Having escaped the Ye family's pursuit, Ji Changkong grew increasingly furious. He had saved the sisters Yi Jia and Yi Rou, yet instead of showing gratitude, they harbored resentment and sought out the Ye family in Black Stone City to confront him. Since starting out, he had never encountered such ungrateful wretches. (This novel is reprinted from Shiliu Literature Network)

He hadn't gone far, positioning himself atop a tall building, gazing distantly at several small black dots. With a dark expression, he intended to teach the sisters Yi Jia and Yi Rou a lesson.

The man beside Ye Tian, Zhou Fuyun, was a true master, likely possessing the cultivation level of the Six Harmonies Heaven Realm. With Zhou Fuyun present, Ji Changkong dared not act rashly, choosing instead to remain hidden, silently watching them and searching for an opening.

He was increasingly convinced of the profound power of the Tai Xu Secret Record. Zhou Fuyun was in the Six Harmonies Heaven Realm; logically, someone at the Four Symbols Heaven level shouldn't be able to detect Zhou Fuyun's presence. Yet, when he extended his spiritual sense, he could clearly perceive Zhou Fuyun's aura, while this very master remained oblivious to Ji Changkong’s hiding spot.

All signs pointed to the Tai Xu Secret Record he cultivated possessing unique advantages in detection and concealment, clearly superior to other Heavenly Master secret arts.

After instructing Zhou Fuyun, Ye Tian watched him depart alone. Ye Tian then took Yi Jia, Yi Rou, and several Ye family servants back to a manor owned by the Ye family in Black Stone City.

The Ye family was vast and powerful, and Black Stone City fell within their sphere of influence. Many Ye family experts were currently stationed within that manor. After shadowing them to the vicinity of the estate, Ji Changkong observed covertly for a time and realized that within the Ye family manor, achieving his objective regarding Yi Jia and Yi Rou was impossible.

He kept watch all night.

The next morning, Ye Tian led a few Ye family members away from the manor, seemingly heading out to search the city for Ji Changkong’s trace. Yi Jia and Yi Rou remained inside the estate, presumably waiting for news from Ye Tian.

Ji Changkong concealed himself in the branches of a large tree near the Ye family manor, watching the estate from afar. Even after Ye Tian and his party left, he still hesitated to enter, choosing instead to remain hidden in the tree, patiently biding his time.

Perhaps finding the long wait boring, the sisters Yi Jia and Yi Rou, after politely declining the company of the Ye family servants, left the estate that afternoon and headed to the bustling city center of Black Stone City for a stroll. Throughout the journey, Yi Jia’s expression was sour, her voice constantly muttering complaints, while Yi Rou followed with a pained look, ceaselessly trying to soothe her elder sister.

They could never have imagined that Ji Changkong, with breathtaking audacity, had actually stood guard outside the Ye family manor all night. They wandered through several shops in Black Stone City specializing in exquisite silk gowns, purchasing several items in succession, seemingly attempting to vent their simmering anger through shopping.

As dusk began to settle, Yi Jia was still clearly aggrieved. She and Yi Rou returned together to the Ye family manor.

It was getting late, and the streets were sparsely populated. Yi Jia and Yi Rou reached the entrance of a relatively secluded alley. Yi Jia continued to curse under her breath: “That damned fellow, the useless Ye Tian, it’s infuriating!”

“Sister, you’ve been scolding all day, aren't you tired?” Yi Rou hung her head, looking distressed. She was utterly weary of Yi Jia’s tirades. “Maybe that man really didn't do anything to us. Let the matter pass; just forget about it. Why dwell on revenge?”

“Impossible! This is the first time we two sisters have ever left home, and that hideous devil took advantage of us completely. If I can’t teach him a lesson, I’ll die of anger when we get home! Hmph, he’s so ugly, yet he dared to be so brazen and touch us—I simply cannot swallow this insult!”

“Sister, if a handsome young man had done that to you, would you still resent it so fiercely?”

Yi Jia froze, glaring at her sister with exasperation, a mix of tears and laughter on her face. “Yes, yes! If it had been a handsome man like Ye Lie or Ye Tao doing that to me, perhaps I would have pretended to forget. You mischievous girl, I know you’ve been quite taken with Ye Tao ever since he visited our Yi family last time. This trip out, you insisted on coming to the Tianwu Nation—wasn’t it just to catch another glimpse of Ye Tao?”

“No such thing!” Yi Rou’s face flushed scarlet as she hastily denied it.

“Silly little girl, you’re blushing,” Yi Jia chuckled, her mood improving slightly at her sister’s reaction. However, the moment she recalled possibly being sullied by that man, her face soured again. With a resentful sigh, she continued, “Little Rou, we absolutely must deal with that fellow. If he goes around spreading what happened that day, do you think Ye Tao will still like you?”

Yi Rou panicked, grabbing Yi Jia’s arm urgently. “You’re right, Sister! What if he tells everyone? If Ye Tao finds out I was bullied by that man, he’ll surely look down on me! What should we do, Sister?”

“Don’t worry, I’ve already thought it through!” Yi Jia narrowed her eyes and said coldly, “Cut out his tongue, and he won’t be able to speak carelessly.”

Splash! Whoosh!

The sound of rippling water suddenly came from the alley entrance ahead, and a surge of wave power crashed towards them.

The two young ladies’ faces shifted. Yi Jia cried out, “It’s him!”

