The collective crowd now deeply regretted their actions; the rebels' flying saucers had all been destroyed by us, leaving them no choice but to ride their Pterodactyls to scour the land for starships. Yet, these Pterodactyls were truly astonishing; tens of thousands taking flight in a dark, overwhelming swarm presented a truly breathtaking spectacle, causing rebels everywhere to flee at the mere sight.

My image, wielding a laser sword to slaughter the enemy, had already spread throughout the rebel ranks. The cost of over three hundred thousand lives finally taught them the true meaning of fear. Furthermore, the brains of six or seven hundred thousand rebels exploding had instilled in them a profound dread of Zhu Da, Cai Bao'er, and Xia Huren. Often, the Ape-men soldiers hadn't even arrived before the rebels vanished without a trace.

A month passed, and we finally located the remaining eight starships one by one. To be honest, these vessels were so enormous that hiding them was nearly impossible. Yet, precisely because of their immense size, if the Dragon Girl hadn't provided guidance, we might have stood right on top of one and never realized it was a starship.

Those eight starships were straightforward matters; being objects of rebellion, they were immediately confiscated. Of course, they had to remain in place for the time being, guarded only to prevent rebel sabotage. We would unify and transport them to Dragon Mountain once we repaired them. Now, only Has's single ship remained.

Has, that old fox, was exceptionally cunning, maintaining distance from both factions by hoarding his strength, likely hoping to profit from the conflict. However, he hadn't accounted for the unexpected arrival of myself, Zhu Da, and the others. Now, if he intended to seize dominance, he would certainly need to think twice. Never mind the Ape-men soldiers; even I alone could slaughter his meager forces. After all, since he abstained from cloning, his troops were all products of natural reproduction and simply couldn't match the numbers of Kang Hui's rebels.

After dinner that evening, the six of us gathered to discuss how to approach Has for his starship. The Dragon Girl stated, "Starships are inherently private property; I doubt Has will readily agree to surrender it to the state."

I responded, "We can reason with him and present the facts. With the Moon serving as an artificial satellite, Earth's micro-environment can be greatly improved, substantially raising humanity's odds of survival. This is a beneficial endeavor for the nation and its people."

Elena laughed, "Do you think this is a civilized society six thousand years in the future? Do you really think that old scoundrel Has will listen to you?"

Zhu Da declared, "Let's not mince words with him. If he agrees to hand it over, there's no issue. If he refuses, we'll just beat him up."

Cai Bao'er chimed in agreement, "Exactly! See if he dares to resist! If he resists, we'll simply stomp him flat!"

I conceded, "Very well, we shall employ courtesy before force. If he is wise and understands the situation, he’ll turn over the ship. Otherwise, we’ll take it by force. At least the nuclear missiles inside are gone; we don't have to worry about that."

Xia Huren looked troubled, "All sixty nuclear warheads are missing without a trace; I fear this could become a major threat."

I stepped out of the tent and gazed at the brilliant starry sky, saying, "What is coming will eventually arrive. We shall face it with composure."

Zhu Da and the other two followed me out, "We depart for Yanshan first thing in the morning. Don't overexert yourselves tonight; be careful not to exhaust yourselves to the point of inability to move."

Elena shot him a playful glare, "Mind your own business and hurry up to bed."

The Dragon Girl laid out the bedding and said to me, "Dragon Emissary, I think I'll sleep in another tent tonight. You and Sister Nana can have some private time; I won't disturb you two."

Before I could speak, Elena hugged the Dragon Girl, "What are you afraid of? Haven't we slept together before? It would be wonderful if we could have him between us, one on each side."

The Dragon Girl demurred, "But I can't... be intimate... with the Dragon Emissary. Watching you two be affectionate is agonizing."

Elena chuckled coquettishly, "Zhao Qian, you know what you need to do tonight, right? Don't disappoint the Dragon Girl. She’s been suppressing her desires for days; if she doesn't vent them soon, it’ll cause big problems."

I stripped off my outer robe and crawled into the covers, "No problem. The spring night is short; let's get into bed quickly."

Elena pushed the Dragon Girl onto the bed, then shed her own clothes and slipped in beside her. The Dragon Girl, with resignation, began to undress. "Dragon Emissary, the wound on my neck hasn't healed yet; I wonder if it will be alright."

