Facing Reef's questioning, Fang Senyan smiled and said, "We're going to make a trade. Don't worry. I have principles." Reef nodded silently, "I trust you." Looking in the direction the Host flew, it was clearly toward the previous location of the Taqi Tribe.

Two or three kilometers before reaching the Taqi Tribe's home tree, Fang Senyan jumped down from the Host. Besides the powerful Wyvern belonging to the old chieftain, the Taqi Tribe also possessed considerable archery skills. Rushing in carelessly might lead to an aerial disaster.

When they were within one kilometer of the home tree, members of the Taqi Tribe spotted them. However, upon seeing Fang Senyan, these individuals immediately urged their heavily armored horses to flee shamefully into the distance. Fang Senyan proceeded to the home tree, where he found the current Taqi chief, Muru, and Muerbo standing dejectedly at the entrance, their faces etched with shame. "My brother, please forgive our cowardice on the battlefield. We retreated only because we received a divine oracle from the Earth Mother, Eva—absolutely not because of danger!!"

Muru spread his hands in deep anguish. His expression was contorted, his features gaunt, and his eyes bloodshot, making his distress seem genuine. Fang Senyan let out a long sigh. "Relax, my friend. I understand your feelings and respect your faith. I will treat that incident as if it never happened. We remain brothers."

Muru shook his head mournfully, tears welling in his eyes. "No, I am unworthy to be your brother. I am a coward who fled the battle line."

He instinctively drew his bone blade, pointing the hilt toward Fang Senyan. "Please end this shameful life of mine. It will bring me much relief."

The High Priest Muerbo, who had been shedding performative tears beside him, panicked instantly and grabbed his son. "Oh! My child, don't do this! I was the one who forced the retreat! If anyone should be blamed, it should be me!"

Fang Senyan watched coldly, easily discerning the false sentiment lurking deep within High Priest Muerbo. But Muru’s sincerity was evident. Not wanting to waste time, Fang Senyan firmly returned Muru's bone blade to its sheath and stood before him. "Since I said the matter didn't happen, let it end here. Do you want me to be a man who breaks his word? Actually, Muru, there is something I came here to ask you."

Muru immediately grew eager. "What is it?"

At this moment, the dark-skinned fellow suddenly displayed a peculiar expression—one tinged with an indescribable sleaziness and wantonness, much like the look on Brother Edison as he ushered a young model into a hotel elevator. He licked his thick lips. "I recall you mentioning last time that the women of the Mossak Tribe were quite something?"

Muru looked startled, nervously glancing at his father standing nearby. "Did I say that?"

The dark-skinned fellow immediately sensed an unspoken difficulty. He also noticed Old Man Muerbo's face darkening, looking ready to enforce tribal discipline. The others quickly laughed and looked up at the sky, attempting to brush the topic aside.

However, Fang Senyan’s introduction of this topic had inadvertently opened a common ground for all male creatures to speak. The hierarchy within the Taqi Tribe was not that strict to begin with, so some Taqi warriors who had been eavesdropping from the periphery now cautiously chimed in, likely to liven the atmosphere and perhaps because they had their own insights.

"Yes, yes!" "Though those degenerates of the Mossak have lost the favor of the Earth Goddess, their women have become exceptionally alluring!" "It is rumored that this is due to the sacrificial towers built by the Fallen Ones." "They are certainly better looking than our own skinny women." "Their chests are high; they must feel good to the touch." "Their butts are also very round."

Fang Senyan listened to their drivel and realized that fundamentally, they were all saying that the women of the Mossak clan were more voluptuous. But what did this have to do with the Earth Goddess? Clearly, because the Fallen Tribe had fewer taboos and could treat anything they killed as prey, their food supply was abundant, leading to fuller, taller females—a natural consequence of rich nutrition.

At this moment, Fang Senyan had no intention of wasting time arguing with them. Ignoring the glowering Old Muerbo, he pulled the extremely embarrassed Muru aside. "It seems the aesthetic sense of your tribe's men aligns with yours."

