The novel Reborn Supporting Female Character is launching on May Day, and there are so many things I want to say to all you lovely readers, yet I find myself at a loss for words.

When I first started writing this Reborn Supporting Female Character, the initial intention was purely to lift my own spirits. I had been writing historical romances for so long that I craved a change—a different style, a shift in tone. I dove in on a whim, driven solely by passion and enjoyment.

To sound a bit sentimental, I never initially expected this book to achieve any significant success or earn much money. Because of that, I never advertised it in my other works. I hadn't made any real preparations, and I was terrified that my initial fervor might wane before the end, leaving me unable to sustain the early enthusiasm. I worried constantly about it, but thankfully, you all have been there to support me. Seeing your tips, review tickets, PK tickets, and requests for faster updates—it truly meant the world to me.

My primary dedication, at heart, remains with my historical romances. I can’t change my fundamental stance just because this book isn't performing poorly. So, I must say something that you might not want to hear, something that might even invite criticism...

After this book officially launches, the update speed probably won't be very fast, whimper.

I know this news will disappoint many of you, so for those who have consistently supported me, I promise double updates for the week leading up to the launch. Outside of that period, the baseline will be a single update per day, plus an extra chapter for every fifteen Pink Tickets accumulated. Around May Day, since Pink Tickets will be doubled, it should only take seven and a half tickets to unlock an extra chapter...

That shouldn't be too much to ask, right? Especially since I plan on allocating some of my own small Pink Tickets toward it.

With this arrangement, the minimum update rate will be one chapter per day, with double updates guaranteed until the 7th. This means if you collectively submit eight Pink Tickets in a single day, I will release at least three chapters; if fifteen tickets are submitted, you get four chapters...

Anyone who has read my novels knows my character and integrity; I absolutely keep my promises. If nothing unexpected happens, my goal for the first month is just to secure a spot on the upper echelon of the Pink Ticket rankings—essentially, securing an advertisement space so that more readers can discover me.

If you enjoy this novel, please save your Pink Tickets and cast them for me on the first day. Also, I sincerely ask for your support with the initial subscription purchase... I am truly grateful to all of you.

If everything goes as planned, with double updates during the first week, the first chapter usually drops around 2 PM, and the second around 7 PM. If there's a third chapter, the second release will shift to around 5 PM, or the first chapter might even come earlier, around 8 AM. If you have a preferred time or way you like to consume your reading, please leave a comment and let me know!

Finally, a small spoiler: there’s a slight climax coming about a week before the launch. If you lovely readers vote with your Pink Tickets quickly, you’ll get to see Gu Bailian get severely punished very soon. Sending you all big virtual kisses—I love you all!~~~~ C