Since the three of us slept in the sterile room together, the Dragon Girl no longer acted strong in front of me, but was as soft and dependent as a kitten. Of course, this dependence was only apparent when it was just the two of them and me. If anyone else were present, she would revert to being a stunning, ethereal princess, detached from worldly concerns.

I carefully examined the Dragon Girl’s neck wound and said, "Aren't Bai and Xue medical experts? Let them check it again tomorrow."

The Dragon Girl nodded. The remaining time became a world of three, naturally filled with utter bliss.

...I covered the two women with the blanket and lay down on my side, reflecting on the experience of arriving six thousand years into the future. Overall, things had gone relatively smoothly. Although the path ahead remained vague, the plan for creating the Moon had shown some progress. Once the rebels were cleared out, and the detailed Moon-creation plan was handed over to Long Xi, then I could take Elena and the Dragon Girl home.

But could I really bring prehistoric humans back to the future? I was uncertain about this. I either needed to go back and ask Little Raindrop, or find a theoretical basis to support it myself. Fortunately, I still had three months to prepare for this matter, so I wouldn't worry about it too much for now.

Thinking about the future, and feeling the lingering aftershocks of passion from the two women beside me, I soon drifted off to sleep.

In the morning, the Dragon Girl and I emerged from the tent. Zhu Da and Cai Bao'er were roasting meat over the fire. There wasn't much food available here. Of course, if we were willing to eat the unpalatable synthesized rations, we wouldn't have to worry about supplies. But after one taste, none of us could bear the smell of it again, so we had all been hunting and eating roasted meat.

"Here," Zhu Da handed me a large slice of roast meat. "Replenish yourself properly. I heard you were busy until the latter half of the night last night."

Elena flushed, "Are you listening outside?"

Cai Bao'er said, "Why would we need to eavesdrop? We were being open about it. Your voice was the loudest; it kept us awake!"

Elena gave me a hard stomp but said to Cai Bao'er, "Whose fault is it that your brother is too capable? I couldn't handle it, so of course, I had to call out. Also, didn't a certain someone promise to introduce me to ten American girls and have me participate in our nation's astronomical gathering? What if I get unhappy? All those things will be canceled."

"Ah!" Cai Bao'er immediately covered his mouth, daring not to speak another word.

Zhu Da eagerly leaned in, "Good sister-in-law, considering all the hardship we endured to travel six thousand years back to find you, I deserve a share of this, right?"

Elena asked, "Do you know what you should do now?"

Zhu Da chuckled, "I know. See nothing, hear nothing."

Elena smiled, "That's a good boy. You'll get your due when we get back."

Glancing at the Dragon Girl, who remained completely unmoved by the exchange, Elena said to me, "My country is known worldwide for its sexual freedom. I never thought I’d become the most conservative, old-fashioned one in front of the Dragon Girl."

The Dragon Girl laughed, "You call your country open? Where I come from, there are no species distinctions. However, this situation will soon be rectified, and the marriage laws I suggested to my brother will be implemented. It won't take long for the chaotic genetic era to conclude."

Zhu Da, however, commented, "I think this is fine. Visiting occasionally for a vacation is a great option—a very exciting and stimulating journey."

I raised the piece of roast meat in my hand, "Everyone, eat quickly. We depart for Yanshan soon."

To show our sincerity, we only brought a few thousand troops to Yanshan. Otherwise, a massive army descending upon the city would lead Has to believe we were threatening him, provoking the old man to fight back, which would mean more killing.

More than a month had passed since the Battle of Dragon Mountain. Even if Has’s intelligence was slow, he must have heard of Long Xi's great victory. Thus, upon hearing of the Dragon Girl's arrival, he prepared a welcoming ceremony ten times grander than the last.

After the grand welcoming banquet, Has invited the Dragon Girl to a secret chamber for a private discussion. Zhu Da, Cai Bao'er, Xia Huren, and I followed closely behind the Dragon Girl and did not leave. Has smiled and offered no obstruction, though it was clear he had also increased the number of his guards.