Yi Rou visibly panicked, gripping her silver whip and immediately lashing out without thinking, sending layers of shadowy strikes forward.

Silver whip shadows materialized in the void like silver snakes, whipping directly toward the incoming wave.

Yi Jia raised her short sword; it flared like a glowing hot iron, releasing a brilliant red sword light as she attacked alongside Yi Rou.

The first wave of power was the weakest. The combined efforts of Yi Jia and Yi Rou managed to neutralize its force entirely. Without daring to relax, as soon as the energy from the first wave dissipated, they immediately struck out again, continuing their assault forward.

The night before, in that inn, they had witnessed Ji Changkong’s Surging Wave Art. The first two waves had already been terrifyingly potent. If Zhou Fuyun hadn't intervened, they both would have been injured by the final, surging wave. Afterward, Zhou Fuyun had warned them that the third wave was extremely powerful—even ordinary Four Symbols Heaven Masters would find it tricky to withstand, urging them to be extremely cautious if they met it again.

The alley was narrow, and the three waves of the Surging Wave Art boomed toward them from the front; they had nowhere to dodge and could only grit their teeth and endure.

The second wave was also rolled back under the combined defense of the two sisters. In the very next instant, the third, far more violent wave, carrying immense force like a crashing waterfall, violently hurtled toward them.

Yi Jia and Yi Rou faced this as a grave enemy, exerting their full strength to resist, hoping to withstand the sweep of this oppressive wave.

Boom!

Yi Jia and Yi Rou’s faces were ashen as they were forced backward by the violent surge. The power of the final wave far exceeded the first two. Although both were in the Four Symbols Heaven Realm, the depth of the sisters’ innate energy could not compare to Ji Changkong’s. Coupled with the immense destructive force of the third wave, their defense was strained to the limit.

As the third wave broke, a ghostly figure suddenly materialized behind the two sisters.

Rumble!

The sound of the Nine Heavens Divine Thunder exploding erupted from behind them. Caught off balance trying to fend off the third wave, the sisters could no longer withstand the force of the lightning striking their backs. Struck simultaneously, both were knocked crashing to the ground.

“Two little sluts, causing trouble for this master time and again! Do you really think I’m easy to bully!”

A coarse voice came from Ji Changkong. Before the sisters could recover, his figure flickered, and he instantly appeared before the terrified duo. He slapped his palms down, and Yi Jia and Yi Rou immediately felt their limbs weaken, losing all ability to resist.

Pulling out a rope he had prepared earlier, Ji Changkong stepped forward without hesitation and bound Yi Jia and Yi Rou. Before their frightened shrieks could fully escape, he produced two wads of coarse cloth and stuffed them into their mouths, then swiftly carried them away.

The sky was darkening, and there were few pedestrians around the alley. He had acted quickly and succeeded swiftly. Before anyone noticed the commotion, he had vanished with the two women.

In the Civilian District, an area of Black Stone City sparsely populated, primarily by beggars and the destitute, there was a stretch of derelict, desolate houses to the southwest, commonly known as the Ghost House Quarter. Beggars and poor folk in the vicinity avoided this place, ensuring it remained unnervingly quiet.

Hanging in mid-air from the branches of a bare tree were the sisters Yi Jia and Yi Rou, bound by ropes, their mouths gagged with the cloth wads, their faces pale and etched with terror.

Beneath the tree, Ji Changkong, whose disguise remained intact, held Yi Rou’s silver whip and wore a look of malicious glee. “You two little hussies, you were the ones who came looking for trouble with this master. Damn it, I didn't lay a hand on you last time, and you really thought I was a pushover!”

“Mmmph… Mmmph…”

Yi Jia and Yi Rou shook their heads desperately, their faces filled with dread as they tried to speak.

“Damn it, I said I wouldn’t do anything to you, but you wouldn’t listen! Fine, now that you’re in my hands, I’ll really give you a lesson... to make you remember!” Ji Changkong stepped in front of Yi Jia and smacked her shapely backside hard with his hand.

Yi Jia’s face turned pale, and she trembled in fear. The ropes binding her tightened around her form, emphasizing the pronounced curves of her figure.

Yi Jia was slightly curvier, with a firm, rounded bottom and full, bulging breasts. Yi Rou was more slender, with snow-white skin and long, straight beautiful legs that dangled and kicked helplessly in the air, her expression pitiable.

Having taught them a lesson before, Ji Changkong showed no mercy this time, cursing their ingratitude. He reached out and smacked Yi Jia and Yi Rou’s rear ends repeatedly with force, showing no gentlemanly restraint.

“Damn it, you two little wenches, so you hated this master because I’m old and ugly, is that why you insisted on getting revenge? Do I deserve such unfair treatment just because I’m ugly!” The more he thought about it, the angrier he became. He gave Yi Jia’s rounded bottom another hard pinch, sneering, “Not bad, quite elastic back here!”

Yi Jia and Yi Rou, their eyes welling up with tears, glared at him hatefully, all the prior spirited aggression gone.

Snap!

He snapped the silver whip, striking the two sisters with moderate force across their backsides, causing their tears to flow even more freely.

“That’s enough for today. If you dare try anything against this master again, I won't treat you so leniently.” He glared fiercely at the two sisters, let them down from the tree, and returned their belongings. However, he did not untie the ropes immediately. Feeling greatly satisfied, he turned and departed with a flourish.

In the end, he was not a true villain and could not bring himself to take things further.
