The towering tree, piercing the clouds, suddenly manifested before them. Its canopy was vast enough to eclipse the heavens; looking up, it seemed to swallow the very sky, its branches diving deep into the inky cloud layers until the top was utterly lost to sight.

This single tree was far grander than any mountain; craning one's neck upward yielded no view of its apex. The dense foliage seemed to conceal everything, inspiring a deep sense of apprehension.

The tree's branches swayed slowly, like enormous hands, releasing an astonishing surge of vital energy into the air.

The soul-light surged straight upward, as if drawn by the crown of the tree. It rocketed towards the summit, granting Ji Changkong no time to react. In an instant, the soul-light had traversed over ten li.

The soul-light remained tethered tightly to Ji Changkong's main soul. Even standing beneath the tree’s shade, he could keenly track the trajectory of the drifting light.

Fortunately, Ji Changkong acted decisively. The moment he detected the soul-light being pulled by an external force, he charged forward recklessly. It was precisely this quick action that allowed him to maintain a clear sense of the soul-light's location, even here on White Bone Island.

Hush-whoosh! Hush-whoosh!

The tree truly possessed a life of its own. As Ji Changkong approached, its thick leaves thrashed about, creating a tremendous sound—a noise that seemed to convey a warning.

The soul-light continued its ascent toward the treetop.

Suddenly, amidst the dense, black clouds, the soul-light encountered an extraordinarily violent spiritual fluctuation. This wave arrived with terrifying swiftness, like a massive vortex that instantly dragged Ji Changkong's soul-light into its depths.

In that instant, the connection between Ji Changkong and that strand of soul-light vanished without a trace.

His spirit body felt no searing pain. Although he could no longer use his soul power to perceive the soul-light’s location, the absence of critical injury to his spirit told him the soul-light was likely intact for the moment.

Were it shattered, his soul would have immediately sent a jolt of agonizing pain. This strand, which he had labored so hard to condense, could not have been destroyed without his knowledge.

Clearly, the soul-light swallowed by that vortex-like mass of psychic energy had not yet completely dissolved from existence.

A cold shock ran through Ji Changkong. He could no longer spare a thought for how powerful the great tree might be. Channeling all his strength, Ji Changkong shot skyward, driving straight toward the summit of this profoundly peculiar tree.

Before long, Origin Poison and the Sky-Reaching Winged Dragons arrived at the base of the massive tree one after another.

Origin Poison looked up at the colossal ancient tree piercing the clouds, narrowing his eyes as he tried to sense it. His expression shifted abruptly. Without hesitation, Origin Poison also flew toward the tree’s apex.

The four Sky-Reaching Winged Dragons, however, became extremely agitated upon reaching this spot. If Ji Changkong were present, he would have surely noticed a deep-seated fear mixed with a sliver of reverence in their eyes toward the ancient tree.

Hush-whoosh! Hush-whoosh!

The tree gently swayed its branches, emitting an astonishing, alien sound in this area. The four Sky-Reaching Winged Dragons gazed up at the towering structure, visibly terrified. They circled the tree, issuing low growls, yet dared not emulate Ji Changkong and Origin Poison by flying directly to the top.

The four dragons stopped there, staring blankly at the impossibly huge, strange ancient tree. Though concerned for Ji Changkong’s safety, they seemed constrained by some unseen force, unable to pursue further.

Ji Changkong, singularly focused on reclaiming his lost soul-light, paid no mind to the tree’s peculiarities. He propelled himself at full speed toward the summit, unleashing his full power. His distance from the tree's peak was rapidly diminishing.

Brilliant starlight suddenly cascaded down from above. The light was pristine and flawless, and as it touched Ji Changkong, it filled him with profound astonishment.

After flying upward for an immeasurable time, Ji Changkong focused his gaze.

He gasped, crying out in disbelief.

There, upon the giant tree, hung seven dazzling stars, arranged in the pattern of the Big Dipper. The stellar energy emanating from these Big Dipper stars was exceptionally distinct. Having previously navigated several stars in his soul travel, Ji Changkong compared them and realized these seven stars on the tree were identical to those he had witnessed from afar in his Soul Star Domain.