Inside the secret room, the Dragon Girl and Has communicated in their own language, while the four of us stood by, unable to understand. Judging by Has's expression, the Dragon Girl must have brought up the matter of surrendering the starships, as Has was visibly angry. Though he hadn't erupted, his demeanor was certainly unfriendly.

Zhu Da whispered to me, "It seems your plan won't work. Starships that large, and the ships themselves are huge energy repositories. Even if they can't be powered up right now, no one willingly gives up such treasures. I say, stop the nonsense and just take it."

Cai Bao'er added, "Just wipe him out! Why all the trouble?"

I watched the Dragon Girl negotiate with Has and said to the two with a smile, "We must win people over with virtue to avoid later generations calling us brutal killing machines."

"Tch!" they retorted. "You just want to build a good image in front of the pretty lady, don't you? You've already slept with her; what are you afraid of her thinking?"

Zhu Da and Cai Bao'er were unaware of the true nature of my relationship with the Dragon Girl. They assumed that because we shared quarters at night, we must have been intimate. I didn't correct their misunderstanding and instead instructed them, "Do you want to learn how I woo beautiful women?"

They replied eagerly, "Of course, we dream about it! And we must succeed before you do, otherwise, if the beauties see you, we're done for!"

"Since you want to learn, then watch me carefully," I advised.

The two looked thoughtful, a sudden enlightenment dawning on them, as if they had found the secret key. They stepped aside and fell silent. Meanwhile, Has could no longer suppress his rage and said a few sharp words to the Dragon Girl. The Dragon Girl was likely explaining patiently, but Has grew angrier with every word, eventually standing up and gesturing for them to leave.

The Dragon Girl then turned to me, "Has refuses outright to hand over his ancestors' relic. I explained the logic clearly, but he says no one knows if the thing is useful, and that humanity's fate has nothing to do with him. What do we do now?"

I replied, "Since we agreed on courtesy before force, and he rejects our courtesy, then we must resort to force. Tell him our identities—we are here under the command of King Long Xi of Taihao to confiscate the starships. If he is sensible, he will withdraw his guards and allow our men to take over security. I believe your brother will compensate him for any losses. If he is not sensible, then it will be swords and spears."

The Dragon Girl translated my words directly to Has. Hearing this, Has burst into loud laughter. I couldn't tell if he disbelieved the rumors circulating among the rebels or if he simply didn't think the four of us looked like the terrifying ogres capable of wiping out a million troops. As soon as his laughter died down, a giant guard, three meters tall, leaped out from behind him, swinging a fist the size of a washbasin down toward my head, as I was nearest to him.

Zhu Da was faster, stepping in front of me. Though shorter than me, he grabbed the giant's descending fist. "Commander Zhao, let me handle this! It’s time for your brother to show off!"

It seemed Zhu Da was putting my recent instruction to good use, intending to make a display in front of the Dragon Girl. I stepped back two paces, clearing the space for them. Zhu Da held the giant soldier's thick arm fast, rendering it immobile. Zhu Da then exerted force and gave a mighty shake, sending the giant soldier flying!

Boom! He crashed straight through a load-bearing wall, shattering it completely! The three-meter-tall giant soldier struggled helplessly amidst the rubble. Has was stunned. He had heard the rebel tales of four demon kings who killed without mercy, but he had always assumed the rebels were exaggerating out of fear and overstating the Long family's strength. He knew better than anyone how few capable generals the Long family had produced over the last century. The relief of Dragon Mountain City must have involved outside help, but since every rebel involved in that battle was annihilated, the circulating versions of the war were diverse. Though the core element remained four killing demon kings, Has hadn't paid them enough heed.

Now, the short Zhu Da had effortlessly hurled a three-meter guard away with such force that it shattered the thick stone wall! Could this be one of the killing demon kings? It was nearly impossible for an ordinary human to possess such divine strength.

The Dragon Girl was likely reprimanding Has for allowing his subordinate to launch a sneak attack. Has only laughed louder, then stomped his foot, and his figure vanished through a crack in the floor, leaving a string of echoing words vibrating beneath the ground.

The Dragon Girl’s face changed, and she told us, "Has, that old scoundrel, is despicable! He says he wants to test our martial skills to see if the four of you are truly the legendary killing demon kings. If you are the generals Long Xi sent to relieve Dragon Mountain City, he will unconditionally hand over the starships. If you are frauds, he won't show any mercy."

