Zheng Zha had no idea about any of that; he kept running while incessantly inquiring about the direction of the White House. After running for a while, he suddenly realized that Lin Juntian hadn't said a word. He looked down to see the man’s eyes already rolling back, which terrified him into stopping abruptly near a black sedan. He then carefully channeled his internal energy into the man’s body.

Lin Juntian was truly on the verge of collapse, but as the internal energy flooded in, he felt a surge of heat rush through his system, finally settling somewhere near his lower abdomen. This sudden stimulation shocked him back from the brink of unconsciousness. The first thing he managed to utter was, "Stop!" before he started gasping deeply for air.

Zheng Zha apologized with a sheepish look. "Sorry about that. I completely forgot you haven't enhanced your physical attributes—you're just a regular person. Carrying you while running that fast must have been too much for you... Are you alright?" Lin Juntian managed a weak smile. "Is this the power of a Reincarnation Squad member? Heh, it truly exceeds my expectations. This is like something straight out of a sci-fi martial arts film... Was that Qinggong just now? It was absolutely formidable, felt like riding a motorbike at top speed."

Zheng Zha chuckled sheepishly and quickly pressed for information. "Which way is the White House? Heh, my apologies again for earlier. When we travel again, I'll keep feeding you internal energy; we definitely won't have a repeat of that situation."

Lin Juntian paused slightly when he heard the words "internal energy," but he quickly regained his composure. After glancing around in all directions, he pointed behind a specific large building. "It's that way. At our previous speed, it would take about half an hour to reach the White House from here... But, can we strike a deal? That speed earlier was truly unbearable. Perhaps you could just let me down and I'll walk the rest of the way..." Before he could finish, Zheng Zha had already hoisted him up and surged forward again. The howling, cold wind rushed in, causing the man to immediately squeeze his eyes shut. Yet, this time, the biting wind didn't feel suffocating; he could even manage to pry his eyes open slightly against the fierce gale. It was only then that he noticed an indescribable, warm current flowing from the hand by which Zheng Zha held him. This gentle warmth stimulated his body, erasing the discomfort he had felt earlier, replacing it instead with a sensation of profound comfort.

"Is this internal energy? I can't believe the things from martial arts novels are actually real?" Lin Juntian asked Zheng Zha in astonishment.

Zheng Zha ran on, laughing lightly. "This is the Reincarnation World. At the 'Main God's' location, you can redeem countless incredible things—from Eastern mythology, Western mythology, various forms of future technology, things from movies, cartoons, and even comics. Not to mention legendary items—the sheer variety is endless. Even those of us who are seasoned veterans of the Reincarnation World still haven't fully grasped everything available for exchange at the Main God's; it's virtually infinite... In short, your priority is to survive, then grow stronger continuously until you can exist in this Reincarnation World. After that, you can return to the real world..." Lin Juntian was incredibly moved by the prospect. Especially after physically experiencing that wondrous internal energy, his yearning for the 'Main God' space grew stronger. However, the current situation didn't allow for idle musings. Even with Zheng Zha constantly supplying him with internal energy, the headwind remained ferociously cold. At this moment, he could only strain to keep his eyes open to discern the direction, his voice occasionally cutting through the rushing air as Zheng Zha propelled them forward.

"It’s right there... The White House."

When Zheng Zha finally sprinted down from the highway, following Lin Juntian's directions, he turned onto a wide avenue. Ahead lay a long, straight road, and at the end of it was the residence and office of the President of the United States: the White House! The vicinity of the White House was currently teeming with countless citizens. These people were loudly protesting outside the presidential residence, some holding banners and chanting slogans, while others tried to breach the gates. It was only thanks to countless security guards and the steel fencing surrounding the grounds that they were held back. But while the guards could contain their physical advance, they couldn't suppress their clamor; bottled up with nowhere to vent, the crowd roared even louder.

Besides the agitated protestors, many people were pointing upward at a small flying saucer hovering mid-air—positioned directly beneath the massive fortress, suspended about a thousand meters up—which remained eerily motionless.

"Whew, just in time. The West Sea Team didn't manage to destroy the White House with a single blast. Otherwise, things might truly unfold as Chu Xuan predicted, forcing us to spend the next few days constantly running."