The only difference was that these seven stars were vastly smaller than the actual Big Dipper stars in the boundless starry expanse. These miniature stars, reduced countless times, were only the size of a grindstone, yet their surface striations were clear, shimmering with a faint starlight.

Seven beams of stellar light, projected from the distant, boundless starry expanse, converged upon these seven small stars, seemingly supplying them with the power they required.

Arriving here, Ji Changkong released his spirit sense and could only faintly detect those seven beams descending from the heavens. He perceived they originated from the Big Dipper Constellation, with each beam corresponding to one star in that constellation.

It was as if the seven stars of the Big Dipper Constellation had pooled their stellar power into seven concentrated rays, projecting them across the vastness of the starry expanse to illuminate these seven miniature stars residing upon the ancient tree.

Taking a deep breath, Ji Changkong sensed them inwardly and was horrified to discover that these seven stars, miniaturized by an unknown factor, contained the purest essence of the Big Dipper Seven—power that was entirely unadulterated and immensely potent!

How could this be?

Ji Changkong was baffled. He had remained in the Sea Demon Forbidden Zone for so long, his spirit unable to sense the Big Dipper Seven. Yet here, above the White Bone Island, amidst the thick clouds, the purest, most flawless power of the Big Dipper Seven was shining down, nourishing this eerily strange, towering tree.

A flash of inspiration suddenly crossed his mind, spawning a bold, perhaps reckless, idea:

Could it be that the dense cloud layer above the Sea Demon Forbidden Zone concealed an ancient, marvelous Grand Array?

Perhaps this array was not intended to block the power of the Big Dipper Seven. Its true function might be to gather the scattered energy falling from those stars, condensing the stellar power over a wide area into these seven focused beams, all aimed at illuminating this incomparably strange, giant tree.

The thought bordered on fantasy, but Ji Changkong had a vague feeling it might hold truth. However, his soul-light had just vanished within the tree; he had no time to verify his speculations.

His gaze sharp as lightning, Ji Changkong fixed on the tree. Stepping back a short distance, he clearly saw that the tree's dense, cloud-like foliage resembled a head full of tangled, chaotic hair.

With this image in mind, Ji Changkong slowly shifted his gaze downward to the massive trunk beneath the canopy, and then to the seven stars suspended in the void.

Looking closely, Ji Changkong began to perceive that the seven stars seemed to subtly shift their positions as the ancient tree’s trunk swayed.

Gradually, the seven stars formed a new pattern. Between the stars, the dense foliage connected them.

Stepping back a bit further to observe clearly, Ji Changkong was horrified to realize that as the seven stars shifted, they subtly formed a slightly grotesque human face!

Two stars formed the position of the ears, two stars served as the pupils, two stars acted as nostrils, and the largest star occupied the position of the mouth…

The dense, thick foliage between the stars felt like the flesh upon this spectral face. This perception ignited a wondrous feeling within Ji Changkong, suggesting that this towering tree possessed its own consciousness—a sophisticated, intelligent being that had evolved over eons.

Soul-light! Don't forget the main objective. The sudden thought interrupted his musings.

The strand of soul-light had vanished entirely. Though Ji Changkong had arrived, he could not sense where it had gone. His connection to it had been severed once more, and now that his main body was present, he felt utterly helpless.

Release the spirit sense to investigate! Though risky, it was an option!

A thought sparked in Ji Changkong’s mind. After a moment of hesitation, he resolved himself and began to act. Calming his core, Ji Changkong attempted to let his spirit sense drift slowly out of his physical body.

Suddenly, Ji Changkong’s spirit sense registered an immense attractive force.

The seven stars began to rotate slowly. An irresistible suction erupted from them, so powerful it threatened to drag Ji Changkong’s spirit directly into their depths.

In that second, Ji Changkong realized his action had been rash. He exerted every ounce of his power, struggling desperately to keep his spirit body from plunging into that unknown vortex.