Cai Bao'er sneered, "His calculation is precise. If we win, he won't be able to refuse to surrender the ships; if we lose, then there's no need for politeness."

The Dragon Girl said, "Shipmaster Has has always been someone who takes advantages but never accepts losses. Otherwise, he wouldn't have watched the Taihao Kingdom fall into chaos due to rebel activity for so many years without offering aid."

I said, "Let's first figure out how to get out. This is a secret chamber; I observed the materials when we came in—they are extremely dense and thick. Besides the door we entered through, there is no other exit." That door, naturally, had sealed behind us.

Zhu Da didn't believe it and stepped forward to punch the wall. Boom! Stones flew, and indeed, there was a thick layer of metal underneath. Zhu Da summoned all his strength and struck several more times, yet he couldn't even make a dent.

"Impressive! It really is an extremely hard metal. I doubt we could manufacture this in six thousand years, Mubai?"

I explained, "It’s a new type of titanium alloy we can’t currently produce. At best, it’s harder than the 3X alloy we used for the Mercury-class submarines—no, to be precise, its hardness is fifteen percent greater than that, but it cannot compare to the super-hard alloy code-named 'Adamant.' However, titanium alloy resists high temperatures. My laser sword is also helpless against a wall this thick."

Cai Bao'er exclaimed, "Are we going to be trapped in here then? I said we should just beat him up! You insisted on courtesy first, and now look what happened!"

Zhu Da tapped Cai Bao'er on the forehead, "Look at you, so lacking in perspective. Did you forget Commander Zhao’s guiding principle just now? When the mountain presses down, we must remain unperturbed; meet force with force, water with earth. Think about it: Commander Zhao saw through the chamber's structure as soon as he entered; do you think he's completely unprepared?"

Noticing the Dragon Girl’s look of reverence toward me, Cai Bao'er gave a thumbs-up. "Brilliant! Truly brilliant! This one lesson is worth years of study for us."

Sigh! Actually, I wasn't deliberately trying to capture the Dragon Girl's attention. After all, she was already practically mine; I didn't need to show off.

Xia Huren rubbed his face and then the wall. "The temperature is rising. The old man seems to think we haven't had enough roasted meat these past few days."

I composed myself. "Comrades! Although I tried my utmost to leave a path to survival for Has and the citizens of Yanshan City, he is now forcing us to kill him. We will smash our way out and then carry out the Massacre of Yanshan!"

Zhu Da and Cai Bao'er cracked their knuckles. "Great! But how do we get out? You're not suggesting we bash this titanium alloy open with our heads, are you?"

I touched my own head. "No, I will do the smashing. But I think my shoulder will be more effective than my head."

The Dragon Girl looked at me with concern. "Can you manage it? If you're not sure, let's think of another way..."

I said, "No need to think about it anymore. That fellow Has tried to trade you for thirty flying saucers last time; I've despised him ever since. This time, we'll steal all his flying saucers. Then we won't have to endure the wind and rain when we travel or run errands."

If this were before my third evolution, I certainly wouldn't be confident in smashing through this titanium alloy chamber. But the moment I sensed danger, my nervous system had rapidly reported the surrounding environment to my brain, including the hardness and thickness of this titanium alloy. At first, I thought I was just imagining things, but after seeing the few punches Zhu Da threw, all the data matched perfectly, which made me dare to fully trust my instincts.

My brain automatically calculated my current physical strength. I possessed the absolute capability to smash through this titanium alloy wall—as long as my speed was fast enough, even a small bird could bring down an airplane. Only now did I truly understand how fast I was. Under normal exertion, I could reach speeds a hundred times the speed of sound! Previously, my top speed was only around ten times the speed of sound. Now, my speed had increased tenfold! Of course, the physical effort required would increase proportionally, but my strength after the second evolution was incomparable to before; an increase in stamina naturally implied an increase in speed as well.

This rapid calculation by my brain startled me. This process happened without my direct involvement; I hadn't intended it, nor did I know how external data was being detected. Had my brain also evolved to possess autonomous intelligence? Was I a machine or a human?

