A cascade of data materialized before Fang Senyan’s eyes: "Your Weapon: Ambition will inflict 140 base damage on the Half-Orc." "Flintlock Rifle Weapon Trait: Charge is triggered; the bonus critical hit rate added by Charge is now an additional 50%." "You struck the enemy's vital head area; your critical hit chance for this attack increases by 26%." "Your weapon, Ambition, will land a critical hit this time." "Due to the installed component: Woven Steel Thick Canvas Black-striped Bandolier, the critical effect triggered by Charge will increase from 250% bonus damage to 300%!" "Your theoretical damage for this strike is now increased to: 140 x 300% = 420 points!" "You successfully struck the Half-Orc's head; the actual damage inflicted by your weapon, Ambition, on the Half-Orc is 373 points!" "The damage inflicted upon the Half-Orc's head exceeded 1/6 of its maximum health, thus this strike will also cause partial functional impairment to the head organs."

Of course, at the very instant Fang Senyan fired, the other two Half-Orcs were not idle either; they roared and expelled noxious white vapor, then charged forward, hoisting their weapons! Smash down!

Fang Senyan's Agility had already reached 28. Merely pausing for the duration of the shot meant he was too late to evade the savagely ferocious attacks of the two Half-Orcs! The cudgel and the stone axe simultaneously whipped up a dull gust of wind, hammering heavily against Fang Senyan's back and head! These two blows unbalanced Fang Senyan, causing his vision to blacken momentarily as he pitched forward toward the ground. The cudgel inflicted a full 70 points of actual damage upon him! The stone axe chopping across his head was a critical hit, spraying blood everywhere and draining a staggering 124 points of his health.

Fortunately, at this critical juncture, Jiao Shi (Reef) charged in, unleashing a “Heart-Rending Roar.” An invisible shockwave churned, scattering dead branches and leaves everywhere, sweeping over a vast surrounding area. The three Half-Orcs were also engulfed by this shockwave, stumbling awkwardly and immediately falling into a slowed state of 70% hindrance.

Fang Senyan instantly capitalized, rolling across the ground to swiftly escape the zone covered by the two Half-Orcs' reach. Then, letting out a guttural roar from deep within his throat, he bent low and lunged straight at the filthy creature! His tightly clenched fists pulled back, then violently struck out again, landing heavily on the abdomen of the Half-Orc whose head had been severely wounded! Damage! Crush Damage!! The Nightmare Mark registered an actual damage value of 53 + 30! Crush Damage was truly potent!

Indeed, Fang Senyan’s imposing 40 Strength finally took effect, manifesting the mighty power of Crush Damage against this Half-Orc. Although Fang Senyan’s gauntlets were utterly commonplace, when combined with the potent boosts from his other gear, even relying on basic attacks and the defense-ignoring capability of Crush Damage, he could still inflict devastating damage upon the Half-Orcs!

The Half-Orc immediately bent over in agony, spitting out a mouthful of foul-smelling vomit! But it was no easy target either; it retaliated with a swift punch to Fang Senyan’s chest! Even this hasty counterattack knocked nearly sixty points of actual damage off Fang Senyan’s health! Clearly, given the world difficulty level of Tier 7, Fang Senyan’s inherent talent, "Toughness," was having a significantly diminished effect.

However, immediately after this punch landed, a flash of blue light, like a fleeting electric spark, shimmered across the surface of the battle armor Fang Senyan wore. A strange cry suddenly pierced the air—the sound of the Raptor emerging from its shell. A faint blue luminescence suddenly enveloped Fang Senyan’s fist!

His fist shot out with indescribable speed! Retracted. Struck out again! Retracted. Struck out again!

When Fang Senyan threw the first punch, the speed increased noticeably. When he threw the second punch, it left behind an afterimage. The third punch, when delivered, was ethereal and formless, almost like a gust of wind passing by! The indentation where the Half-Orc had been struck hadn't even begun to recover before Fang Senyan’s fist struck again, and retracted.

Fang Senyan’s armor effect! Raptor Hormone Injection was activated! The next three basic attacks will have their attack speed increased sequentially by 100%/200%/300%!!! But the damage of each attack is reduced by 50%!

Fang Senyan noted: Although his base damage was indeed reduced by 50%, the secondary calculation for Crush Damage was exempt from this 50% reduction! This undoubtedly meant that Crush Damage had a higher priority than gear reduction effects.

With the first punch thrown, Fang Senyan’s current attack speed increased by 100%, reaching a terrifying speed equivalent to 56 Agility! When the second punch was thrown, it was at a speed equivalent to a terrifying 78 Agility! The peak speed of the third punch even surpassed the attack speed equivalent of over 100 Agility!!