The lost soul-light was likely beyond hope now. Though his spirit body would inevitably suffer damage, at least his core spirit would be preserved. Given time, his soul power could recover slowly.

However, if his main spirit were dragged into that vortex, the consequences were unimaginable. If his spirit were pulverized and extinguished by that vortex-realm, he would truly be scattered—no possibility of survival.

Weighing his options, Ji Changkong immediately abandoned the lost soul-light and focused all his energy on controlling his spirit, attempting to retreat back into his physical shell.

But things went against his wishes. Ji Changkong was horrified to find that the strange attraction from the Big Dipper Seven intensified with his struggle. The more effort he exerted, the stronger the attractive force generated by the seven stars on the tree became—far exceeding his capacity to resist.

Ji Changkong was at his wit's end.

He could employ the Star Cloud Soul Refining Art to split his spirit, but having experienced the complete engulfment of his soul-light, he knew that wisps of soul energy would stand no chance against the power of the ancient tree.

If he fragmented his spirit using the Star Cloud Soul Refining Art, he wouldn't even need to struggle; the ancient tree would likely consume him entirely!

Therefore, he dared not use the technique, concentrating his spirit instead to mount a strenuous defense.

“Kong Kong!” Origin Poison finally arrived. His face changed drastically, and he cried out urgently, “Kong Kong, what’s wrong? Your soul, your soul…”

Although Origin Poison hadn't intentionally released his spirit sense, his profoundly unusual life form instantly detected the change in Ji Changkong’s physical state.

“Don’t come closer! Do not release your soul! If you want to save me, attack the body of this ancient tree—but absolutely do not use soul power!” Ji Changkong struggled, pushing out this mental command to warn Origin Poison against any foolish actions.

He knew Origin Poison well; its soul was incredibly powerful and bizarre. However, even Origin Poison’s soul power, while formidable, was far inferior to the ancient tree’s. Ji Changkong believed that if Origin Poison tried to attack with soul power as he had, it would suffer the same fate instantly. Using Origin Poison’s toxins, however, might offer a chance.

Origin Poison froze, looking frantic. “Kong Kong, Kong Kong, you must be alright! I’m counting on you to go to the Dead Star Domain with me! Be careful!”

Origin Poison, having gained insight into many secrets of the Dead Star Domain from the Heavenly Origin Pearl, combined with memories gleaned from Qu Le and others, was generally considered astute and unlikely to undertake reckless, futile actions.

Thus, upon Ji Changkong’s warning, Origin Poison refrained from a direct assault. He slowly retreated, pulling his soul power in tightly, not allowing even a single wisp to escape.

It seemed this towering tree only targeted soul energy specifically. When Ji Changkong’s spirit had been within his body, it remained unharmed. Once Origin Poison retracted its soul power and retreated further away, it indeed remained unaffected by the tree’s influence.

Just then!

Ji Changkong’s soul power could no longer hold out. Under the powerful suction of the seven stars, his struggling spirit could not break free. Slowly, bit by bit, it finally plunged entirely into the seven stars, silently disappearing into the star corresponding to the Tian Heng Star in the great mouth.

Seeing Ji Changkong’s spirit vanish into the star that mirrored the Tian Heng Star in the heavens, Origin Poison immediately acted, attempting to use its power to swiftly drag Ji Changkong’s physical body—still hovering nearby—away. It pulled the physical body back, suspending it a short distance from the tree, silently observing the strange phenomenon on White Bone Island.

Ji Changkong’s spirit had finally merged into the seven stars.

There was no light, no color—only an area of absolute darkness where one could not see one's own hand. This was an alien space. Within it, Ji Changkong’s spirit felt utterly empty and ethereal, sensing no flora, no fauna, not even air or dust motes.

The only thing he could sense was that strand of soul-light that had vanished earlier!

That single thread of soul-light was drifting aimlessly in this strange space, without direction or self-awareness…

However, the moment Ji Changkong’s main spirit manifested in this realm, the soul-light seemed to find its purpose. It swiftly flew toward the main spirit. In this bizarre space, the soul-light faced no obstruction, moving with incredible speed, and in the blink of an eye, it merged back into Ji Changkong’s main spirit body.