Seeing the White House intact, Zheng Zha let out a sigh of relief. He gently set Lin Juntian down, and they began walking slowly toward the compound together. However, long before they got very close, they were completely bogged down by the dense crowd. Helpless, Zheng Zha once again lifted Lin Juntian and charged forward using sheer brute force. In an instant, he carved a path directly through the masses.

While running, Zheng Zha suddenly set Lin Juntian back on the ground and whispered urgently, "Hide carefully in the crowd. The enemy's psychic controller has already scanned us... Stay hidden, and for heaven's sake, don't show any expression different from the ordinary people. There are so many people here; you should be able to blend in well enough..." Before he finished speaking, Zheng Zha stomped his foot and leaped upward, lightly stepping on the heads of several bystanders. Before those people could fully react, he had vaulted over the iron fence and breached the White House grounds.

A person flying through the air like that, whose movements perfectly mirrored descriptions of Qinggong from Chinese martial arts novels—even using pedestrians' heads as stepping stones—and yet leaving them completely unharmed, stunned the surrounding onlookers into silence. They stood frozen until several seconds later, when the cacophony of the crowd resumed.

Zheng Zha paid no mind to the reactions around him. He immediately drew the Hu Po Blade, ready to unleash the recently mastered technique if the flying saucer above showed any sign of movement. Using that technique, a thousand meters of altitude wouldn't be insurmountable, but having never used it before, it was likely a double-edged sword that could injure both his opponent and himself... Federal officers inside the White House rushed in from all directions, their pistols aimed squarely at Zheng Zha. Especially upon seeing the massive, crimson long blade in his hand, their nerves became taut. At a time of alien invasion and intense social upheaval, if the government's high-ranking officials were attacked by a madman, the consequences would be disastrous. Thus, these federal officers were utterly braced; the slightest unusual movement from Zheng Zha would trigger their immediate assault.

(Right, as for high-tech weaponry, the equipment used by these aliens counts. The Dragon Crystal Necklace should offer some degree of protection, though it certainly wouldn't withstand a direct blast from that giant fortress's main cannon...) Zheng Zha glanced at the handguns held by the surrounding officers, then proceeded to ignore them, focusing his entire attention on the flying saucer hovering above. He contemplated entering his Qian Long Bian state to attempt flying up a thousand meters to engage in close combat—this was his only viable approach now that his Green Devil Skateboard was restricted. However, while he was still pondering, the saucer in the air began to descend, stopping approximately one hundred meters off the ground. Then, a beam of blue light shot down from its underside, illuminating a spot about ten meters in front of Zheng Zha.

(A bombardment? It looks somewhat like the shelling used by the fortress in the film, but I never knew this small saucer could employ that kind of attack... Should I counterattack now? Like in the movies, striking the cannon muzzle during bombardment causes the entire fortress to explode violently. Are these West Sea Team members truly fearless?) Zheng Zha calculated internally, weighing his options for attack, when the blue light suddenly shimmered with a fluid, wave-like distortion. When the fluctuation ceased, a blond Caucasian man stood within the light. The man appeared to be about twenty-four or twenty-five, possessing an exterior so handsome it bordered on the demonic. He stood around one meter eighty-nine tall; in the real world, he could easily become a superstar idol, but here in the Reincarnation World, he looked entirely too ostentatious.

This devastatingly handsome blond man was dressed in the most classic Count attire, reminiscent of European vampires, complete with a blood-red, fluffy cape draped over his shoulders. His golden hair, sharp features, and slightly brooding demeanor made him look exactly like a creature from European legend. Most strikingly, he held a single rose whose bloom was visibly withering at an alarming rate. The whole presentation was so flamboyant it defied description.

Zheng Zha glanced at Lin Juntian’s state, then looked over at the vampire-attired blond man, murmuring quietly to himself, "Indeed... the half-breeds pale in comparison to the genuine article. Only the authentic foreign devils qualify as absolutely over-the-top..." Before he could say more, the flamboyant foreigner spoke. "I am Reinhardt von Rogrimus, Captain of the West Sea Team. You may call me Reinhardt..." (That name is quite melodramatic too... It always reminds me of the invincible male protagonists in novels, complete with brilliant blond hair and handsome looks... Did this guy modify his appearance using the 'Main God's' exchange system?) He jumped towards...