Consequently, these three punches were delivered in rapid succession, all within two seconds! While the base damage of these three punches seemed low due to the 50% sequential gear reduction, the accompanying Crush Damage judgment was completely unaffected by the gear reduction rules and ignored the enemy’s defense! More importantly, during the judgment process, one of the Crush Damage instances landed a critical hit!

"Your basic attack inflicted: 25 + 30 (Crush) = 55 actual damage on the Half-Orc." "Your basic attack inflicted: 26 + 31 (Crush) = 57 actual damage on the Half-Orc." "Your basic attack inflicted: 24 + 56 (Crush, Double Critical) = 55 actual damage on the Half-Orc."

This terrifying burst potential resulted in actual damage that was nearly equivalent to a frontal assault from "Ambition"! Furthermore, the burst frequency was significantly higher than that of "Ambition"! Of course, this relied on two conditions: first, the enemy’s Strength must be low enough for Fang Senyan to inflict Crush Damage; and second, and far more crucial, Fang Senyan had to be able to withstand multiple incoming attacks...

The sheer force transmitted by the three blows sent the Half-Orc flying bodily off the ground, and Fang Senyan brutally slammed an elbow into its face. The creature couldn't even manage a scream; its bloodshot eyes nearly bulged out of their sockets. Fang Senyan landed one final punch, finally slaying the humanoid creature.

However, this localized victory did not signify the end of the fight; it merely marked the true beginning of the main engagement. After dispatching that foe, Fang Senyan didn't dare pause to catch his breath. After hastily taking a couple of swigs of potent vodka, he rushed to aid Jiao Shi, who was currently holding off the remaining two Half-Orcs nearby.

Evidently, for Jiao Shi, who specialized in using a shield to block, handling these two Half-Orcs was far easier than it was for Fang Senyan: at least half of the Half-Orcs' attacks were mitigated by his Silver Plot Shield: Xenomorph Skull, and more advantageously, Jiao Shi’s occasional passive ability, Brutality, and the passive effects of his lightsaber, were highly effective at offsetting and weakening the damage from these two brutes! A professional Tank was indeed far superior to Fang Senyan, who was currently just an amateur.

Two minutes later, the remaining two Half-Orcs also collapsed onto the ground. Though their corpses still twitched, foul black blood constantly seeped out of their bodies, slowly soaking into the thick layer of fallen leaves. Their sinful and vile lives had finally departed them. Neither Fang Senyan nor Jiao Shi showed any signs of elation; they merely exchanged wry smiles.

One had to remember that these Half-Orcs were, at best, average or even slightly weaker monsters within this world. If compared to creatures from worlds they had experienced previously, they were barely on the level of common crewmen from the Bell and Goblet in Pirates of the Caribbean... Yet, it had taken Fang Senyan and Jiao Shi this long to deal with them even while exerting their full strength. This suggested the true caliber of the other creatures residing in The Lord of the Rings world!

Jiao Shi picked up a dropped white key and casually opened it, suddenly letting out a surprised exclamation: "This drop reward is quite good, too. Six thousand Universal Points from a single ordinary box!"

Fang Senyan remained unmoved: "These things are just for the Space to let us feast our eyes on; we probably can't use them. The only possibility is to upgrade skills, but even that requires sufficient Potential Points to accompany it. Careful, another group is coming!"

As Fang Senyan finished speaking, four more Half-Orcs appeared about two hundred meters below them. Upon spotting Fang Senyan and Jiao Shi, they let out strange roaring sounds and charged forward in a pack.

Hearing Fang Senyan’s words, Jiao Shi was first stunned, then recalled the rules prohibiting the removal of Universal Points, Potential Points, items, or equipment from the world. It was as if a basin of icy water had been dumped over him. He let out a long sigh and reluctantly said, "What should we do? We should still be able to handle four Half-Orcs."

Fang Senyan pondered for a moment, then decisively stated: "We charge downwards. As soon as you break into the enemy line, immediately use a Heart-Rending Roar to reduce their movement speed, and then we flee. We should avoid prolonged combat if possible. It looks like none of them specialize in ranged attacks, so they can't harm us. Once we break through the encirclement, we charge straight toward the valley below, traveling as close as possible along the mountain streams. This will effectively mask our tracks and scent. If we absolutely cannot shake them, we can try splitting up."

Jiao Shi frowned and asked suspiciously: "Wait a minute. If the goal is to avoid fighting, why don't we go uphill while they haven't spotted us? Why charge straight into them?"