With the soul-light returned, Ji Changkong’s spirit immediately felt a surge of renewed vigor. The sensation of wholeness brought a slight sense of relief amidst his profound unease.

Now that his soul power was complete, should he encounter danger here, he would retain his peak spiritual strength, granting him a better chance of survival.

No plants or animals, just absolute darkness. Releasing his spirit sense revealed only vast, empty space; he felt nothing at all.

What was this place? Ji Changkong was deeply confused, utterly unaware of where he had ended up. This feeling bred a subtle anxiety. He didn't know how he had entered, and now, he couldn't find a way out.

Here, he felt at a loss—not knowing how to leave, not knowing how to exist in this strange space. Feeling nothing, being utterly alone, was deeply oppressive.

Absolute darkness, absolute silence. Here, he was guaranteed no disturbance from the outside world.

A perfect place for cultivation! There was no better environment to temper the spirit and focus on training. With this thought, Ji Changkong tried to relax, to calm his mind, and to utilize this marvelous space to hone his spirit…

As he released all restraint, settling into this space, and unfolding the profound mysteries of the Taixu Secret Record which assimilated all things, Ji Changkong suddenly sensed the faint presence of Big Dipper Seven power within this exceedingly strange realm. This power was hidden in the shadows, undetectable when the spirit was not deeply immersed.

Another person entering this space might only focus on escaping, and upon failing to find a way out, would likely wander desperately, hoping to encounter another soul, or even a blade of grass or a tree, just to avoid spending eternity in sunless solitude.

In short, few souls who inadvertently entered this place would calm down so quickly and dedicate themselves to cultivation.

The more he opened his heart and mind, merging with this strange space, the more profoundly Ji Changkong sensed the omnipresent stellar power saturating every corner.

It was not the power of a single star. This space contained the complete power of all seven stars of the Big Dipper. Their power was spread across every inch of this realm, yet it felt subtly different from the power he sensed from the Big Dipper Seven in the boundless starry expanse.

Here, the Big Dipper power was purer, as if this space had concentrated and gathered all the incoming stellar energy.

Only by focusing his entire being could he detect the faint yet supremely pure seven-star energy within this realm.

Since matters had come to this, Ji Changkong decided not to dwell on the past. He resolved that only by forging his spirit into something as tough as iron here could he buy time for survival. Whether Origin Poison or the Sky-Reaching Winged Dragons could rescue him, it would take time.

He could not help them; the only thing he could do was stay alive until they found a way to save him.

One had to truly feel it to sense the marvelous seven-star power imbued in this space. With the Taixu Secret Record circulating, Ji Changkong began attempting to absorb the surrounding stellar energy with his spirit.

The moment the intention to absorb arose, Ji Changkong’s spirit shuddered violently. He instantly discovered that not only could he not draw in the stellar power of this strange space, but the Big Dipper Seven power already residing within his spirit was beginning to leak out, diffusing into the marvelous realm…

Over the years, Ji Changkong had spiritually traveled to several stars, sparing no effort to gather and absorb the power of the Big Dipper Seven to temper his spirit and physical body. His soul, long refined by stellar energy, already carried much of that power.

He had always assumed this power would remain permanently fused within his spirit, never to flow out. Yet, in this peculiar space, he realized he was wrong. The power of the Big Dipper Seven, seemingly fused with his very soul, was rapidly leaking away under the influence of this realm.

Ji Changkong was terrified. If the Big Dipper power integrated with his spirit was absorbed by this strange space, the consequences for his soul would be incalculable!

The best-case scenario was a regression in his cultivation realm, falling from the Seven-Star Heaven back to the Six Harmonies Heaven. However, that was the optimistic view. If even a minor mishap occurred during this process, he could suffer a devastating mental breakdown, his soul shattering completely, vanishing from this world forever.

It was like slowly smelting and polishing a bowl over a long period; breaking it, however, required only a moment—one drop on the floor, and the bowl would shatter instantly.