If I were human, I was already a creature with autonomous intelligence; what would the term "evolution" even mean? If I were a machine, what about my origins? Was this a joke? Simply drinking snake blood caused this change?

I resolved that I must thoroughly examine whether I was human or machine when I had the chance. However, I had a premonition that I must be human; otherwise, many things couldn't be explained. If machines could be as realistic as humans and could even reproduce like humans, I figured the world would be overrun by machines. After all, Little Raindrop couldn't even have children.

Although many thoughts raced through my mind at this moment, the duration was extremely brief. After taking two steps for momentum, I instantly pushed my speed to the limit. A violent gust of wind, swirling the gravel on the floor, struck the thick wall. The others only heard a deafening boom, and then a perfectly formed human silhouette appeared in the opening. It looked a bit like a frame from a cartoon, but this kind of hole was completely normal at such high speeds.

The Dragon Girl, with an admiring look, was the first to run out of the opening and stand beside me like an adorable pet begging to be stroked. Zhu Da and Cai Bao'er poked their heads out in dull confusion. Xia Huren pulled them aside and squeezed out first. While we were talking, the room temperature had risen significantly; it seemed old Has truly intended to roast us alive.

"He's heating the secret chamber from underground," Xia Huren noted, as there was no fire visible outside.

I declared, "Later, we'll drag Has over and shove him into this secret room to taste what roasted meat feels like."

"We agree!" Zhu Da and Cai Bao'er, due to their stout figures, squeezed out of the hole I had created. "In the end, we still have to fight, but in Commander Zhao’s words, this time our fight is righteous. Future generations won't say we slaughtered innocents without cause. Brothers, charge!"

I turned to the Dragon Girl, "I'll escort you out of the city to meet the main army. You and Elena stay at the camp while we secure the starships, then we'll come back for you."

"No!" The Dragon Girl shook her head firmly. "You carry me, and then go back for Sister Na. Kang Hui is still missing, and Has has many capable men. I must consider my safety, because only if I and Na are safe will you be able to fight without worry, right?"

I smiled; this was happiness. But if the Dragon Girl remained this attached to me, I wondered if the women back home would get jealous. After all, they were busy with their tasks every day and only had evenings to spend with me. With each display of my powerful abilities, the Dragon Girl's sense of dependence on me grew stronger. If—and I stress, if—she couldn't return with me to modern times, could she endure the separation?

Zhu Da, Cai Bao'er, and Xia Huren were already long gone. This kind of task needed no instruction; they simply left the city to bring in the main army. We had shown maximum goodwill; Has’s failure to appreciate it was his own mistake!

I carried the Dragon Girl back to pick up Elena, and then charged into Yan Mountain City with the overwhelming army. This time, the fight between the Giant Ape Soldiers and the Giant Soldiers wasn't one-sided like the battle against the clone rebels. However, with the addition of the four of us, the few Giant Soldiers Hassel had were quickly brought down, and the entire Yan Mountain City was alight with flames.

The Giant Ape Soldiers, having the upper hand, naturally went on a killing spree. Enemy skulls were smashed open indiscriminately, whether they were civilians or defending soldiers. This was precisely why I was hesitant to deploy them initially; usually, Zuda and Cai Bao'er could keep these Giant Apes in check, but once the bloodlust of battle took over, they were hard to control, leaving them to slaughter the enemy forces completely. Bai and Xue were only spared the fate of having their skulls caved in because Zuda saw that **Xue had stirred his desire.

Hassel did have a few subordinates with special abilities, but they could only last a couple more moves against Zuda and Xia Huren. The massacre continued from morning until afternoon. During that time, dozens of flying saucers managed to take off from the city, but I caught up to them, forcefully ripped them from the ground, and flipped them over as if catching a turtle. These saucers lacked an automatic self-righting function, so they were easily subdued. This time, I dared not use my laser sword to destroy them; after all, flying vehicles from this era were already scarce.

After the battle, there wasn't much to tally up in terms of spoils, especially since the Giant Ape Soldiers left nothing worth counting. These brutes were too savage; I knew I would have to find a way to settle them down sooner or later. What was depressing, however, was that Hassel had escaped. He certainly didn't leave by air; he most likely fled through a secret passage, but he only had one destination: the starship!