Muru looked surprised. "That's quite normal, isn't it? Otherwise, why would so many people pursue the most beautiful girls?"

Having grasped their mindset, Fang Senyan cleared his throat and adopted a serious tone. "Actually, I came here this time to make a trade with you."

Muru looked utterly ashamed. "Look, if you fancy something of ours, just take it. Why bother with a trade?"

Fang Senyan thought: Your straightforwardness is commendable, but regrettably, there is nothing of yours that truly catches my eye. This matter probably rests on that cunning old Muerbo. So, he stated directly, "I just attacked the Mossak Tribe and captured many of their women and children. If the Taqi Tribe is willing to pay a sufficient price, I might consider selling them to you. Otherwise, they will be offered as sacrifices to our allies."

Muru snorted dismissively. "My friend, lies will rot your heart." Fang Senyan rolled his eyes in exasperation. "But I'm not lying. Forget it. Tell your father exactly what I said and have him come talk to me."

Muru obeyed and left. A moment later, Old Man Muerbo approached, scrutinizing Fang Senyan with a skeptical gaze. "While this may be rude to say, I still find it hard to believe. The Mossak Tribe hasn't suffered a loss of more than ten members in many, many years. I don't believe that you, still under the shadow of the Earth Mother Eva's wrath, could accomplish such a feat."

Fang Senyan spread his hands open, quite frankly. "Alright, Priest Muerbo, you should applaud your own eloquence, because what you just said successfully extinguished my desire to lower the price... Give me some time."

Fifteen minutes later, a young man riding a heavy armored horse rushed rudely to the base of the home tree, his face flushed crimson with excitement, his whole body trembling... "Ch-ch-chieftain! Priest! S-so many Mossak Tribe women and children!!!" (What is this youth so excited about? The only explanation is that Na'vi children mature early—that thought is quite wicked.)

It was evident that what Fang Senyan had arranged was for Mogansha to bring two hundred Raptors to 'escort' the Mossak captives. The reason for Mogansha's involvement was that he was a ranged attacker; if anyone tried to flee, a bolt would conveniently control the situation. The Mossak people were only strong in two areas: their ability to control beasts and their ranged attacks. With their legs severely injured, each Mossak member was paired with a Raptor, carried aboard the Host. They posed no threat, so their transport was quite swift. Organizing these people onto the Hosts, however, took time.

Muru and Old Man Muerbo, though still finding it incredible, were instantly and utterly conquered by the reality before them. Old Man Muerbo was particularly agitated—not because the old fellow had any lingering interest in women... but because the Taqi Tribe had just suffered a severe blow, resulting in a major gap in their core able-bodied population. If left to natural replenishment, it would take at least twenty years to recover to their previous peak strength. However, if the tribe acquired this batch of women and children, these children could become adolescents in about three years, essentially counting as half an adult. In five to ten years, they could become fierce warriors. This meant the tribe's recovery time was more than halved!

As for loyalty, the issue Fang Senyan and his group considered most critical, it could be overlooked. The Na'vi people were still in a primitive, Stone Age era; their customs, in a certain sense, resembled the ancient tribes of the steppes! For instance, before Temujin rose to power, his wife was captured by an enemy tribe, and very violent, intimate things occurred (readers under eighteen should look away). When Temujin reclaimed his wife, she was pregnant, but the child was born smoothly, and Temujin accepted him as his own, wholeheartedly. This child was supposedly Ogedei Khan (or perhaps Tolui? My memory might be faulty). The customs of the Na'vi people can be partially inferred from this.

Once these Mossak tribesmen became Taqi captives, their options were death or assimilation. Upon assimilation, they were required to swear before the Earth Mother Goddess Eva absolute loyalty to the current tribe. But this was Pandora, and the key difference from Earth was that the Earth Mother Goddess Eva truly existed! Therefore, very few dared to betray their oaths.

"An opportunity for the tribe to rise again, even the Mossak's secret beast-taming techniques, sufficient women and children..." Even the cunning High Priest Muerbo trembled with excitement, muttering to himself.