The absorption of the Seven Star power within Ji Changkong's soul at this moment was quite similar to this predicament: once the power he had painstakingly gathered in his soul was gone, his soul could very well shatter, leaving no trace of life.

Consequently, Ji Changkong was terrified, deploying the full might of his soul's power in a desperate bid to halt the dissipation of the starlight within his spirit.

Just as he had been dragged into this marvelous space by this very power, the moment he exerted himself fully to resist, he realized his efforts were futile. The starlight within his soul began to leave him at an ever-increasing pace.

Suddenly, a profound weakness washed over Ji Changkong’s soul. As the stellar power flowed away, his spirit grew listless and withered.

No, absolutely not. If this continued, there would be no need for anyone else to rescue him; he would soon be utterly destroyed, his soul scattered to the winds.

All the profound insights from his arduous cultivation flashed through his mind, and finally, the Tai Xu Secret Record materialized in his consciousness.

Within his soul, the Tai Xu Secret Record slowly manifested. Ji Changkong didn't know what to do, so he simply immersed his soul within the Record, holding a faint conviction in his heart that the Record could guide him out of this predicament.

Miraculously, Ji Changkong once again entered the state of Wu Wo (Egolessness). All his sensory awareness gradually receded. At this moment, he had no concept of what he was doing; his soul remained suspended in this marvelous space, allowing the Tai Xu Secret Record to govern everything.

Without him realizing it, the Tai Xu Secret Record had entirely taken over his soul!

What was once a nebula-like soul had, at some point, transformed into the Tai Xu Secret Record itself. All his thoughts and consciousness coalesced into a single, small character, becoming a mysterious inscription within the Record, merging into one entity.

He never could have imagined that his soul had suddenly formed a space of its own, a sublime illusory realm woven from the condensed power of his soul. His very spirit was now enveloped by this Tai Xu Illusionary Realm, fabricated by the strength of his own soul.

Within this bizarre domain, his soul plunged into the illusionary space his soul had created. The connection between his soul and this external, wondrous space was obstructed by the Tai Xu Secret Record, with even a looming possibility of being severed!

The Tai Xu Secret Record moved slowly, without any discernible pattern, yet perfectly adhering to the most fundamental, trackless laws of the universe.

The Seven Star power flowing from his soul toward the outside world suddenly ceased—he couldn't tell when. The stellar energy he had cultivated for years no longer threatened terrifying disappearance, and his soul stopped weakening while he remained unaware.

This process lasted for a good while. Under the state of Wu Wo, Ji Changkong seemed to dissolve into the spirit of the Tai Xu Secret Record, radiating waves of incredible, blending power. At this instant, his soul vaguely reconnected with the strange external space, as if a tiny fissure had opened in the Tai Xu Illusionary Realm.

He knew nothing in his state of Wu Wo, but the power emanating from his soul forged a strange communion with this peculiar space.

Faint wisps of mystical Seven Star power began to gather slowly from all directions, creeping back towards his soul.

The situation had undergone a world-shattering change!

Not only was his soul power no longer releasing stellar energy, but it had begun absorbing the stellar energy of this strange space. Unbeknownst to him, the very Seven Star power he had just leaked out was returning.

In the realm of Wu Wo, everything in the heavens and earth seemed detached from him. He was as if he had become an intrinsic part of this wondrous space; whatever this space possessed, his soul could partake in.

This was a realm utterly unimaginable to ordinary people! It was a state that ordinary beings could never truly comprehend, let alone achieve in a lifetime!

His soul merged with this space, accepting the purest stellar power the realm offered—in a mysterious manner he couldn't even perceive himself!

The Origin Poison, carrying Ji Changkong's physical body, stared blankly at the colossal, ancient tree whose branches swayed violently before them. He rigidly adhered to Ji Changkong’s instructions: never using any power related to his soul, relying only on his most primal understanding and mastery of virulent poisons, he released thin streams of toxic energy from within his body.

These tiny threads of venom, virtually invisible to the naked eye, stealthily seeped into the giant, ancient tree.

