yas. Therefore, while their kidnapping angered him, Chen Feng would not let the enemy off the hook out of worry for Uncle Wen's safety; on the contrary, it only fueled his hatred.

…………

"Swish!" Chen Feng drilled directly into the foremost room of this massive courtyard.

"Who goes there!" a roar came from within the room.

Hearing that voice, an odd smile suddenly bloomed on Chen Feng’s face.

"Gupov."

A man lay haggardly on the bed. From the voice and appearance, Chen Feng immediately recognized him as Gupov, the first person who had bullied him after his transmigration.

"You... you are Chen Feng..." Gupov also recognized him, his face turning pale with terror.

Seeing him still confined to the bed, Chen Feng knew his Cyclone power must still be swirling within the man's body, explaining his condition.

"Heh heh, looks like your memory is good!" Chen Feng sneered.

"You... you are a devil! Help!" Gupov shrieked, his face stark white. He pressed something on the bed with his finger, and a sharp bell rang outside immediately.

"Bang!" At that moment, the roof shattered, and seven or eight Magisters jumped down from the air, all landing behind Chen Feng.

Chen Feng glanced back; these Magisters hovered around Level Two, staves in hand, radiating alertness.

"Seems like you have quite a few bodyguards!" Chen Feng chuckled coldly.

Wielding the Nether Feather Sword, he paid no attention to the Magisters behind him.

"Creeaak..."

A sharp sound came from outside the door, and Harif walked in.

The injuries on his body appeared to have already been healed using Light Magic, and his face was etched with intense fury.

"Stop!" Hari roared, his booming voice jarringly loud in the room.

Chen Feng sneered, ignoring him, and gently thrust the Nether Feather Sword forward, resting the tip against Gupov’s throat.