It was then that the captured saucers proved useful. Guided by the Dragon Girl, the four of us quickly familiarized ourselves with the flying saucer control systems and sped off in four saucers toward the ship's location, while the Pterodactyl army, being slower, could only follow behind.

The Dragon Girl, Elena, and I shared one saucer. Elena observed the equipment inside, saying, "Only now do I truly feel the high technology of a prehistoric civilization. Always riding those giant birds makes us seem no different from primitives."

I replied to Elena, "Their saucer systems are quite backward, and these craft cannot perform long-distance voyages, nor do they have necessary firepower support."

The Dragon Girl added, "Yes, these saucers were only designed for flight inside the starship, which is why their design is so simple."

Elena hesitated and then asked me, "Zhao Qian, I suppose I count as your wife now, right?"

I solemnly confirmed, "Of course. You are designated number 12."

Elena said, "I don't mind the number, but I am now yours, and you are a citizen of the Great Dragon Kingdom, yet you are mortal enemies of our M Nation. How exactly should I handle the relationship between us? I still love my country."

The Dragon Girl intervened, "Nana-jie, that's where you are wrong. Didn't you say it yourself? Marry a chicken, follow the chicken; marry a dog, follow the dog. You can no longer identify as M Nation folk. You are Zhao Qian's wife now, which makes you a citizen of the Great Dragon Kingdom. Even if you don't want to harm the country you were born in, you cannot betray Zhao Qian."

Elena stated firmly, "The Dragon Girl doesn't need to worry about that point. I would die before revealing anything about Zhao Qian. But psychologically, I need to conquer this. Now that I've discovered such a super civilization and such formidable aircraft, should I report this to the M Nation government? While these vehicles might seem obsolete to you, they were still very advanced in our time."

"Tch!" I scoffed, "Save that talk for after you've seen our gear when we get back. If your M Nation truly desires these flying machines, I can build thousands of them for them to buy when we return."

The Dragon Girl piloted the saucer ahead, leading the way, and told Elena, "I absolutely trust the Dragon Envoy. With the Dragon Envoy's capabilities, he certainly isn't interested in these flyers; his ambition lies in building the Moon!"

Elena responded, "Mmm. Zhao Qian has mentioned some of their technology to me before. I must have been momentarily overwhelmed, suddenly boarding a legendary UFO and letting my mind wander. In the future, I must learn from the Dragon Girl and absolutely never do anything to betray Zhao Qian."

I declared, "You two are the people I trust and cherish absolutely. Even if you sold me out, I would have no regrets and would happily help you count the money. Since I love you today, I will love you tomorrow, the day after, and forever and ever. But let's set that aside for now. The reason I want to build the Moon is that I fear the changes here will affect the world six thousand years in the future. If I return and find my wives gone because of what I did here, I will absolutely kill myself!"

The Dragon Girl laughed, "I thought you were solely focused on improving our current Earth environment and ensuring the survival of humanity. It turns out you have some selfish motives too. But this selfishness moves me deeply, as it shows your love for them. You remember them even when you are here with us, which means we can trust that you will also remember us when you are with them."

The three of us conversed as we quickly arrived above the large basin. We contacted each other through the simple communicators on the saucers. I said to the Dragon Girl, "First, use the laser weapons on the saucers to open the outermost gate and see if we can fly straight in."

A few beams of laser light shot out, but something unexpected happened: before the beams reached the cave entrance down the mountain, they were blocked by an invisible glass-like layer and then deflected diagonally outward.

"Repulsion Shield!" the Dragon Girl and I exclaimed simultaneously.

The Dragon Girl asked, "The Dragon Envoy knows about this?"

I replied, "I've studied it. This is a defense mechanism specifically designed to block laser weapons. If the energy is high enough, it can stop all attacks, including all hot and cold weapons, and even starships."

The Dragon Girl didn't have time to discuss it with me. Through the observation screen, she saw several rocks on the mountaintop automatically shift aside, followed by the emergence of multiple laser firing mounts from the cave entrance. Beams of light shot out quickly and accurately toward our saucers.

"Hassel has repaired the starship's defense system!" the Dragon Girl exclaimed in surprise.