The Origin Poison, an anomaly born from the Poison Canon, was the very essence of toxicity. Capable of absorbing all the world's deadliest poisons, he could naturally unleash the most terrifying toxins known to this world.

According to the elders of the Ten Thousand Poisons Sect, even his urine could poison a master at the Eight Trigrams Heavenly Number Peak realm, and even a Nine Palaces Heavenly Scholar could not escape its effects.

Since emerging from the Poison Canon with Ji Changkong, the Origin Poison rarely used his toxins as an offensive weapon. This was partly because Ji Changkong kept strict control, severely restricting him in this area, and partly because the Origin Poison felt it unnecessary, as he had never truly encountered a situation demanding the release of his full venomous might.

However, facing this bizarrely massive tree this time, with his soul power rendered unusable, he was finally driven to employ his toxic abilities.

Threads of poison from the Origin Poison were released, silent, unseen, and intangible, quietly infiltrating the colossal tree.

This immense tree, taller than any mountain, with foliage so dense it seemed capable of obscuring the heavens, began to show yellowing and withering in its uppermost canopy.

Swish, swish, swish! Swish, swish, swish!

The dense, hair-like branches and leaves at the summit of the ancient tree, much like an ordinary tree in autumn, gradually detached and drifted gently in the void as they turned yellow.

The Origin Poison watched, continuing to expel the toxins within him, hoping to inflict greater damage upon the ancient tree using his venom.

A bitter smile played on his lips. He knew that while his entire store of poison could kill virtually any living creature, the sheer magnitude of this colossal tree meant that destroying it entirely with his venom might consume all his strength!

One reason was the tree’s immense size; another was that as a plant, it lacked flesh and blood, giving it a naturally stronger resistance to toxins than the sanguinary humans and fierce beasts.

Therefore, confronting this ancient tree meant the Origin Poison would face mutual destruction, and he even harbored a faint uncertainty about success.

Yet, he proceeded regardless.

"Eh!" The Origin Poison suddenly cried out in alarm, astonished to see the withered, yellow leaves on the ancient tree abruptly begin to turn green again. The entire colossal tree seemed to be suddenly nourished by some force, bursting forth with renewed vitality.

The Origin Poison was stunned, experiencing frustration for the first time, even beginning to doubt whether something was wrong with the poison in his own body.

An extremely faint fluctuation emerged from the trunk of the ancient tree. Although he wasn't intentionally releasing soul power, the Origin Poison keenly detected this whisper of a fluctuation—it seemed to originate from Ji Changkong.

The Origin Poison suddenly realized: although the power emanating from the ancient tree was minuscule, the mere fact that it existed meant Ji Changkong was fine—at least, at least he was still alive.

This discovery temporarily eased the Origin Poison’s frustration stemming from doubts about his own power. He dared not fully release his soul energy, cautiously observing the ancient tree and slowing the rate at which he released his poison, wanting to see precisely what was happening.

"Eh!" The Origin Poison screamed again.

He stared dumbly at Ji Changkong’s physical body perched on his head. Because his arms gripped Ji Changkong’s body, he could clearly feel the blood within him boiling like hot water. Faint but distinct traces of Wood Element energy from the Five Elements flew out of Ji Changkong’s body, rapidly surging into the colossal tree.

Due to the infusion of this Five Elements Wood energy, the yellowing leaves instantly became lush and green. The ancient tree seemed to be lessening the effect of the poison and began to revive.

The Origin Poison was dumbfounded, almost cursing aloud. He had been working tirelessly for Ji Changkong, only to find that the physical body he was carrying on his head had, at this critical juncture, actually aided the ancient tree!

"Kongkong, what in the world is going on? Are the changes in your body unintentional or deliberate? You have to give me a hint, or I won't know what to do," the Origin Poison muttered to the body he carried, hesitant and undecided.

Alas, Ji Changkong offered no reply, nor did he provide any clue.

After hesitating for a while, the Origin Poison decided that the changes in Ji Changkong’s body must have been actively induced by the tree opposite. In his view, the tree must have gained control over Ji Changkong’s soul, manipulating it to link back to the physical body.

He resolved to continue applying poison to the ancient tree!

Just as he prepared to do so, a much more pronounced spiritual aura, belonging to Ji Changkong’s soul, burst forth from the center point of the seven stars shaped like the Big Dipper! Suddenly, the seven stars, diminished in size perhaps countless times, reformed into the seven-star pattern and began to rotate slowly.

Waves of intense sucking force, violently aimed at the soul, erupted once more. Fortunately, the Origin Poison was prepared; upon seeing the seven stars change, he instantly yanked Ji Changkong's soul and retreated at a speed faster than anyone else’s escape.

On the Big Dipper formed by the ancient tree, beams of genuine starlight suddenly blazed forth!

Specks of starlight converged, like shards of fine crystal, descending from the Ninth Heaven, all falling onto the seven miniature, spinning stars.

The Origin Poison keenly perceived that the venom he had infused into the ancient tree was rapidly vanishing without a trace!

Meanwhile, Ji Changkong's soul power, initially weak, gradually strengthened, growing so potent that even without using any soul power himself, the Origin Poison could clearly sense it.

Something is strange! The Origin Poison realized the anomaly. He stopped releasing his venom into the ancient tree, instead carrying Ji Changkong’s body further away from it, observing with cautious vigilance.

Immaculate, pure starlight poured into the miniature seven stars. Intense soul fluctuations emanated from them. Amidst those violent soul waves, Ji Changkong’s own aura was present, and the proportion taken up by his aura was continually increasing!

The Origin Poison was certain that Ji Changkong must have done something inside the ancient tree, otherwise, such bizarre changes would not have occurred.

The Origin Poison stopped moving, fixing his gaze firmly ahead.

For a long, long time...

A faint, ethereal wisp of soul slowly drifted out of the fiercely swirling vortex. That vortex should have been sucking everything in, yet this strand of soul was incredibly peculiar; defying the rules of heaven and earth, it managed to wrench itself free from the incredibly powerful suction.

The dense stellar energy of the Big Dipper flowed like lightning across that sliver of soul. Although it was in soul form, it shone brilliantly. Just a single glance confirmed that the stellar power of the Big Dipper now firmly enveloped that strand of soul.

This was Ji Changkong’s soul power!

The Origin Poison recognized it clearly and his face lit up with joy. Carrying Ji Changkong’s body, the Origin Poison shouted, "Kongkong! Kongkong, hurry! Your body is here! Come in quickly!"

The weak soul, encircled by the lightning-like seven-star energy, seemed to hear his clamor. Unaffected by the vortex, it slowly drifted toward the Origin Poison.

At an unhurried pace, the soul finally slipped back into Ji Changkong’s physical body. The moment the soul entered, Ji Changkong’s body suddenly began to shine brilliantly. Fine, crystalline white light instantly enveloped his entire frame like faint lightning.

In that instant, Ji Changkong became a luminous source, glowing brilliantly in a manner that astonished all onlookers.

However, he did not wake up immediately. His eyes remained narrowly shut, maintaining that miraculous state...

The Origin Poison, filled with delight, carefully supported Ji Changkong, fearful that he might fall and shatter into pieces.

Strands of crystalline light wrapped around Ji Changkong for quite a while, circulating through every bone and meridian. The Origin Poison could sense that this crystalline light was the very same energy that had poured down from the Ninth Heaven onto the seven stars.

Indeed, this was the power of the Big Dipper!

For some inexplicable reason, the ancient tree opposite mysteriously ceased emitting surging soul power. Instead, it settled into true silence, and even the streams of stellar energy descending from the heavens gradually calmed.

The ancient tree seemed... seemed to have truly reverted to being an ordinary tree.

"Little Poison, it’s a good thing you caught my body, otherwise, this body of mine would have suffered major injury," just then, Ji Changkong suddenly opened his eyes. Seven tiny stars flickered across his pupils, and his entire presence radiated a mysterious aura.

"Kongkong, you broke through?" the Origin Poison asked, deeply shaken.

With a relaxed smile, Ji Changkong nodded, "I am now at the peak of the Seven Star Heaven realm!"
